Chapter 292: Chapter 64: Underground Auction_2

Jin Bo nodded and smiled, saying, "I will give you this cage as well. If you like, you can use the fragrance to make her unconscious to prevent her from resisting." Jin Bo’s words drew a round of laughter from the guests below. Ah Dai’s face turned even more serious. Shaking his head, he said, "I don’t think I need this cage." As he spoke, he walked up to the iron cage, his hands grasping the thick bars. Under the flickering white light, he forcefully tore open the cage.

The cat girl curled up in the corner, trembling continuously, her eyes revealing a look of terror.

Ah Dai softly said in the language of the Sodor Federation, "Don’t be afraid, I won’t hurt you. Come with me, trust me, alright?"

Looking at Ah Dai’s sincere gaze she gradually relaxed, but she remained motionless. Ah Dai sighed and a flash of yellow light went past. The collar around the cat girl’s neck broke off, startling her. Ah Dai softly transmitted his voice, "Trust me, I won’t hurt you. Come with me, after leaving here, I will definitely return your freedom and let you return to the Beast Man tribe". A faint white glow emerged from Ah Dai’s hand, and the True Qi that was full of Sacred Aura entered her body through her skin, calming the cat girl’s fear. The cat girl finally stopped resisting and cautiously moved closer to Ah Dai. Ah Dai casually waved his hand, bringing the red cloth from Jin Bo’s side in his hand to wrap around the cat girl’s body. He softly said, "Trust me." He rose and made his way back to his own seat.

Not only was Jin Bo dumbstruck by Ah Dai’s performance, the guests were also amazed, "Who is this kid? How come we’ve never seen him before?"

"He must be a newcomer brought by the hidden powers. Judging by his outfit, he seems to be a magician but, was that magic he just used?"

"Don’t know, but, the kid doesn’t seem weak, it’s better not to provoke him."

Ah Dai ignored the discussions of others, held the cat girl and sat on the sofa. Yan Shi had the two young girls in white stand up to make space for them. Ah Dai placed the cat girl on the sofa. Although her body hadn’t been physically tortured, her spirit seemed to have undergone great trauma, making her shiver continuously. Ah Dai constantly input his True Qi into the cat girl, softly saying, "Don’t be afraid, don’t be afraid. Everything has passed. I promise I’ll get you home."

The cat girl blinked her big eyes, yet she remained silent, curling up in the red cloth. The nourishment of the True Qi gradually calmed her emotions.

Ah Bing, who was sitting on Ah Dai’s other side, looked at the cat girl and sighed softly, murmuring, "She’s so lucky!" As if recalling something, Ah Bing’s mood dropped.

Ah Dai turned to Ah Bing and asked, "Is there a restroom here? Could you find some clothes for her to put on?" When he was holding the cat girl earlier, her trembling body put Ah Dai’s will to the test again. He couldn’t always have the cat girl wrapped around in red cloth.

Ah Bing nodded and said to the cat girl, "Come with me."

The cat girl shook her head, closed her eyes, and refused to leave Ah Dai’s side. Ah Dai’s True Qi and his kind gaze were like a lifebuoy in the sea to the cat girl, she just wouldn’t let go. Ah Dai was surprised, as he hadn’t expected the cat girl he just purchased to be so attached to him. He sighed, looked at Ah Bing, and said, "I’ll go with you." Then, once again, he picked up the cat girl, said something to Yan Shi, and followed Ah Bing out of the hall. Ah Bing took them to a room and found a set of white clothes similar to his own outfit. Seeing Ah Dai standing there in confusion, he asked, "Aren’t you going to step aside? Or do you want to watch her change clothes?"

Ah Dai was startled and hurriedly placed the cat girl on the bed next to him, but she clung tightly to his clothes and refused to let go. Ah Dai gave a wry smile, "I won’t go far, I’ll wait for you outside. Don’t worry, Miss Ah Bing is very kind, she won’t harm you. You’ll feel much better after putting on clothes."

The cat girl looked at Ah Dai with a puzzled expression and quavering voice, she said, "I, I’m scared, I, I’m scared."

Ah Bing shook her head and said, "Alright, you can just stay here. Just close your eyes."

Ah Dai nodded, reluctantly pulled the cat girl’s sharp-clawed hand from his clothes, stood to the side and closed his eyes. After a while, Ah Bing called, "Okay, you can open your eyes now." Ah Dai opened his eyes. The cat girl in front of him was now dressed in the same clothes as Ah Bing and was shyly curled up on the bed. Other than the two little ears on her head, there was nothing unusual about her appearance. Ah Bing was sitting next to her, with a faint smile on her face. The two beautiful girls, one sitting and one lying, made Ah Dai daze for a moment.

Ah Bing said, "We should go back, your friends are still waiting for you."

Ah Dai then reacted, and asked the cat girl, "Can you tell me what your name is? I bought you without any ill intentions, after we leave this place, you will be free. Will you follow me for now?"

The cat girl nodded her head gently and said softly, "I, I’m Mimi." 𝒻𝘳ℯℯ𝑤ℯ𝒷𝘯ℴ𝓋ℯ𝘭.𝑐ℴ𝑚

Ah Dai said, "Then let’s go." He gently pulled Mimi up. Maybe because she hadn’t stood for a long time, Mimi swayed as soon as she stood on the floor and fell into Ah Dai’s arms. Ah Dai quickly held her delicate body and softly said, "Be careful not to fall." After finishing his words, he took Mimi’s hand and started walking out. As Mimi was moving, her body leaned against Ah Dai’s arm. Following him, she walked out. Behind them, Ah Bing’s eyes flickered with complex emotions, among which, jealousy was the most prominent.
