He slammed the door hard—the anger, accumulated for who knows how long, caused the already flimsy door to crash to the ground, stirring up a cloud of dust.
The three men inside the room were dumbfounded.
"You... who are you?" one of them stammered, his voice altered by surprise!
Pei Yuanchen, eyes red, said nothing. He quickly spotted He Ziyi in the corner.

He Ziyi leaned trustingly against him, tightly holding onto him, even rubbing her head against his chest.
