Chapter 401: Chapter 358: No One Shines Brighter Than Me, Father-in-Law Don’t Be Mistaken! (Seeking Monthly Votes!)

"Here they come!"

King Charioteer’s face was ecstatic as he looked up, his eyebrows arching at the sight of beams of light descending like rainbows, landing outside the grand hall.

He excitedly clutched at his chest.

Thump! Thump! Thump!

The sounds of excited heartbeats emanated from King Charioteer’s chest.

If it weren’t for his daughter Manda, who was about to be married, he would have rushed to welcome them immediately.

"As a Gandharva who has lived for so many years,"

"I have yet to meet the Devas!"

King Charioteer, thrilled, blinked his eyes as he expressed his feelings.

"Indeed!"

The queen beside him was equally thrilled.

In the Mortal Realm,

the Four Great Continents were vast and boundless, teeming with races and lined with many nations.

This included not only the human kingdoms but also those of the Rakshasas, Gandharvas, and Asuras which were likewise established in the Mortal World, and many wild beasts and demons roamed the forests.

There were countless powerful nations!

They, the Gandharvas, could not compare to the Kshatriyas by far!

Yet, they never expected that they could form a matrimonial alliance with the Devas.

"My son-in-law, being the son of Sun God Surya, must be handsome, tall, and endlessly charismatic!"

King Charioteer murmured to himself, curiously looking at his daughter Manda.

"Of course, my father!"

"He is endlessly handsome in my heart!"

Manda smiled slightly and shook her head with firm conviction.

During her travels, she had seen Sani in deep meditation and was instantly attracted to him, watching over him as he meditated.

In her eyes, Sani was undoubtedly handsome!

Whooo...

The prolonged and ethereal sound of a conch shell began to play, echoing within the palace.

King Charioteer was delighted.

They had arrived!

He quickly turned his head to look.

He saw a man, radiating limitless glow, walking towards them with a proud posture and a faint majesty, as if he were the lofty Sun, handsome and brilliant.

"Ah!"

"How radiant! How handsome!"

"Could this be my son-in-law?"

The queen couldn’t help but widen her eyes in amazement, scrutinizing the approaching Surya.

Such a handsome and radiant Deva was exactly as her daughter described, truly a match made in heaven.

Hearing this, Princess Manda smiled.

"No!"

Princess Manda said.

King Charioteer glanced at his wife and chuckled.

"This radiant, divine figure must surely be my son-in-law’s father, Sun God Surya!"

King Charioteer said.

"Yes, this is Sun God Surya!"

Manda explained.

Hearing his daughter’s words, King Charioteer was quite proud, thinking to himself, "My eyesight is indeed accurate!"

He and the queen promptly brought their hands together in prayer.

"Praise to Sun God Surya!"

King Charioteer and his wife said.

Surya nodded slightly, smiling as he brought his hands together and gestured in return.

Tap, tap, tap!

At that moment, three more sets of footsteps approached gradually.

King Charioteer and his wife looked up and saw three majestic men.

These three men were handsome and tall, each radiating spectacular divine light.

One was bursting with energy, his posture agile, his arms robust, appearing eternally youthful; one had an intense aura, his eyes fiery, ready to spring into action; one’s expression was as calm as water, serene and tranquil.

Wind God Vayu, Fire God Agni, and Water God Varuna stood in the hall.

"All three are so handsome, so radiant, who could my son-in-law be?"

"Could it be that gentle man?"

The queen’s eyes sparkled.

She covered her mouth with her hand, suppressing a cry of delight, and turned her gaze towards Water God Varuna.

This Deva was handsome and tall, with deep eyes and a gentle expression, likely the only kind of man who could attract her daughter Manda.

King Charioteer remained silent.

He secretly chuckled to himself.

The first time they did not realize, and even the second time they were imprecise.

Hiss!

King Charioteer took a deep breath.

His eyes hardened as he looked towards Wind God Vayu and Fire God Agni.

It was only those two vigorous, robust-armed men that could possibly make Manda fall in love at first sight.

"Manda!"

"Look at their eyes shining, their arms robust, full of strength!"

"Is your husband among these two?"

King Qi Che asked.

"Hahaha!"

Upon hearing this, loud laughter erupted.

Wind God Vayu, Fire God Agni, and Water God Varuna couldn’t help but burst into laughter, exchanging glances.

"Vayu!"

"Agni!"

"Varuna!"

The three slowly spoke.

Hearing this, King Qi Che quickly brought his hands together in salute, heart swelling with even greater surprise and curiosity about what his son-in-law would be like.

"The Devas are all so handsome!"

"My daughter also says her husband is boundlessly handsome."

"Then he must be even more handsome than the Devas!"

King Qi Che pondered.

Thinking this, he could not help but feel his emotions surge, filled with anticipation.

"There’s someone else coming!"

The queen again pointed toward the entrance of the hall.

Many Devas turned to look, and saw Death God Yama and Moon God Soma also stepping forward.

Swish!

In an instant, King Qi Che and his wife’s gazes fixed on Moon God Soma.

Handsome appearance, deep gaze!

Surely it must be him!

"No!"

"These two are Death God Yama and Moon God Soma!"

Manda said.

Hearing this, King Qi Che couldn’t help but take a deep breath.

Soma was the most renowned beautiful man in the Heavenly Realm!

Could there be someone more handsome than Soma?

King Qi Che stood still, gazing out of the hall, waiting for the next Deva to appear.

Swish!

War God Kashi Giya stepped forward with great strides, his majestic demeanor shining forth.

He wore a golden crown and a golden robe, adorned with jewels and gold all over his body, gleaming like the sun, filled with the confidence and vigor of youth.

King Qi Che swayed slightly, then took a step forward.

"What a radiant man!"

"Not just handsome, but also a naturally noble aura."

"This must be him!"

King Qi Che took two steps forward, about to rush up to greet him, but Manda’s voice rose from behind.

"Father!"

"You are mistaken!"

Manda hurriedly said.

Hearing this, King Qi Che stood still, without stepping back.

His heart was not surprised at that moment, but overflowing with immense anticipation and excitement.

If such a magnificent youth was not the one, how dazzling and brilliant must his son-in-law be!

"Hahahaha!"

Kashi Giya laughed silently.

He stood quietly to the side, turning his head to look outside the hall, waiting for the final Deva, Sani.

Outside the hall.

Sani was pacing nervously in circles.

He occasionally looked up at the hall, then clenched his fists, lowered his head with hesitation, and kept encouraging himself.

"Sani!"

"You can do it, you certainly can!"

Sani murmured softly.

Facing the prospect of marriage, he felt somewhat perplexed, suddenly unsure whether or not to enter.

Crack!

A flash of lightning streaked across the sky.

Accompanied by a faint rumble of thunder, a pale blue radiance descended like a dancing dragon snake, crossing the void, and arrived instantly in front of the large hall, landing in front of Sani.

Indra and others arrived there.

"It seems I’ve arrived just in time."

Indra looked left and right and soon spotted Sani.

Since Sani was still there, then he wasn’t late!

The timing was just perfect!

Indra, with a smile, walked slowly to Sani’s side and said, "Sani, why won’t you go inside?"

Swish!

At his words, Sani shivered all over, suddenly jolted.

Looking around and spotting Indra, he finally relaxed and said, "Yes, I need to go in now, I can’t hesitate here any longer!"

"Good!"

"Let’s go in together!"

Sani said.
