"You must be Boss Gu," Prince Yu said, walking over and taking the initiative.

"Boss Gu, there’s no need for such formalities." Prince Yu made a motion as if to help him up.
"The little girl has already spoken to me about your situation, Your Highness. Please, let’s speak in the private room." Gu Shuo gestured for him to enter.
"Very well."
Prince Yu entered the room.
"I’ll leave you adults to your discussion, then," Ye Qianning said, looking up at them.
Gu Shuo nodded. "Go on. I’ll bring some pastries for you later."
Ye Qianning murmured her assent and headed for the stairs.
Gu Shuo watched her small figure retreat, his eyes filled with undisguised admiration. Though he hadn’t visited the General’s estate, that didn’t mean he was uninformed. Many of the staff at Immortal’s Intoxication were his own people.
