Chapter 313: Chapter 68 Bloodbath of the Dark Tycoon_3

Ah Dai gave a slight smile, "If you don’t speak up, I will make your death particularly brutal. Have you not seen what’s going on in the two floors below?"

Thinking of the bullet holes in the foreheads of his men, Jin Bo shuddered. He knew that the unfathomable Grim Reaper Ah Dai in front of him would definitely pose a threat to Horton anyway, and he couldn’t escape. He decided it was more important to save his own life; he could find the antidote for his chronic poison later. With this in mind, he glanced at his men and said decisively, "Okay, I’ll tell you. But, you can’t kill me."

Ah Dai looked at him coldly and said, "Speak." His icy voice pierced Jin Bo to the core, shattering his last line of defense. His body turned limp, nearly collapsing, and he muttered, "The master... the master and Miss Cat should be at the City Lord’s Mansion. You can find them there. The mansion is in the north of the city, guarded by many experts."

Ah Dai asked, "Tell me, how can Horton mobilize the city’s army so quickly as a Viscount?"

Now that Jin Bo had started talking, he didn’t hold anything back and said without hesitation, "Actually, although the master is only the lord’s nephew in name, the lord has no sons and is old and sick. Almost all the power of Dark City is in the master’s hands. Also, the master has a relationship with a powerful noble in the hierarchy of The Empire. This is why he can command so much here."

Ah Dai nodded; everything he wanted to know was clear. He asked indifferently, "Jin Bo, can you tell me, you and your men, how many people have you killed all together?"

Jin Bo trembled all over; he understood the implications of Ah Dai’s words and stammered, "I, I, the master coerced me into doing it! We didn’t want to do it. Lord Ah Dai, you just promised not to kill me."

Ah Dai waved his forefinger gently and said, "I don’t recall promising you anything. Those who acquiesce in evil deserve to die, and I don’t have much time. Let the Sword of Hades be your end. It will cleanse your filthy souls. Remember, this is your honour." As he spoke, he reached for his Sword of Hades.

Jin Bo and his bodyguards were arguably the most powerful individuals in the Dark Elite Club. When he heard Ah Dai still refused to let him live, he angrily pointed at Ah Dai and yelled, "Attack! Only by killing him can we survive." The bodyguards hesitated for a moment before charging at Ah Dai. Suddenly, they felt a cold chill spread throughout their bodies, involuntarily shivering and slowing down.

Ah Dai quietly watched them, with the Evil Power of the Sword of Hades wrapped in True Qi around him. Under his control, Evil Power permeated the three-story hall without overflowing. As he observed the approaching bodyguards and the gradually retreating Jin Bo, a boundless intent to kill welled up in Ah Dai’s heart, "Ice, you watch, I am starting to take revenge for you." An ethereal azure glow, like a spectre drifting up from Hell, drew Ah Dai’s figure towards the bodyguards. The sudden surge of deathly aura petrified Jin Bo and his men; the overwhelming Evil Power invoked their primal fear and they couldn’t resist. Those who charged forward couldn’t withstand the intense Evil Power emanating from the Sword of Hades. The Sword with less than a foot of blade length plunged deeply into Jin Bo’s forehead. No blood flowed out; the dark blue blade seemed to be cheering joyfully. Jin Bo’s eyes instantly turned grey; his body shriveled and quickly turned into a dried corpse. Responsible for many deaths at the Dark Elite Club, he finally perished under the Sword of Hades, the most wicked weapon in the world. The Sword of Hades not only absorbed his soul, but also those of all the bodyguards present. Their bodies rigidly standing still without a trace of life. Ah Dai withdrew the Sword of Hades slowly from Jin Bo’s forehead. Clad in the overwhelming True Qi, he no longer feared the deluge of Evil Power. For the first time, he saw the Sword of Hades clearly; its blade, reminiscent of autumn water, swirled with a continuous dark blue glow and peculiar patterns were etched on it. It seemed as if millions of souls were wailing within. As the Sword of Hades returned to its scabbard, Ah Dai felt an indescribable sense of relief. Jin Bo’s death eased his pent-up frustration significantly; he realized for the first time how enjoyable killing could be.

Ah Dai didn’t linger; he was well aware of the consequences brought about by the Sword of Hades. Step by step, he slowly walked downstairs. Jin Bo was dead; feeling that he had done enough here, his true target was Horton, the Cat Lady, not these coerced maids. He felt pity for the maids, whose terrible experiences were similar to Ice’s. "Hear me all, the Dark Elite Club is no more. Leave immediately, or face certain death." His voice, icy and devoid of emotion, spread to every corner of the club. Shrill screams and cries echoed incessantly before gradually subsiding. As he spread his spiritual power throughout the club, aided by his True Qi, he didn’t detect any life. Ah Dai’s dark shadow gently drifted out of the club. Looking at the dazzling yet incredibly dark building, Ah Dai smiled; yes, he smiled. He had exterminated a corner of the darkness and felt incredibly satisfied.
