Looking at the candy in her hand, Li Zhi brought it to her lips.
The instant her tongue touched the candy, the edible rice paper dissolved like first snow, and a rich, milky fragrance flooded her senses.
Li Zhi reflexively held the candy between her teeth. It was still hard.
Once in her mouth, the candy began to melt on her tongue, the flavor like syrup being poured over her teeth.
After tossing the wrapper into the trash can, Li Zhi stood up and walked to the bathroom, the half-melted candy held between her teeth. Sticky syrup swirled over her tongue with each step.

Shen Yuan walked out of the bathroom after drying his hair.
