Chapter 750: Chapter 19: Illegal Intrusion (Part 2)

The reason I say it’s a female is because it’s hard to define this silver-haired woman. Judging by her appearance, she seems like a youthful girl with an air of nobility, probably around seventeen or eighteen years old. Yet, her demeanor exudes a mature warmth, reminiscent of a graceful lady.

A very intriguing lady, yet not seeming contradictory at all.

Because she’s such a beautiful and remarkable flower, she naturally caught the Fox Elf’s attention. After all, it doesn’t matter who she picks, right? She smiled gently, swaying gracefully as she walked over, exuding charm, until she reached the side of the car, bending down to knock lightly on the door.

"Eh? May I ask who you are..."

The lady inside the car turned her head in surprise, revealing a face that seemed meticulously crafted, too beautiful under her snow-like glistening silver hair, her ruby-like pupils looked at the Fox Elf outside the car, as if not understanding her purpose.

"Oh my, you’ve really forgotten, haven’t you? Forgot about our arrangement?"

The Fox Elf said with a sly grin, her eyes flashing with an otherworldly light.

However—

"Eh eh eh? Arranged, arranged it? How come, I remember today’s plan was to go out with Ilya..."

The lady in the car seemed a bit flustered and surprised. She quickly reached out and tapped the air in front of her, projecting a holographic screen. With a few swift gestures, the screen’s content switched smoothly.

"And there’s nothing on the schedule, I... I don’t seem to recall anything, but the SkyNet should automatically record the schedule, right? If I had confirmed it back then..."

Seeing the flustered and confused look on the silver-haired woman’s face, the Fox Elf’s expression froze slightly, her charm seemingly ineffective?

—The other person didn’t seem aware at all.

—Could it be that the people’s overall quality in this Anomaly Domain is too high?

Though she hadn’t used all her power, this complete lack of awareness was too much.

Feeling a bit embarrassed, she chuckled dryly, and while the lady in the car was still somewhat bewildered, a red gleam flashed in her pupils: "Did you really forget? That’s too much, I’m called Goyanskaya, does that ring a bell?"

Using suggestive words while enhancing her charm to the maximum level—a level that would trap even Servants with slightly weaker Anti-Magic Power—Goyanskaya watched the silver-haired lady in the car with full confidence, waiting for the other to fall under her spell and become her puppet.

The silver-haired lady stared blankly at her, then finally reacted, with a look of sudden realization:

"Wa-wait! Just now... Did you try to charm me?"

This time she finally felt something, though it wasn’t quite what the Fox Elf expected.

The next moment, under Goyanskaya’s exasperated gaze, the silver-haired lady warily pressed an alarm button in the car.

The piercing sound of sirens blared.

Red warning lights flashed rapidly.

In an instant, this area became the focal point of the road, and the Fox Elf, angry and anxious, noticed a multitude of hovering vehicles and small aircraft rushing towards them. It wasn’t necessarily the police pinpointing them, but almost everyone who noticed the situation was instinctively taking action.

Damn it!

Is the spirit of civic duty so strong that everyone wants to play hero?!

Having botched the initial attempt, a furious Goyanskaya gritted her teeth, glaring fiercely at the silver-haired lady in the car before decisively opting to retreat.

The situation was unclear, making it inadvisable to fight head-on. Besides, she hadn’t figured out how the king of this Anomaly Domain was such a ruthless person, so she cautiously chose the prudent approach... but still felt an undeniable sense of frustration and defeat. Embarking on this Anomaly Domain didn’t start well at all, not even managing to take down a randomly chosen ordinary person?

What a joke!

The Fox Elf, feeling disgruntled and aggrieved, quickly fled the scene, simultaneously cleverly and with much experience dodging around in this layer of Moon Ring City.

She didn’t necessarily have a purpose, but as long as she could mask her whereabouts and eradicate the possibility of being tracked, that was enough.

Not long after.

Stopping in an empty house, Goyanskaya cautiously continued to employ her methods to conceal her presence, finally taking a break. But without any chance to relax, the next moment, the door was kicked in with force.

"Hands up!"

"Don’t make pointless resistance!"

"You’re under arrest!!"

As she watched the fully armed men rush in, the Fox Elf’s mouth twitched slightly. How did ordinary people manage to apprehend her with such precision and speed?

Watching them approach as if intending to restrain her, twisting her arms behind her back to control her, and the others also drawing handcuffs to surround her, an enraged Goyanskaya shouted: "Get lost!"

Did they really think she wouldn’t get angry? Powerful magic power surged from her, spreading out to directly impact the surroundings! Though she didn’t want to cause unnecessary trouble, she also didn’t want to be so easily captured by ordinary people, hence she planned to get a bit serious and intimidate them.

Under the explosion of magic power, the sound of the shockwave pierced the air, causing the fully armed men to take several steps back.

Yes, several steps back.

"You! How dare you assault the police?" Their eyes shifted instantly, bursting with incredible magic power, bombarding towards her with fierce hostility, some wielding ray weapons with strong energy reactions, others light sabers.

"How could this be? Are you all Servants?"

The Fox Elf was momentarily stunned, instinctively taking a closer look, but then realized it wasn’t quite like that.

While all of their physical qualities were extremely healthy and strong, probably several times what she’d understood about average people, they still fell short of Servants... this strength was a boost provided by external forces, an amalgamation of magical resonance and biological enhancement phenomena from both their outer and inner selves.

—The most advanced bio-exoskeleton technology, directly integrating complex microcomputing and muscle-enhancing equipment into their biological systems...

—Through progressive DNA engineering and super-electromagnetic biological wiring, synthetic cells reprogrammed at the cellular level, forming a special human magic power reaction chamber...

—Also, smart clothing woven from nano-ceramics and neural dampeners implanted internally, used in conjunction to help better control this power...

With a deafening roar and a fierce magical collision, even this futuristic room was destroyed. The Fox Elf, both angry and anxious, seized the chaos to escape, appearing somewhat disheveled. She, of course, wouldn’t be threatened by these people. If things got serious, they still wouldn’t be her match.

It was mainly due to the unexpected situation that she suffered a minor setback, unprepared.

"She escaped, requesting SkyNet to track the current coordinates of the fugitive, simulate and calculate her escape route..."

A group of Superhuman Level police officers were outraged.

"Wait, the hidden energy reaction from the suspect is extremely dangerous. According to SkyNet’s assessment, this is beyond what we can handle, inform the higher-ups..."

"Initially, we thought this was an aberrant freak, now it seems the target doesn’t have a neural dampener or identity code, potentially an intruder! Extremely dangerous, I think we should neutralize on sight!"

......

(P.S.: An incident occurred nearby, the roads are closed... A yellow-coded alert hit the town’s supermarket, less than a mile from here, and almost had a direct encounter when buying stuff...)
