Gu Shiting immediately jumped in, "We have plans! Song Chen is free though, let him keep you company!"

Gu Shiyan didn’t give up, "What plans do you have that can’t be postponed to tomorrow? Keep me company today, I want to make the kite myself."

"Shut up!" Gu Shiyan snapped, and then turned to Sheng Tang, "Tangtang, keep me company! Big sister cares about you the most. Anything you need, just let me know and I’ll handle it for you. Isn’t that right?"

He glared at his sister angrily, "Tomorrow we’re going out, and you’re not tagging along. Otherwise, you can fly kites by yourself in the afternoon."

She thought to herself, who wants to hang out with you two little brats tomorrow? Do you really think your big sister has nothing better to do?
Letting out her inner child was Miss Gu’s way of keeping happy. She wouldn’t keep pretending to be young and girly all the time.
Song Chen smiled at the sight of Gu Shiyan’s victory as she managed both Gu Shiting and Sheng Tang so well. He got up with a laugh and called the servant to prepare the kites.
Gu Shiyan called out from behind, "Don’t get ready-made ones, we plan to make the kites ourselves, so have them bring the raw materials."
Song Chen said okay.
After lunch, Sheng Tang took a half-hour nap before Gu Shiyan got her up.
The four of them sat around the dining table and began making kites from scratch.
Sheng Tang had hardly ever flown a kite, so this rare experience excited her and she eagerly dived into assembling it.

Sheng Tang assembled while he painted. The two worked in perfect harmony and had a butterfly kite ready in just half an hour.
"How is it?" he asked Sheng Tang.
Sheng Tang looked at the messy work on Gu Shiyan’s side, then back at Gu Shiting’s pristine paint job and couldn’t help but praise, "It’s great, really impressive."
Gu Shiting couldn’t help but smile.
Gu Shiyan said, "Tangtang, stop praising him so much, you’ll spoil him."
Sheng Tang believed that praises helped build self-confidence.
Gu Shiting was rather lacking in self-confidence, so she would praise him more. Besides, when Gu Shiting praised Sheng Tang, his words were even more exaggerated.
