Chapter 540: Chapter 540 - Night Battle Tradition
Leyvi and Anda returned to Holy Cat City as quietly as they had left. Caterina was already waiting for them at the mansion.
"Are you done with your business?" Caterina asked. She did not press for any details.
"Yes. Thank you for letting us use the tokens," Leyvi replied as he handed the tokens back to her.
He had not wanted anyone to see him and Anda leaving through the city gates, so he had asked to borrow Caterina’s special gate tokens. These tokens allowed them to pass through the city’s Grand Formation from anywhere they wished.
Unfortunately, the Grand Formation in Bara City did not have this convenient function. The last time they sneaked out, they had been forced to go through the main gate.
Anda already had plans to upgrade Bara City’s Grand Formation to include this function and several others. Later, she intended to invite Bellion to handle the work. For formations with secret and sensitive functions like this, she needed someone she could fully trust. She could not simply hire a random formation master. Bellion was the best and safest choice.
As for Sawi, although she had become a Formation Master, she had only recently crossed that threshold and mostly knew simpler formations. Moreover, she seemed to prefer creating intricate small-scale formations for Spirit Equipment and artifacts rather than working on large-scale city formations.
"Hehe. Just keep the tokens," Caterina said with a playful smile. "You’re going to be my husband in less than two days anyway. I won’t be staying in Bara City like my soon-to-be sisters, but this will allow you to visit me secretly at night."
"Good idea!" Anda immediately supported her. "I will remind him to visit you from time to time."
Leyvi sighed inwardly. There goes my plan of avoiding going out for a long time.
As if sensing his thoughts, Caterina added softly, "Although that would be nice, it would actually be better if I’m the one who makes the trips. I can fly much faster than an airship, and it’s easier for me to adjust my schedule."
Leyvi blinked in surprise.
This woman is actually quite considerate, he thought.

The next morning, Tal and Tasya returned to the mansion together.
Leyvi, Anda, and a few others were enjoying their morning coffee leisurely on the front yard when they spotted the pair coming up the road.
In the distance, Tal was piggybacking Tasya. It was a sight Leyvi had not seen in quite a while. They used to do this often when they were teenagers. Tasya looked especially cheerful and energetic, while Tal appeared completely exhausted, his steps heavy.
Seeing this, Leyvi felt relieved. He knew the two of them had reconciled somehow. At the same time, he could not help but shake his head. Tal’s stamina was truly lacking.
How can you get this exhausted just from piggybacking a woman? The mansion was located on a hill, but Tal was already a Foundation Building Realm cultivator. This should not be a tiring task for him at all. Maybe he should tell Tal to start practicing some simple body strengthening exercises to improve his physical strength.
Anda, on the other hand, smiled mischievously as she watched them. "Ah... the kids have finally grown up. Only late by almost six years."
"Pfft!" Leyvi sprayed a mouthful of coffee to the side.
"What did you say?" he asked, staring at her.
The other ladies present also widened their eyes in delight. The implication behind Anda’s words was very clear.
"Why are you all so surprised?" Anda said casually. "This isn’t surprising at all. It was only a matter of time. They finally did it, so now they’re officially adults."
Leyvi turned his head and looked at the two of them, who were still slowly making their way up the road. No wonder Tal looked so exhausted. This must be the result of being completely overwhelmed by Tasya in bed.
Wait a minute... Leyvi suddenly thought. Anda had said she had been teaching Tasya about this matter for a long time. That meant she must have prepared her with all kinds of skills to dominate in bed. But Tal, on the other hand, was probably completely inexperienced. Leyvi had never taught him anything about it.
This panda... You were supposed to guide her in cultivation, not this!
He turned to look at Anda again and saw her smiling smugly, as if she had just won some kind of victory.
I can’t beat you, but my disciple can beat yours. That was clearly what she was trying to say.
Leyvi was left speechless. Did she really treat this as some kind of proxy night battle? Poor Tal. He probably suffered even more than I did in the early days.
Meanwhile, two of the ladies present felt quite awkward after hearing Anda’s words.
Ava Clover and Dorin Homun.
After all, neither of them had taken that step with Leyvi yet. According to Anda’s logic, did that mean they were still not considered adults? They wanted to retort, but doing so would only highlight their own situation. It was better to stay quiet.
Ava shot Leyvi a sharp glare. Her eyes clearly said, ’When are you going to fulfill your promise and fight me in a pure physical strength match?’
As for Dorin, her situation was more complicated. Although she had gradually developed real feelings for Leyvi, she knew that he still disliked her. She used to be an extremely arrogant young lady, and old habits die hard. Still, she had matured considerably compared to before and no longer acted arrogantly without reason. Even so, she often wondered whether she would remain nothing more than an alchemist for the Leyan Family forever, or if she would become something more. She honestly did not know.
Soon, Tal and Tasya arrived at the front yard gathering spot. Tal carefully lowered Tasya from his back, breathing heavily with visible exhaustion.
"Master, I won! A big landslide victory!" Tasya declared happily as she ran over and hugged Anda’s arm tightly.
"Pfft!" Leyvi sprayed another mouthful of coffee to the side.
Is that really something you’re supposed to announce publicly? he thought, utterly speechless.
"Congratulations, Tasya! You finally did it!" The four maids and Lilian congratulated her together, their eyes glistening with happy tears. Their joy was genuine and obvious. After all, they had been emotionally invested in Tal and Tasya’s love story for many years.
Tasya smiled brightly, clearly enjoying all the attention and congratulations.
"Good job, Tasya. That’s my disciple," Anda said proudly. "But don’t slack off on your training. If you do, he might catch up to you in the future. And if you can’t win anymore, you might need to find some reinforcements."
Tasya immediately pouted. "But Master, I don’t want to share Tal with anyone."
"Then you have to keep winning," Anda replied with a sly smile. "As long as you keep winning, you won’t need anyone else to help you."
"Hehehe. Don’t worry, Master. I have it completely under control," Tasya said confidently.
Tal stood there feeling extremely embarrassed. His face turned bright red. Why was this being discussed so openly for everyone to hear? He really wanted to dig a hole and hide somewhere right now.
He recalled what happened last night. After they had both finally been honest about their feelings, the mood between them had become perfect. Everything happened naturally after that. Their first time had been gentle, intimate, and deeply fulfilling. But after they grew more familiar with each other’s bodies and embrace, Tasya suddenly suggested they have a "night battle." That was when his nightmare began.
Living in the Leyan Family, Tal naturally knew what a "night battle" was. It was a contest to see who could out-pleasure the other. However, his understanding had only been on the surface level. He thought it simply meant being more intense with movements and stamina. He was wrong, very wrong.
It turned out to be far more than that. All kinds of techniques were used, not just physical ones. Even Qi techniques were involved. On top of that, Tasya’s sexual stamina was frighteningly high. It finally made sense. She had been secretly trained for years by Anda.
As a result, Tal was drained again and again throughout the night. Tasya even fed him Vigorous Pills so he could continue performing. By the time morning came, he was completely exhausted, both physically and mentally.
Tal looked at Leyvi with a pitiful, pleading expression. His eyes seemed to say, Master, why didn’t you prepare me for this? My dignity as a man is in shambles.
Leyvi felt a wave of dizziness wash over him. He could not listen to this any longer. At the same time, he felt genuinely guilty toward Tal. His panda wife had completely corrupted her disciple. Not only had Tasya inherited Anda’s mischievous personality, she had also inherited her unique bedroom logic. In the end, poor Tal became the victim.
Leyvi had a feeling that with Anda around, the night battle would become the Leyan Family’s tradition, continuing for generations.
Wait a minute... Don’t tell me that dramatic fight they had yesterday was actually a planned act just to make this happen? Leyvi couldn’t help but suspect.
After that, Leyvi pulled Tal aside and told him that if he ever needed guidance in this particular matter, he could come ask anytime.
Later that day, more and more guests continued to arrive at Holy Cat City to attend the wedding the following day.
Another day passed, and finally, the long-awaited wedding between Leyvi Leyan and Caterina Feline was about to begin.
