Although their eye contact barely lasted a second, Yan Shi saw so much from Zhuo Yun’s eyes. A year had passed, and Zhuo Yun seemed thinner. He perfectly deciphered the complex emotions in her clear, beautiful eyes, they were filled with sadness, dissatisfaction, longing, and desire! Yan Shi’s heart fluttered, succumbing to the passionate eruption of all his hidden emotions. Before Audi had the chance to respond to Zhuo Yun’s report, he propelled himself into the air by maxing out his divine battle aura and charged fiercely towards Zhuo Yun like a golden lightning bolt.

After seeing Zhuo Yun again, all of his concerns had vanished, he wanted only to be together with the one he loved forever. Ah Dai flew beside Yan Shi, patted his shoulder, and said in a low voice, "Brother, you are truly something. Boldly pursue your happiness." Yan Shi blushed but could not find words to respond. He just nodded vigorously and chased after Zhuo Yun’s silhouette. All he needed was a little assistance from the buoyancy of the Elf Lake to easily catch up with Zhuo Yun, who wasn’t flying fast. The two moved one after the other towards the interior of the Elf City.

Zhuo Yun sat on her bed, watching Yan Shi who had to hunch over in the tight space. A smile played on her lips as she shuffled to one side of the bed, freeing up more than half of its space. She whispered, "My place is small, please sit down."
