Chapter 186: Change of Plan Once Again
Tang Yin swooped down, he spread out his Killing Intent to catch the old woman’s dead body.
The fog of Killing Intent wrapped around the old woman’s body and delivered her to Tang Yin.
Tang Yin stuck his hand into the old woman’s abdomen. He extracted a dimly burning purple flame which was about to be snuffed out any second.
With any hesitation, he surged the Heaven Devouring Abyss through his arm to Devour the purple Spirit Flame.
A pitch-black spark ignited beside Tang Yin’s first Spirit Flame. As the Heaven Devouring Abyss devoured more of the purple Spirit Flame, it sent all of the energy and essence gathered from it into the newly ignited spark.
The spark grew relatively quickly. The Spirit Flame was from an 8th stage Qi Transformation Realm cultivator after all.
As soon as the last shred of the Spirit Flame was devoured. Tang Yin’s second Spirit Flame took form and burnt brightly beside the first Spirit Flame. It looked exactly identical to the first Spirit Flame.
The strong aura of a 2nd stage Qi Transformation Realm cultivator spread out from him.
’The Spirit Flame of that old woman sure is rich.’ Tang Yin delightfully thought.

After searching through her memories, Tang Yin had a full grasp of the situation of the war which had taken place between the north zone and the other zones.
It was similar to what he had read from the middle-aged man’s memories, except it was much more detailed and filled in a few gaps.
It was exactly as Tang Yin had guessed.
The south, east and west zones each had an Early-stage Principle Comprehension Realm cultivator overlooking their respective zones.
The north zone also had a Metamorphose Demonic Beast in charge. However, it was a Mid-tier Rank 6 Demonic Beast! It was equivalent to a Mid-stage Principle Comprehension Realm cultivator.
The Metamorphose Demonic Beast was wary of the 3 Early-stage Principle Comprehension Realm cultivators. Otherwise, with its power, it could have chased away and maybe even killed a single Principle Step cultivator from either zones.
But against 3 such cultivators, this was not an option.
The 3 Early-stage Principle Comprehension Realm cultivators were also wary of the Mid-tier Rank 6 Demonic Beast. Therefore, they let it take over the north zone while they occupied the other 3 zones.
But the Mid-tier Rank 6 Demonic Beast had slowly built up a Demonic Beast army over the course of several decades and decided to make an attempt to take over the 3 other zones. It had even personally led each large-scale attack. This was why the north zone was successful in their first 2 surprise attacks on the west and east zones.
The 3 Early-stage Principle Comprehension Realm cultivators could not allow the Metamorphose Demonic Beast to run rampant and kill their cultivators.
After an intense battle on the border of the south zone between the 3 cultivators and the Metamorphose Demonic Beast. Both parties were forced to retreat. This created the current stalemate.
Nonetheless, there were constant small and medium-scale skirmishes between cultivators and Demonic Beasts on the borders of the west, east and south zones.
The Four Seasons Sect which the old woman belonged to, was the overlord of the south zone. It was ruled by one of the 3 Early-stage Principle Comprehension Realm cultivators.
’No wonder she was so arrogant. As a core disciple of the Four Seasons Sect, not many dared to offend the old woman so easily. Over time, she gradually grew more arrogant.’ Tang Yin scoffed in disdain.

After doing all of this, Tang Yin changed his appearance. He took the identity of the old woman using the Heaven Deceiving Art.
He was going to enter the Four Seasons Sect and have a little fun.
Not even the Spirit Ascension Realm elders of the Four Seasons Sect could discover his disguise.
Only the Principle Step cultivator could discover his identity. But the chances of running into such a figure were extremely low. Especially when Tang Yin speculated him to have sustained a few injuries during his battle with the Metamorphose Demonic Beast.
Tang Yin then looked towards the bewildered Xiao Fei on his shoulder. She was clueless about what he had learned from the old woman’s memory and the plan he was about to execute.
"Go inside of the Azure Luan Pouch for a bit. I’ll give you a surprise when you come out." Tang Yin enticed Xiao Fei. The plan he was going to perform in the Four Seasons Sect was extremely dangerous. He was not willing for Xiao Fei to be involved in it.
After a bit of persuasion, Xiao Fei finally entered the Azure Luan Pouch.
Tang Yin then sped off towards the Four Seasons Sect.
