Chapter 351: Chapter 319: Kashigyakya’s Race, Ambush! (Requesting Monthly Votes!)

"Power of the Great Heaven!"

"Power of the Destruction God!"

Toraga blinked, his dark, deep eye sockets sparkling as he slightly hooked his lips with a smile, murmuring softly.

He indeed did not possess the power of Shiva!

But...

His men did include a pair of brothers—Moli and Sumoli!

This pair of brothers possessed blessings that no matter when or where, whenever Moli and Sumoli found themselves in danger, Shiva would appear to protect them.

"Lotus Eyes!"

"Go and call Moli and Sumoli over!"

Toraga spoke.

...

In the Milk Ocean, amidst the Vighna.

A robust figure was darting across the vast sea.

Step! Step! Step!

[Kashigyakya]bare-chested, his robust body showcased as he strode in leaps and bounds across the turbulent Milk Ocean, splashes of water scattering with every step, echoing around.

Ahead of him,

a golden goat with flames flickering at its hooves sprinted on air.

The goat shook its head and bellowed, fierce sparks flying like spittle from its mouth, falling like a rain of fire, continuously pattering down.

Baah!!!

The golden, flaming goat turned its head around.

It slightly lifted its goat head, proudly sticking out its tongue as large sparks violently spewed forth.

"!!!"

Seeing this scene, Kashigyakya widened his eyes.

The goat was actually provoking him!

He took a deep breath, his foot striking the waves with a slap, the rising waves splashing and forming a slender javelin.

Kashigyakya grasped the Water Javelin, swinging his arm forcefully and hurling it towards the goat.

Whoosh!

In an instant, the Water Javelin shot out.

Baah baah baah!

The goat turned and looked, its pupils dilating in terror, bellowing frantically.

Underneath its hooves, the flames burst even more explosively, and with a sudden leap, the water spear grazed past the goat’s ear and shot past.

Baah!

The goat cried out in thrill.

However, the next moment in the Milk Ocean, where the water spear landed, a large spinning vortex suddenly formed.

Whoosh whoosh!

Countless splashes of water surged upwards, violently exploding with innumerable watery tendrils, instantly entwining around the flaming goat’s hooves and dragging it into the sea.

Whoosh!

Kashigyakya instantly surpassed the goat.

"I won!"

His face brimming with excitement, Kashigyakya leaped into the water, mounted the creature, and raised his hands high as he and the goat burst forth from the Milk Ocean.

Challenge against [Garuda]progress—One-fifth!

Soon, the next mount entered the scene.

[Makara]lay sprawled on the ground, its backside scales broad and edges sharp, its body thick and long, resembling a giant crocodile.

Grumble! Grumble grumble!

Makara growled softly.

The next moment, its hind legs kicked, propelling it into a sudden leap, diving with a splash into the waves, its tail splitting the water as it surged forward. 𝓯𝓻𝓮𝙚𝙬𝓮𝙗𝒏𝙤𝒗𝙚𝙡.𝒄𝒐𝓶

Kashigyakya hurriedly followed suit.

Step! Step! Step!

His steps swift and airborne, swift as lightning, leaving behind elongated shadows on the surface of the water.

Before long, Kashigyakya had already surpassed Makara.

Makara swam stealthily in the water, its back tail flailing wildly, the pair of eyes peeking above the surface fixated on Kashigyakya ahead, its eyeballs shifting nimbly.

Grumble~

Makara emitted a low hum.

The next moment, without any warning, its long tail suddenly curled up, gripping a gigantic shark as big as a mountain, and violently hurled it towards Kashigyakya’s silhouette.

Swish!

Kashigyakya felt a strong gust of wind hitting him.

He stumbled, nearly falling, as the mountain-sized giant shark collided with him.

Kashigyakya stood up, looking up just in time to see Makara speeding away ahead.

"This Makara is too cunning!"

"Too cunning indeed!"

Kashigyakya spoke.

His childish temper flared up, suddenly erupting in a roar.

Roarrrr!

This lion-like roar echoed over the Milk Sea, instantly flattening the waves in front of him as it rolled forward.

Huge flames of rage also burst forth from his mouth, furiously burning over the sea surface.

Boom, boom, boom!

Flames soared into the sky, burning in all directions, lighting up the area, almost as dazzling as Vighna.

Gurgle!

Makara opened its massive mouth, letting out a shriek as both its head and tail caught fire, causing it pain that made it roll continuously.

"!!!"

"Sorry!"

Kashigyakya quickly shot up, flying into the sea of fire. He carried Makara on his shoulder, through the blaze, and flew back to Vighna.

Bang!

Kashigyakya landed swiftly, tossing Makara onto a flat lawn.

"Are you alright!"

"Are you okay!"

Kashigyakya’s eyes were filled with concern.

He lowered his head, staring anxiously at Makara, only to see its body slightly blackened, as if it had been scorched all over.

He quickly extended his hand, kneeling on the lawn, repeatedly nudging what seemed to be the breathless body of Makara.

Dead?

Kashigyakya was struck as if by lightning.

His nose tingled, his eyes widened, staring in disbelief at Makara.

Whoosh!

The next moment, Makara suddenly leaped up, like a crocodile rushing to the riverbank, opening its mouth wide and letting out a strange cry.

Gurrgle!

Beneath its huge mouth, a salty breath surged like a gale, instantly blowing up Kashigyakya’s hair.

Kashigyakya stood stunned in place.

Gurgle, gurgle, gurgle~

Makara opened its mouth wide, the short arms on its front body wrapped around its snowy white belly, rolling on the ground and emitting a deep gurgling laughter.

The entire lawn sunk beneath the massive weight of Makara.

"Makara!"

Makara! Makara! Makara!

Kashigyakya swung his arm angrily, and a fireball burst forth instantly, landing on Makara’s head.

Whoosh!

In a panic, Makara’s hind legs kicked fiercely, standing up.

Its stubby arms fluttering incessantly, confused as if a small fire crocodile ran amok in the bushes.

Kashigyakya rose triumphantly.

He had won!

Challenge [Garuda] progress—two-fifths!

"Next is that white horse!"

Kashigyakya clenched his fist, a sparkle in his eyes, he murmured.

A mere white horse!

It would surely be overcome just like the goat and Makara!

...

Meanwhile, within the Milk Sea.

Waves surged tumultuously, water churned, numerous undercurrents met inside the ocean, forming whirlpools and stirring the waves.

Three figures stood amidst the water waves.

Moli and Sumoli, two brothers, had tense expressions.

Armored and holding long staffs, they stood on an empty space above the waves, gazing towards the distant Vighna.

"Ada!"

"Did you say that child often appears above the Milk Sea?"

Moli slowly began.

His gaze flickered, slightly shifting towards a giant vulture beside him.

This vulture, bald-headed, with a sharp beak and iron claws, looked fairly ferocious with blackish-green feathers all over, quite eerie.

Whoosh!

The vulture shook its body, transforming into a tall, bald-headed Asura with a smooth head.

"Exactly!"

"I have been surveying this area under royal orders for a long time!"

"That child often leaves Vighna to race with the Devas’ mounts above the Milk Sea. We’ll just trap them here!"

The vulture Asura, Ada, said with a smile.
