After the convoy left the mutated ant’s territory they chased for a while before rerouting back to their zone of effect.

Hundreds of thousands of dark spots crowded round where Erimitis and Draxus stood frozen. To Draxus the time he spent in his spiritual sense was barely twenty minutes by the time outside moved five times faster meaning the two had spent over one hundred minutes in a frozen state outside.

The moment Draxus and Erimitis woke up the ants still didn’t interfere, everyone of them stood beside, motionless like stacks and rows of statues placed together.

But before Erimitis left he gave every single one of them an order.

"Let’s move out." Isaac called out to Alex, in his hand were a pair of hand guns with short wired circuits whirring at the sides.

"Are we really going back?" Alex asked in disbelief, he couldn’t believe his revered general would make such a decision.

"We’ll take just one of the trucks and travel back for a few miles, if we still don’t find him we’ll return just in time before dusk, we both know what happens when night falls."

"This is just pointless, he’s probably dead already."

"Are you disobeying my orders?"

"No sir! I’m just a little scared of getting caught out there if we are not back before dusk." Alex replied without hesitation, he did not dare face his general head-on when it came to certain aspects.

"We won’t stay out for that long, we both know what happens when night falls so we just won’t fall into a situation where we’ll have to deal with that."
