After getting in the car, Qin Mu kept teasing him. Mu Yichen endured it for a long time until Qin Mu nearly got angry, then he mentioned something to her.

Wang Huanyu bypassed him and said to Qin Mu.
Qin Mu tilted her head and waved at him: "It’s nothing, you go on to work, we’ll handle the rest!"
"Alright!"
Wang Huanyu responded and then drove away.
Mu Yichen turned his head to look at Qin Mu and murmured, "So I’m just the worker you hired!"
"Wrong! You’re the facade I hired!"
Qin Mu immediately replied to him, then they moved forward and both got out of the car.
A simple little ceremony, with Mu Yichen responsible for holding a book and sitting by the window to attract people.

At nine forty-five in the morning, Qin Mu dropped Mu Yichen off at the office building.
Mu Yichen didn’t rush to get out of the car and suddenly turned to her, looking a bit hesitant.
Qin Mu looked at him puzzled: "What?"
"You made me a showpiece for so long this morning; if you drive away now, that’s a little heartless, isn’t it?"
"Well, you’re going to a meeting. Can you bear to let me wait for you in your office by myself?"
"My office has everything you could possibly need!"
The implication being that she could go all out and indulge.
Qin Mu sighed lightly, then got serious: "Go to work quickly; I won’t accompany you for lunch, afraid Qin Mingzhu can’t handle things alone."
Such a slight sentence dismissed Mu Yichen.
After Mu Yichen got out of the car, he scratched the back of his head, feeling as if he had just been used and discarded on some street.
By a little after four in the afternoon, the bookstore had settled down. Although it was a new store, the people inside reading seemed at ease, as if they had been there for days.
Qin Mu casually flipped through a book nearby and quickly found herself calming down.
Qin Mingzhu was in the office lulling the child to sleep. After the child fell asleep, she too drifted off. Qin Mu quietly checked in, gently closed the door, and went to greet the store staff. The staff, making coffee for a customer, turned around after seeing her and seriously wiped their hands before speaking: "Miss Qin, would you like some coffee?"
"No need for coffee, I’m stepping out for a bit. When Qin Mingzhu comes out, just tell her, and if there’s anything, go find her."
"Okay!"
The staff nodded, and only after Qin Mu left did they bring the finished coffee to the appropriate table.
Qin Mu returned to her own store, where refreshments and snacks had been prepared for her long ago. Seeing her exhaustion, Wang Li couldn’t help but sigh, "Let me give you a massage."
