Chapter 537: Chapter 467: Still Short of an Opportunity, An Extra Crown Added! (Massive 4000 Chapter Milestone!)_2

"Why?"

Kashigyakya looked puzzled.

Indra’s eyes twinkled, and he chuckled lightly.

"Back then, the ’Mountain Casting Immortal’ also had the same doubts, once conducted a sacrifice, hunted in the forest, chanted incantations, and offered many wild deer in the forest to the Devas."

"I didn’t know at the time either!"

"But now I feel I probably know some of the reasons," Indra muttered to himself.

He gazed at the lush green grass, took a deep breath, and pondered the reason.

The reason?

It should be quite simple!

The ’Mountain Casting Immortal’ didn’t have children, which went against the Righteous Law.

After all, although the ’Mountain Casting Immortal’ lived in poverty, relying on alms for daily sustenance, the status as a sacrificer was extremely high, a blessed position indeed.

People like the ’Mountain Casting Immortal’ not having children!

What about those souls who accumulated ascetic practices in their previous lives, intending to be born as sons of priests?

It was precisely because of this that the actions of the ’Mountain Casting Immortal’ went against the Righteous Law, which caused trouble for his ancestors.

"Karmic Retribution!"

"Reincarnation, the Lila of the world!"

"It seems I understand a bit now," Indra murmured to himself.

For a moment, he had an epiphany. A faint aura of enlightenment subtly twinkled and hid within his brow chakra.

Kashigyakya watched this scene.

He stared at his teacher who seemed to have his eyes closed.

"Teacher?"

Kashigyakya muttered quietly, not daring to speak loudly. Seeing his teacher still in the same posture, he felt curious but didn’t continue to speak.

After a short while, Indra abruptly opened his eyes.

Whoosh!

A brilliant light sparkled in Indra’s eyes, as if the wisdom of the Vedas flew out from them, causing Kashigyakya to reflexively raise his hand to shield his eyes.

The next moment, he blinked, and the dazzling light in the pupils instantly receded.

"Good!"

At that time, Indra was in a pleasant mood.

This time he had gained a lot, forming a deeper understanding of the cycle of reincarnation. His brow chakra was just one final step away from breaking through at any moment.

Kashigyakya looked astonished.

"Teacher!"

"What just happened?" he asked, stepping forward two paces.

Indra was just about to answer.

Rumble rumble!

Suddenly, thunderous roaring noises came from the horizon.

Indra and Kashigyakya looked up.

A huge golden ship crossed through the void and appeared above the clouds.

The Golden Divine Ship was like a fortress, emitting countless dazzling golden lights, shining upon the clouds, lighting up the sea of clouds as if they were Naga scales.

Mysterious and beautiful!

The golden ship was not unfamiliar, but rather quite familiar.

"Vimanas!"

"It’s been repaired?" Indra said with surprise.

This Divine Ship had been damaged early on, smashed by Antaka, and had always been under the repair of the Craft God Vishwakarman.

"The Craft God has arrived!"

"There are a lot of people on this Divine Ship!" Kashigyakya murmured to himself.

Whoosh!

All of a sudden, a black stream of light flew up from the Vimanas, piercing the sky with billowing black smoke, and immediately landed in front of them.

"Rahu!"

Indra’s eyes narrowed as he murmured.

The person in front of them was none other than Rahu, who had only one head.

"Trouble! All the people of the Heavenly Realm have been captured by the Asura!" Rahu said with a look of panic, blowing his beard anxiously.

"What?"

"The Asura have attacked the Heavenly Realm?" Kashigyakya’s eyes widened in astonishment. "Impossible, Sani and my elder brother are in the Heavenly Realm. They are powerful and have the Blessing upon them, how could they lose to the Asura!"

He shook his head in disbelief.

Regardless of anything else, their strength was absolutely top-notch.

Even he was not confident he could defeat either of them.

"Were they ambushed?" Kashigyakya asked, frowning.

"No!"

Rahu answered.

"How could that be?" Kashigyakya was shocked.

Rahu furrowed his brows and shook his head, "It wasn’t an ordinary Asura!"

"Really that powerful?" Kashigyakya asked skeptically.

Listening to their conversation, Indra’s eyes flickered slightly. He was not surprised, as occasionally, the Earth would give rise to Asura with the Blessing.

"Kashigyakya!"

"Stay calm!"

"There are too many Asuras on Earth, some with exceptional strength, and others with special blessings. It’s quite normal!"

Having said this, Indra turned his head to look at Rahu.

"Do we know this Asura?"

Indra inquired.

Rahu took a deep breath and said, "It’s Sindura!"

"He has received a new blessing, his power is now even greater than before!"

Rahu said in a deep voice.

Upon hearing this, Indra’s eyes sharpened and his expression became much graver.

A new blessing!

This was going to be difficult to handle!

After all, if they didn’t know the extent of Sindura’s newfound power, then he was bound to be a formidable adversary.

But when in doubt, seek out the Supreme Lord!

Behind them stood the support of the Three Aspects Deity, no matter how dire the situation!

No need to panic!

"Let’s go!"

"We need to find Narayana!"

Indra declared.

Screetch!!!

Suddenly, accompanied by a piercing screech of an eagle, a great bird descended from the sky, along with the Gloriously Shining Goddess Lakshmi.

Goddess Lakshmi had a beautiful visage, her sari was intricately inlaid with majestic gold and gemstones, emitting a dazzling golden glow.

But at this moment, the Goddess’s face bore an expression of urgency.

"Praise to the Lady Master!"

Indra brought his hands together and spoke.

No sooner had the words left his mouth than Goddess Lakshmi stepped forward hastily and said, "Trouble! Narayana has heeded the call of his devotees and gone to Earth."

"The Asuras on Earth are chanting hymns, keeping Narayana there!"

Goddess Lakshmi exclaimed in alarm.

"!!!"

On hearing this, Kashigyakya was shocked, his face showing a slight change.

"Again the Asuras!"

"This is undoubtedly an Asura plot to summon away my uncle!" 𝒇𝙧𝙚𝓮𝙬𝙚𝓫𝒏𝓸𝓿𝓮𝒍.𝓬𝙤𝓶

Kashigyakya’s eyes turned blood red as he clenched his fists angrily.

Indra’s eyebrows shot up.

Things were looking bad, the entire situation was greatly unfavourable to them!

And just then,

Indra’s gaze flickered as he suddenly noticed something in the distance. He turned his head to look and saw a stream of black light charging directly towards them, breaking through the boundary of the Thousand-Gated City’s Vighna

and entering within!

Rahu was taken aback, and Garuda assumed a defensive stance.

Indra waved his hand, his face showing surprise, and he revealed a slight smile.

"It’s alright!"

"Antaka has arrived!"

Indra declared.

Black light descended, dissipated abruptly, and transformed into a tall figure.

"I’m here!"

Antaka strode forward, quickly reaching Indra’s side.

The next moment, with a face full of seriousness, he continued, "Trouble! All the Devas of the Heavenly Realm have fallen under the control of Sindura’s blessing.

"And it’s not just them, Jyeshta too!

"She’s also been controlled by that fellow!"

Antaka hurriedly shared the dire news.

Boom!

Rumble!

Above the Sea of Milk, waves churned, and endless titanic waves crashed against the Golden Divine Ship, trying to shake this unshakeable city.

Hearing this news, everybody felt as if they were engulfed by the monstrous waves of the Sea of Milk.

Anxiety and fear filled their hearts!

"Jyeshta!"

Goddess Lakshmi’s face changed subtly as she murmured.

Her husband had already been summoned away by the Asuras, and now her sister too was controlled.

These Asuras were proving to be quite frightening!

Kashigyakya was also stunned.

"Has Sindura become so powerful?"

Kashigyakya said.

His memory of Sindura was that of a foe that his teacher had split open with an axe not so long ago. Yet now, in the blink of an eye, this adversary had stormed the Heavenly Realm, capturing many Devas.

Too terrifying!

Indra frowned.

While the news was unsettling, they had not yet reached the most critical moment.

As long as they knew the nature of the blessing, they could make a targeted response!

"So..."

"Do you know what his blessing is?"

Indra asked.

Antaka turned his head slightly, the red cloth over his eyes fluttering as he delved into his memory.

"It seems he has gained a new crown!"
