Duncan merely listened, knowing the Enchanting Demon’s killings were rather suspicious, but being uninvolved, he decided not to inquire.
The plump priest showed a hint of flattery in her expression, cautiously asking, "Is there anything else you need, sir?"
The man in front of her had saved the Mother of Great Bliss.
He escorted her through the chaos, and regardless of his previous status, now he was greatly valued by the Mother of Great Bliss. As her favored, lover, and consort, her attention could elevate his status significantly.
Duncan slowly shook his head, looking at his completely healed wound with no scars left, saying in a deep voice, "Nothing more. You may leave."
