Chapter 88: Chapter 88: New Information
Damon stood at the entrance of Selene’s mansion. He looked down the misty path that led into the core disciple court. The air felt cool against his skin.
His golden eyes scanned the surroundings for any sign of movement.
A young outer disciple walked by carrying a stack of scrolls. Damon stepped forward and stopped the boy with a raised hand. The disciple froze and bowed low.
"Where is the library," Damon asked. His voice stayed calm and direct.
The boy pointed toward a stone bridge on the left. He explained the path wound past three pavilions and ended at a tall building with blue tiles.
Damon nodded once and turned away. The disciple hurried off without another word.
Damon followed the directions. His black robes brushed against his legs as he walked. He passed flowering trees that glowed faintly under the morning light.
This place holds answers the system never gave me. I need to know how the current realms work and what the different the memories I got.
He crossed the stone bridge. Water flowed beneath it with a steady sound. Damon kept his pace even. His mind stayed focused on the task ahead.
Two disciples stood near the next pavilion. They noticed his robe and stepped aside. Damon walked past them without slowing.
Their whispers followed him but he paid no attention.
The path opened into a wide courtyard. A tall building rose at the far end. Blue tiles covered the roof and silver runes marked the doors.
Damon stopped for a moment at the entrance and get inside immediately.
An elder sat behind a desk inside the first hall. Damon approached and showed his inner disciple token. The elder glanced at it and gestured toward the rows of shelves.
"Inner disciples may access the upper floors," the elder said.
Damon gave a short nod. He moved deeper into the library. Shelves stretched high above him filled with thick tomes.
The air smelled of old paper and spiritual ink. He started to explore the library.
Then he pulled down a a couple books that have what he need then he found a chair and table to sit an read. Damon began flipped through the pages.
As he delved into the dusty volumes, time slipped away, unnoticed by Damon. The heavy, lingering silence of the library wrapped around him, yet he remained entirely captivated by the new information.
Though he had lost track of the spinning hours, Damon finally secured the essential knowledge he had been hunting for, confirming his path toward unrivaled supremacy and absolute, god-like power.
From what he found, for cultivation is all the same like the info he got from the system. But there is a new thing he got form the book, it about life span of the cultivator get as they advance.
Elementary Spirit Realm - 100 years old, True Spirit Realm - 150 years old, Earth Spirit Realm - 200 years old, Heavenly Spirit Realm - 250 years old, King Spirit Realm - 300 years old, Emperor Spirit Realm - 400 years old, Saint Spirit Realm - 500 years old, Sovereign Spirit Realm - 750 years old, and Origin Spirit Realm - 1000 years old.
He also got info about cultivation technique and Scripture Normal Grade, Spirit Grade , Earth Grade , Heaven Grade , Saint Grade , Sovereign Grade , and Origin Grade .
There is also about the Bloodline, Physique and Spirit Roots Grade. they divided into Mortal Grade, Earth Grade, Heaven Grade, Saint Grade, Sovereign Grade, and Origin Grade.
All this time Damon didn’t even ask the system about it, he just go with it. He also get to know what the difference between Scripture and Technique, also how rare Heaven Grade and Saint Grade are.
Scripture is for cultivation, it usually tell how to circulate you qi and how to absorb spiritual qi, there also scripture for tampering body.
As for Technique, its for battle like sword technique, movement technique, fist technique and more.
Technique are more common than a Scripture. Since scripture are most basic things for a cultivator to start cultivate, they usually include the way how to circulate you qi inside the body, how to sense spiritual energy and how to absorb spiritual energy in detail.
If a sect have Heaven Grade as their cultivation Scripture, they can become a major, while Azure Dragon Sect count as a Great Sect since they have Saint Grade as their cultivation Scripture.
Damon also found out that in this world Dual Cultivation Scripture don’t exist. That knowledge lost in time, there is mention about dual cultivator here and there but there is no prove that a dual cultivator exist.
It seem that people in this world didn’t know that sex, the exchange of yang qi an yin qi can be used for cultivating.
Meanwhile the information about this world, Damon also able to learn that this world have 5 continent in it.
Eastern Continent, Western Continent, Southern Continent, Northern and Central Continent.
Central Continent is the power house of all since the spiritual energy is more dense that any other continent. So usually one a cultivator reach King Spirit Realm or Emperor Spirit Realm, they travel to Central Continent to advance.
Damon also get to know the ruling family of Eastern Continent. The called Solaris family. Solaris family can become the ruling family because their power.
All Solaris Family have Light affinity, and their direct descendant rumored to have bloodline or physique that have Light affinity, powering their already rare light affinity.
Light element are rare, it have special power to heal like nature but it also produce heat like fire.
Element divide into 3 class, basic, intermediate and advance.
Fire, Water, Wind, and Earth classified as basic element. Ice, Lightning, and Nature classified as intermediate element. There also more intermediate element like Lava, Steel, Mist, Vapor and etc.
Then the advance element, Light and Dark.
Damon have Elemental Spiritual Roots, he couldn’t help but to wonder why he don’t have element like lava or mist, even something that Mei have like illusion or charm.
So he ask the system.
