Chapter 500: Chapter 443: Curse Activated, Take That Stab! (Vote for monthly ticket!)

Golden light shone all around, and white lotuses fell from above.

Sitting atop Garuda, Vishnu radiated a faint golden glow. With a slight bow of his head, he looked towards the prostrate Narada, his eyes filled with compassion yet tinged with a trace of solemnity.

Brahma sat upon a lotus.

He, too, looked down at the fallen Narada.

Tsk!

Brahma’s eyebrows rose slightly, and his eyes flickered, unable to suppress his cluck of the tongue.

His son had meddled in the affairs of others everywhere, and now under the law of cause and effect, had finally met with retribution!

Had Narada not stirred trouble frivolously, he would not have incurred Indra’s curse; had he not gone to Kailash to sow discord, he would not have provoked the young lad to hurl his Divine Staff, which ultimately struck him.

Such was the karmic retribution!

Thinking thus, Brahma’s gaze shifted to Indra.

The Heavenly Emperor was reliable indeed!

"Narayana~ Narayana!"

"Praise be to the Supreme Lord!"

"Praise be to the father!"

Lying on the ground, Narada, the Immortal, looked up at his Supreme Lord and father, overwhelmed with emotion.

Vishnu shook his head slightly.

He let out a soft ’hmm’, a comforting sound for his follower Narada, and then turned his gaze to Indra as well.

"Praise be to the Supreme Lord!"

Indra pressed his palms together and gestured respectfully towards Brahma and Vishnu.

In that moment, the Devas all wore looks of joy.

"Praise Narayana, praise Brahma!"

"Praise Brahma, praise Narayana!"

"Praise the Supreme Lord!"

...

A series of sincere praises rang out one after another.

The Devas were beside themselves with joy.

Now that the Three Aspects Deity had arrived, what could the young lad say?

"!!!"

At this moment, the young lad furrowed his brow.

He stared intently at the two figures who had appeared before him.

They emitted golden light that cascaded down, forming a golden shield in front of Indra, freezing his Divine Spear in place.

Hmph!

With a cold snort, the young lad raised his right hand.

With a whoosh, the golden Divine Spear immediately began to spin back into his grasp.

"Hmph!"

"These two are the backups you’ve called for?"

The young lad looked at Indra and spoke in a deep voice.

Indra remained composed.

He glanced over his shoulder at the two figures radiating golden light, resplendent and shining.

Backups?

That wasn’t quite right.

Considering their closer relationship with Parvati, Brahma and Vishnu could be said to be the young lad’s genuine relatives.

"We are not here to take sides!"

"Instead, we’ve come to clarify the truth, for Righteous Law, for ’Dhara’!"

With his eyes fixed on the young lad, Vishnu spoke solemnly.

Dhara!

Originally meaning ’road’, it also encompasses ’order’ and ’rightness’.

’Dhara’ represents cosmic order, the Righteous Law of the universe!

"You’re not only the child of your mother, but also the child of your father!"

"Now that your father is returning, this ought to be an auspicious moment, there should be no conflict, I believe there must be a better way."

Vishnu spoke up.

At this point, the light in his eyes shifted as he looked toward Indra, and then continued to gaze at the chubby boy.

"The one standing before you!"

"Is a sage of the Vedas, the guardian of wisdom!"

"I am convinced, if he were in your position, he would go into the cave and report, instead of engaging in a meaningless battle with us."

Vishnu slowly said.

Upon hearing this, Indra did not speak.

If it were him, he would probably let Wuyou Miaoru enter the cave and have a talk with Parvati.

But it seemed that the chubby boy took Parvati’s command extremely seriously.

He did not have that awareness!

"Indeed!"

"Child, your wisdom is insufficient!"

Brahma then echoed.

As soon as the words fell, Brahma blinked and suddenly paused.

Something seemed not quite right!

The blessings of wisdom were in the child, so to say that implied admitting his own wisdom was insufficient.

"Indeed!"

"Without undergoing many experiences, one does not gain expertise, and without learning, wisdom does not arise!"

"Too young! Too simple-minded!"

Indra commented sarcastically.

This little chubby boy only knew one rigid principle, completely ignorant of flexibility. Consequently, a manageable issue had escalated to this current state.

"Indra is right, it’s just as he says!"

"Child, you’re still too young, you have not yet unlocked your own wisdom!"

Brahma hastily continued.

"Enough!"

Enough! Enough! Enough!

Listening to these words around him, the chubby boy slightly lowered his head, clenched his teeth tightly, and suddenly became furious, letting out a loud shout.

He swiftly raised his arm, and the golden spear in his right hand glittered, dazzlingly bright.

"I don’t care if you can enter or not!"

"Since my mother has commanded me to stand guard here, then besides my mother, no one else, be it father or sister, not even I myself shall pass!"

"All of you, get lost!"

The boy yelled angrily.

With a twist of the Divine Spear in his hand, he forcefully planted it into the ground.

The next moment, the chubby boy looked up, his eyes growing cold as he pressed Indra with his gaze and pointed a finger.

"You actually destroyed the gift my mother gave me just now!"

"I will defeat you!"

The chubby boy lifted his leg and took large steps forward.

His bare feet landed on the earth, moving forward step by step, emitting deep rumbling sounds.

Boom!

Rumble rumble!

At this moment, with each step the boy took, fiery red footprints scorched the earth, and gusts of wind swirled with each swing of his arms.

With each step, the chubby boy’s foot hit the ground heavily, and then he clenched his right fist and swung it out.

"!!!"

Indra’s eyes narrowed.

He lifted his hand in motion, and with a downward press of his forearm, he instantly blocked the blow with a thunderous sound.

The next moment, Indra countered with a strike that landed on the chest of the chubby Ganesha. The boy’s body wobbled, threatened to fall, and he recoiled instantly, crashing back toward the entrance of the cave.
