Chapter 397: Chapter 354: A New Story, Reunion with Udoma! (Vote for Monthly Ticket!)

"This timid-looking black cloud is called ’Hei Mian’."

"It can rain stones!"

Shachi said.

At her words, Indra looked down, his gaze falling upon the black cloud as it rolled and surged, dark and dense like a lump of coal.

"Come here!"

Indra beckoned with a smile.

Whoosh!

"Hei Mian" immediately rushed over with all its might.

As it flew, streams of black smoke drifted from the cloud, clanging with a clang and rattle. It was like the advance of a train, or stones colliding, and a rain of fine pebbles fell down.

The other three clouds also flew over eagerly.

"They sure like you!"

Shachi exclaimed with delight.

At this moment.

The cloud of golden rain "Feng Rao", the red blossoms of "Fan Rong", and the grey "Chen Yun" rushed over swiftly, immediately clustering around Indra, enthusiastically swirling non-stop, pushing the sluggish "Hei Mian" to the back.

All four clouds swirled around Indra.

At this moment, they were as joyous and enthusiastic as if they had seen their own dear father.

Indra waved his hand and settled upon the four clouds.

Each touch was unique!

"Feng Rao" felt slightly prickly, as if there were spikes in this golden cloud, while "Fan Rong" felt soft and squishy...

"What passionate little fellows!"

Indra laughed.

He patted the clouds, then raised his head, his gaze fixed on Shachi, preparing to speak about something.

"Shachi!"

"We should..."

Indra had not finished speaking.

Shachi, her eyes smiling with joy, suddenly interrupted Indra’s words.

"I’ve just made a bracelet!"

Shachi, in a flowing red dress, accentuated her voluptuous figure.

In her pair of snow-white hands, a brightly colored bracelet appeared.

The bracelet was intricately woven, its crisscross pattern resembling an infinite snake weaving back and forth. The color was a vivacious red, as red as blood, looking like a drip-wet mandala flower, instantly catching Indra’s attention.

She bowed her head, her movements careful and delicate.

Her slim fingers gently tied the fastening, affixing the bracelet around Indra’s wrist.

"I hope this bracelet will protect you!"

"Sachipati!"

Shachi’s eyes were tender, like ripples on water, gazing into Indra’s.

Sachipati!

This was the meaning of ’Lord of Power’, which could also be called ’Lord Shachi’, similar to the sound of ’Lord Shezhi’.

The name was a secret endearment between Shachi and him.

Indra smiled.

He lowered his head, his gaze falling upon the bright red bracelet on his wrist, filled with emotion.

This woman might become his wife!

"Shachi!"

"Let’s go to the Mortal Realm and take a walk. Surya’s son, Sani, is getting married. Let’s go celebrate with him!" Indra said, raising his head.

At these words, Shachi looked up, her snow-white hands clasped tightly, pressed against her full bosom.

"Okay!"

"I’ll go call Airavata and Sarameya right away!" Shachi replied.

She was about to turn around, but the next moment, Indra raised his hand and took hold, grasping Shachi’s tender wrist.

"Airavata has important duties to attend to!"

"It and Sarameya must stay busy in the Heavenly Realm. I’ve just obtained a new mount!"

"Let’s go!" Indra said, the corner of his mouth curling into a slight smile.

He stood sideways, one hand pulling Shachi, the other pointing straight towards the vault of the sky.

Crack!

A pale blue lightning bolt instantly bombarded the starry sky, crackling wildly, the red and blue lightning interweaving through the black clouds, cutting out a wide path.

Neigh!!!

The Divine Horse, Supratika, raised its head and let out a long neigh.

Its mane flying in disarray, its figure agile, its long tail like a Naga, the sound of its hooves echoed in midair.

The sound echoed in all directions, deafening!

"This is..."

"The Divine Horse Supratika from the Earth!"

Shachi blinked her eyes, which were black like the night, causing ripples of surprise as she looked up at the sky at the divine horse charging towards them.

This Supratika was born in the Milk Sea, known for its fiery temper, and was eventually tamed by one with a Vajra Body.

It was very famous on Earth.

"No!"

"Now it’s my Supratika!"

Indra wrapped his arm around Shachi’s waist and leapt upwards.

The two of them landed on Supratika’s back and in an instant, they sped away. A white Divine Light broke through the space, parting the sky, and disappeared within the Milk Sea.

Trumpet!!!

The next moment, a proud trumpeting sound of an elephant suddenly filled the air.

Airavata flapped its ears, coming out in confusion.

It raised its trunk and sniffed around, and its watery large eyes couldn’t help but show a look of confusion. It had clearly smelled its master and that white horse, so how could they just disappear?

Trumpet?

...

Mortal Realm.

Kashy City.

Indra and his companion walked along the streets.

After so many years, the prosperity of Kashy City remained intact.

Everyone had a smile on their face, looking joyous, the streets slightly moist, with the fragrant smell of sandalwood water sprayed on the road, and snow-white lotus petals scattered about, the pure fragrance permeating the area.

"It’s so lively today!"

Shachi, wearing a light veil, looked around at the bustling crowd with surprise.

The two followed the bustling street and soon arrived at the Divine Temple of Airavata.

There were Priests standing in front of the temple.

They had set a huge earthenware pot in front of them, from which they took mango milk porridge and were performing offerings.

"Savor this mango milk porridge! Feel the blessings of the divinities!"

"Legend has it that after the fierce battle between the Heavenly Emperor Indra and the Asura, his anger unresolved, he disappeared from the Heavenly Realm!"

"Droughts persisted!"

"Airavata, deeply worried, thus sent the Divine Dog Sarameya, who fetched a mango from the Heavenly Realm and placed it in the Divine Temple at night, enticing the Heavenly Emperor to appear, placating the Devas, quelling the Emperor’s wrath and turning into thunderclouds to start the rain anew!"

Someone nearby was telling the story.

"Praise Airavata!"

"Praise Airavata!"

"Praise the merciful Airavata!"

As the offerings continued, the sounds of praising echoed incessantly.

"???"

Indra tilted his head, listening curiously to these words.

This story seemed a bit odd; while it sounded normal and seemed to extol his bravery, something didn’t quite add up!

And who had spread the story about the mango?

Could it be Airavata?

How strange!

"Something’s not right!"

Indra thought to himself.

He turned to look at Shachi and coughed twice, clearing his throat and said, "Let’s go somewhere else!"

"Check out my devotees!"

Indra said.

Shachi blinked her lovely eyes and agreed.

The two of them stepped forward, heading towards the small temple of Udoma.

Indra sensed subtly.

In his perception, the temple of Udoma had intermittent prayers, which suggested that the temple’s incense was still faring well.

Whoosh! Whoosh!

Their figures strode forward, turning into a golden light that flickered once again and appeared in the temple outside of Kashy City.

Now, this Divine Temple had become much more majestic than before.

The temple soared high, situated atop a stone platform, with massive pillars erected and arched doors standing tall, with steps leading straight upward.

Outside the temple.

Under a banana tree.

Udoma stood beside a huge earthenware pot, smiling as he went about the offering.

"Delicious banana milk porridge!"
