Chapter 605: Chapter 624: Getting Along with Roommates
Just as Jiang Qiuqiu had to go to school on time, Mo Si also had to get to work on time.
The decisions he had to make were not trivial matters. Once he put on that uniform, he would no longer act on his own whims.
Early in the morning, after finishing breakfast, he first dropped Jiang Qiuqiu off at Federation University, then drove himself to the Military Department to begin a busy period of work.
After arriving at the university, Jiang Qiuqiu first went to her dorm, then headed to the Mecha Department building with a few of her roommates.
She, Meng Chun, and Liu Tingting were all in the same group. Since Michelle wasn’t in their class, she had to turn and head to a classroom in the opposite direction.
This ’parting of ways’ was actually quite awkward.
Fortunately, though Michelle could be a bit contrary at times, she was a resilient girl overall. "I’ll head over by myself, then. See you guys at noon."
"Okay, Michelle. See you at noon."
After saying goodbye to their friend, the three of them entered their classroom.
Soon, the class bell rang. The teacher walked into the classroom just as it did.
Unlike the daily, regimented training and the overwhelming, cramming-style spiritual power education of their military training, the professors and teachers of Federation University’s Class A1 had many different interpretations of the term "Mecha Soldier."
Perhaps the goal was to first help the students understand the subject matter and subsequently develop a passion for the field, because all of today’s classes were theoretical.

Why we pilot Mecha.
How Mecha are designed to connect with the human spirit.
What one can do after learning to pilot a Mecha.
Because the lectures were witty and humorous, a full day of learning theory and specialized history didn’t feel dull or tedious.
It was fantastic.
However, not everyone was listening attentively. After all, in the eyes of some students, this theoretical knowledge was completely meaningless.
’What’s the point of learning to pilot Mecha and practicing spiritual power? Obviously, it’s to become an elite Mecha Soldier and achieve your dreams! As for how they’re actually built, that’s something for the Mechanical Manufacturing Department to worry about!’
In short, even Class A1 was filled with all kinds of students.
When the day’s classes were over, Jiang Qiuqiu and Liu Tingting gathered their books and hurried out the door.

"I’m going to get my Nutrient Liquid."
Meng Chun offered to go with her, but Michelle refused. "No, it’s fine. I only asked you to come with me those few times because I didn’t know how to get it. I know how now. Besides, the natural food is delicious, and eating more of it is good for your health."
"Thanks for your help before, Meng Chun." After saying this, she seemed to get embarrassed and quickly added, "You all better hurry, or you’ll have to wait in line. I’ll message you when I’m done and wait for you at the entrance. I’m off."
With that, she strode off on her long legs and vanished into the crowd.
Meng Chun let out a soft sigh. "She’s so proud."
"There’s nothing wrong with being proud," Jiang Qiuqiu said with a smile. "In the Mecha Single Soldier System, sometimes you need people with that kind of pride."
"And don’t you two feel awkward about it. If you’re feeling awkward, Michelle will feel even more so."
