Chapter 1428: Chapter 148 Grim Reaper Returns_5

Ah Dai’s eyes flickered with a hint of excitement as he carefully placed the guard on a rather thick branch. The large tree was indeed lush, allowing him to hide at its very top without fear of being spotted. Perched over ten meters high, he had a complete view of the courtyard below. Approximately fifty meters ahead of the tree stood a massive building, covering thousands of square meters. Its plain appearance, built up with large blocks of stone, led Ah Dai to believe, this must be the warehouse Mie Feng had mentioned. He could distinctly feel the danger lurking within the warehouse, for with his abilities, he found himself unable to probe inside. Clearly, the warehouse was fortified by a powerful magic, which involved a highly dynamic Wind Magic. However, none of this reduced Ah Dai’s murderous intent, instead it fueled the bloodthirst in his heart even more.

Since the warehouse was impenetrable to his senses, he decided to start with the exterior. Ah Dai continuously channeled his True Qi, elevating his spiritual sense to its limit. To his surprise, his spiritual power formed an invisible net-like energy, constantly dispersing outward, capturing every move of the guards around the warehouse in his mind. Ah Dai realized that his spiritual realm had improved once again and felt a surge of joy. Looking around, he decided to first eliminate the six hidden sentries. With a cold smile, Ah Dai channeled his power into his fingers, flicking a strand of invisible Strong Wind towards the warehouse wall.

A soft puff sound arose as the stone wall of the warehouse was dusted by Ah Dai’s finger wind. Assassins are highly alert, and the change on the stone wall instantly drew their attention. Guards stationed around the warehouse instinctively looked towards the source of the sound, and the hidden assassins were also drawn to the dust cloud.

Seizing the moment of distraction among the assassins, Ah Dai leaped into the air, pushing his speed to its limits. Wisps of pale purple Solid Battle Aura fluttered out, swiftly dealing with the two nearest hidden sentries. Without pausing, his fingers danced rapidly, sending numerous strands of Battle Aura, now carrying even more potent energy, directly towards another direction, pinning down the other four hidden sentries at their posts. Six lives were thus extinguished. To achieve total silence, Ah Dai had exerted his full strength. His floating body did not cease moving. As it was daytime, shadows inevitably appeared on the ground, and the ten patrolling guards had already noticed his presence. Yet, none of them could utter a sound, as a massive and unstoppable Evil Aura instantly enveloped the ten assassins, causing their bodies to shiver continuously within the chillingly sinister breath. A low voice echoed in their ears, "Hades Strike—Heaven—Earth—Quake." The floating shadow carried a streak of hellish blue light, flashing past, leaving a faint trail in the air due to the extreme speed.

Where the blue light passed, the ten assassins’ bodies froze, disbelief apparent in their eyes, as their bodies rapidly shrank and fell to the ground.

The dark figure emitted a circle of white light, the gentle energy wrapping around the bodies of the ten assassins, gently laying them on the ground without a sound.

Having completed this, Ah Dai couldn’t help but breathe slightly heavily. In fact, killing these twenty Stealth Killers was very easy for him, but the difficulty lay in killing them without making a sound. In the lightning-fast seconds just now, Ah Dai had pushed his potential to the extreme, mastering the timing, strength, and speed of his strikes. To achieve silence, he even resorted to using the Sword of Hades, long unused. Although the cold Evil Aura was nothing much for Ah Dai now, it still deepened the malevolence within his heart.
