His deep sleep was a result of him continuously absorbing the energy from the Top-Grade Magic Crystals.
During these seven days, Ah Dai spent half of each day meditating; the rest of the time, the Sword Saint of the Tian Gang began teaching him the Sheng Sheng Bian technique.
