Chapter 1202: Chapter 100 The Four Elements Formation_2

The invisible pressure weighed heavily on the minds of the four Skeletons. A single Ah Dai had been able to defeat the Ice Skeleton with one move, and that handsome youth did not seem to be any less skilled. Facing such formidable enemies, even the Blood Skull hesitated. He advanced a few steps, smiling, "You two seem to be enjoying your leisure. Are you here to clear your minds?"

Ah Dai replied, "Yes, are you here looking for us?" Even with his slow wit, he knew these Skeletons’ intentions were ill and covertly circulated the Life True Qi within his body, ready to react at any moment.

Blood Skull said, "I heard from my sister that you educated her this morning. Though my sister is indeed stubborn, I don’t believe she needed your discipline. As her brothers, we naturally need to meet this capable person who defeated our sister with a single move."

Xuan Yue stepped out from behind Ah Dai. The sharpness in Blood Skull’s words angered her. She said, "You’d better understand that this morning it was your sister who challenged us, that so-and-so Skeleton. We simply took on the task of escorting the caravan. She insisted on challenging my brother; otherwise, who would bother to fight her? If you want to pick a fight, then let’s set the stage. We brothers are ready to take you on."

Blood Skull burst out laughing, "Good, let us then witness your unique skills. We know our limits and admit we are no match for you one-on-one, so we four siblings will join hands to seek your guidance."

Xuan Yue sneered, "Ganging up on us, how shameless! Brother, don’t be polite with them, take them all down, so they’ll stop bothering us in the future."

Ah Dai, fearing a surprise attack, pulled Xuan Yue behind him and said to Blood Skull, "Big brother, since our two Mercenary Corps have taken the same mission, I think it’s better for us to pull together instead of fighting amongst ourselves. I don’t want to dwell on who was right or wrong this morning, but I hope you will not further pursue this. It’s not good for either of us."

Blood Skull smiled, "We are just exchanging skills; what’s so bad about that? When we rarely encounter an expert like yourself, how could we pass up the opportunity to learn? Get into formation." Ah Dai and Xuan Yue’s strength had ignited his wild fighting spirit; the smile on his face indicative of the murderous intent filling his heart. Regardless of what Ah Dai said, he was no longer listening.

Blood, Wind, Iron, and Ice— the four Skeletons spread out. Blood Skull was unarmed, Iron Skull wielded a massive hammer, and Ice Skeleton still held the Extreme Ice Silver Lance. The three of them surrounded Ah Dai from the front. Meanwhile, Wind Skeleton removed her Longbow, drew a Steel-tipped Feather Arrow, and from a distance, threatened Ah Dai and his companion.

Ah Dai sighed helplessly, "If that’s the case, then I shall take you up on that. Brother, step back and let me handle this."

Xuan Yue nodded, "Okay." Her magic was most effective from the sidelines, and there was also the menacing Wind Skeleton to consider.

Ah Dai smiled faintly as a pale green glow enveloped his entire body. His hands traced a circle in the air, and instantly, a Solid Energy Shield materialized in his right hand.

The smile disappeared from Blood Skull’s face. Rubbing his hands together, he radiated a scorching Red Battle Aura. Ah Dai recognized it as the Fire System Battle Aura once used by Tiro.

Ice Skeleton lifted her Long Spear, her blue Extreme Ice Battle Aura flickering as she breathed it in and out, eager for a rematch, she silently vowed not to fail again—even if it meant dying along with the man who had humiliated her.

Iron Skull, encased in a yellow glow, raised his enormous hammer high, eyes shining fiercely as if ready to devour his opponent.

Wind Skeleton’s Longbow was fully drawn back, the bow resonating with green energy as she squinted, aiming the Feather Arrow at Ah Dai’s chest. Among the four Skeletons, although Blood Skull was the most skilled, Wind Skeleton was by far the most dangerous. They were all prepared to attack.

Despite the immense pressure from the four Skeletons, Ah Dai remained calm and collected. His Dantian’s Golden Body supplied him with powerful Life True Qi. The Life-changing Shield in his hands shimmered with light, filling him with confidence.

Xuan Yue was also busy, softly chanting spells. To the astonishment of the four Skeletons, she cast two intermediate-level auxiliary Light Magic spells on Ah Dai in quick succession. Ah Dai distinctly felt his body becoming lighter. After so many days with Xuan Yue, he knew this was the effect of the Light Magic Acceleration Art. A golden glow formed around his pale green light shield. God’s Protection had the power to ward off all evil Energy, significantly reducing the heat from Blood Skull’s Battle Aura and the chill from the Ice Skull’s.

Blood Skull made his move, realizing he could not afford to give the Mage any more time to act. Radiating a sinister red glow, he leaped high into the air and lunged toward Ah Dai. In mid-air, his hands grew incredibly large, forming two red Battle Aura balls with a diameter of one meter, and he hurled them at Ah Dai. The air temperature surged, and the surrounding trees emitted a faint scent of scorched wood.

Years of coordination showed as Iron Skull charged in sync with Blood Skull’s leap, roaring fiercely as the hammer swung down hard towards Ah Dai’s head, intent on crushing him. Ice Skull’s Extreme Ice Silver Lance became exceptionally elusive. Under her deliberate control, the Extreme Ice Battle Aura was fully condensed, carrying all its energy internally, avoiding any conflict with Blood Skull’s fiery Aura. The three unleashed their full-force attacks simultaneously at Ah Dai. They had given it their all. Wind Skeleton still had not moved, but her Feather Arrow’s intent remained tightly locked on Ah Dai’s form.
