Chapter 378: Finishing the Relocation
Once all of the Principle Step Flametail Scorpions had been transported into the Abyss Firmament, only 5 of them remained alongside the Flametail Scorpion Mother.
Very quickly, numerous Rank 5 and Rank 4 Flametail Scorpions rushed toward Tang Yin.
Tang Yin didn’t bother to learn their names. Instead, he swiftly moved past each one, tapping their bodies with his hand. As he did so, they were all transported into the Abyss Firmament.
Within a few moments, several hundred Rank 5 and Rank 4 Flametail Scorpions had been swiftly transported into the Abyss Firmament. The Flametail Scorpion Mother clicked her tongue in amazement at Tang Yin’s efficiency.
In rapid succession, the first batch of Flametail Scorpions had been transported into the Abyss Firmament, and the second batch instantly followed. Tang Yin didn’t pause, he harnessed the exceptional speed of his Mid-stage Principle Manipulation Realm body and effortlessly moved past the second batch of Flametail Scorpions.
With a gentle touch on their bodies, he sent them into the Abyss Firmament. This contact enabled Tang Yin to discern their unique identities and auras, granting him the ability to acknowledge each one individually and permit their entry into the Abyss Firmament.
The Flametail Scorpions were aware that they were entering a different location, and this notion occupied most of their thoughts. With this, both requirements for entering the Abyss Firmament were fulfilled.
Even though the process was somewhat lengthy and irksome, Tang Yin didn’t mind. After all, the Flametail Scorpion Mother and her nest would be the first Demonic Beast inhabitants of the Abyss Firmament, marking the creation of the first Biome, the Flametail Scorpion Biome.

At this point, Tang Yin had successfully relocated more than a third of the nest into the Abyss Firmament.
With Huo Xie’s assistance and the cooperation of the Flametail Scorpions, the process proceeded smoothly and efficiently.
All of the Rank 5, Rank 4, and Rank 3 Flametail Scorpions had been successfully transported into the Abyss Firmament, leaving only the Rank 2 and Rank 1 Flametail Scorpions yet to depart.
After another arduous day of transporting the Rank 2 Flametail Scorpions into the Abyss Firmament, only the Rank 1 Flametail Scorpions were left to be relocated.
Tang Yin was aware that given the substantial number of Rank 1 Flametail Scorpions in Huo Xie’s nest, it would require at least two more days to transport all of them into the Abyss Firmament.
Tang Yin wasn’t particularly enthusiastic about spending the next two days repeating the same task over and over again. However, he understood that Huo Xie, as the Flametail Scorpion Mother, was extremely protective of her nest and species. She wouldn’t permit a single Flametail Scorpion from her nest to be left behind.
Tang Yin carefully calculated the timeframe in his mind and determined that he could spare two days for this task. However, he was acutely aware that once these two days passed, he would only have a few hours left before potential trouble would arise.
By that time, he would need to have distanced himself considerably from the Enflamed Desert Region.
Over the next two days, Tang Yin found himself mired in boredom. He repetitively executed the same action of tagging each Rank 1 Flametail Scorpion and effortlessly sending them into the Abyss Firmament.
In a way, it was akin to tirelessly writing a lengthy document for two days straight, a tedious and monotonous task.
"Thank you, sir. What are your instructions for me?" Huo Xie inquired in a humble and appreciative manner as she stood before Tang Yin.
"As I’ve mentioned earlier, I need you to use your powers to maintain the structure of your nest and the surrounding terrain." Tang Yin reminded Huo Xie.
Tang Yin understood that he couldn’t conceal the disappearance of Huo Xie and her nest. After all, she was a Rank 8 Demonic Beast. Her disappearance would undoubtedly attract attention and would never go unnoticed.
It was only a matter of time until Huo Xie and her nest’s disappearance was uncovered. Tang Yin’s objective was to delay this discovery for as long as possible, buying himself more time.
With Huo Xie’s capabilities as a Rank 8 Demonic Beast, she could employ her strength to prevent the terrain and structure of her former nest’s location from collapsing. If the terrain and structure collapsed, a substantial sinkhole would emerge in the Enflamed Desert Region, exposing everything.
"Oh, right. Of course. One moment." Huo Xie responded. She raised her arms, and a faint orange ball of light, radiating the aura of a Rank 8 Demonic Beast, appeared in her hands.
With a firm grip on the orange ball of light, she shattered it, causing a large orange aura to spread out and instantly envelop an area spanning several tens of kilometres. Then, the orange aura permeated the sand, earth, rock, debris, and everything else within its reach.
The signs of impending collapse that had previously plagued the terrain and structure of Huo Xie’s former nest were now absent, replaced by stability and renewed strength. It appeared as though the area had been reshaped and fortified to its old state.
"There you go. However, since I’ll be relocating to an entirely different world, my powers will diminish rapidly. One week is the minimum. I can’t guarantee it’ll last any longer." Huo Xie cautioned Tang Yin.
"That’s fine. One week is more than enough." Tang Yin nodded in agreement.
Now that every Flametail Scorpion had been relocated into the Abyss Firmament, only the Flametail Scorpion Mother remained, and she no longer had any ties to the outside world.
"As soon as you step into my world, I’m certain you’re already sure of what’s expected." Tang Yin stated.
Huo Xie nodded in understanding. She was aware that upon entering the Abyss Firmament, her task would involve utilizing her powers to establish the Flametail Scorpion Biome and seamlessly incorporate her nest into it.
Of course, creating a Biome was not something that could be achieved in an instant, even for a formidable Rank 8 Demonic Beast like the Flametail Scorpion Mother.
At first, she would only need to create a space sufficient enough to accommodate her nest. However, as time advanced, she would have to progressively enlarge both her nest and the Flametail Scorpion Biome.
This undertaking was undoubtedly challenging. It was in this moment that Tang Yin would assess whether the Flametail Scorpion Mother could meet his standards and whether she was worth keeping or discarding.
Tang Yin promptly approached Huo Xie, and she instantly comprehended his intention without the need for words or actions. Tang Yin gently tapped Huo Xie’s shoulder, and with a soft chuckle, she disappeared from view. He had transported her into the Abyss Firmament.
Tang Yin finally released a sigh of relief. He had successfully achieved all he had set out to accomplish in the outside world for now.
As he surveyed his surroundings, a gentle smile graced his lips. "Xiao Fei, it’s time for you to enter the Abyss Firmament. Take care of things there until I come back." Tang Yin said as he slowly approached Xiao Fei, tenderly running his hand over her face.
"And what about you, Master? When will you join us inside?" Xiao Fei asked, gripping Tang Yin’s hand and pleading.
"Don’t worry, I’ll be there shortly. I just have a small matter to attend to." Tang Yin reassured as he withdrew his hand, his eyes now bearing a stern resolve that brooked no argument.
"Yes, Master." Xiao Fei replied, her lips pressed together compactly. She understood that once Tang Yin made a decision, it was unwavering and unchangeable.
Once he had sent Xiao Fei into the Abyss Firmament, Tang Yin breathed a sigh of relief. If he intended to handle this situation with sheer force, Xiao Fei’s assistance would be invaluable. However, his plan involved psychological tactics in dealing with his opponent, an area where Xiao Fei wouldn’t be of much help.
Sending her into the Abyss Firmament was a wise decision as it allowed her to oversee the world while staying protected from conflict and violence.
At this moment, Tang Yin was confident that the Twin Snake Clan had likely utilized the various clues available to them, along with the incident he had orchestrated at the Thousand Blossom Pavilion, to connect the dots and uncover his role and scheme in Qian Zhong’s demise.
Furthermore, he believed that the Twin Snake Clan had dispatched one, if not multiple, Law Domain Realm cultivators to pursue him.
He couldn’t pinpoint when these Law Domain Realm cultivators would catch up to him, but he knew he couldn’t remain in the Enflamed Desert Region any longer.
Staying in the Enflamed Desert Region would undoubtedly lead to the swift discovery of the Flametail Scorpion Mother and her nest’s disappearance. In such a scenario, there would be virtually no means of evading the Twin Snake Clan’s pursuit, even if he sought refuge within the Abyss Firmament.
After casting one final gaze upon the Enflamed Desert Region, Tang Yin turned away and departed.
His next destination, the Crystalline Rain Region.
