Chapter 1 - How his System Works
There's some confusion on how his system works, I posting this to clear some issues.
The Roleplay System gives the main character the power to become a character from games, other animes or even movies.
His first character is Zhongli, the System allows him to fully become Zhongli with all his abilites and strength for 30mins each day. After that he comes back to his normal self.
In his normal state the system gives him a percentage of a characters strength. Each of that percentage represents the strength of the character.
Currently with Zhongli he has 5% of Zhonglis strength and he can increase this by roleplaying as Zhongli or finishing some tasks given by the system. If he reaches a certain percentage he also receives rewards, like one of Zhongli's skills in the game.
This is why he is randomly dropping Zhongli quotes, he's not a chuni he's just trying to increase his character proficiency.
