Chapter 211: The Third Magic: Existence Acceleration
**CCRACK!
Space cracked open and a golden chain, with sparks of lightning, or rather, causality around it, burst out and shot towards his arm.
It was faster than he could react and he thought the chain was going to succeed in ensnaring him, lo and behold, right before it hit his arm, the chain changed directions as if avoiding him.
Seeing this, a smile broke out on Arthur’s face as he burst into laughter. The golden chain then shattered into shards of light and faded away.
’23 Minutes Arthur! Let’s begin!’
He then unsummoned Celestia and began chanting in his faux true voice as sparks of what seemed to be golden lightning began to crackle around him.

Now then, let’s go over the specifics of the ’Third Magic: Existence Acceleration.’
This was a spell created by the Cosmic being, Lucifer Morningstar, in an attempt to increase the speed at which he increased his realm of existence.
However, although he was successful in creating it, Lucifer was unable to cast this spell.
The reason was because of the fact that the spell needed to inscribe a rune sigil on his soul.
At the time Lucifer created this spell, he was already a Monarch realm existence with five protective layers over his soul.
Any attempt to inscribe anything on his soul would be blocked by these five layers and if he tried to remove the layers himself, he might as well have just sliced his own neck off.
Due to this, Lucifer realized the spell could only be used by those who were not deities, however the fact that the spell was based on cosmic energy also meant that it was meant to be used by those who could manipulate cosmic energy.
No matter what kind of existence one was, the minimum requirement to become a cosmic being, was the low-tier deity realm.
It was precisely because of this that the third requirement, ’To be sub cosmic’ was set. After all, the only beings who could manipulate cosmic energy while not being deities were sub-cosmic beings.
Now, on to the spell itself.
’Existence Acceleration’ as the name implies, accelerates everything about the existence that can be accelerated.
Physical growth speed, energy recovery speed, movement speed, thought speed, reaction speed, learning speed, regeneration speed, reflex speed, attack speed, law comprehension speed, and then the main reason the spell was created; existence realm advancement speed.
Out of these many ’Aspects’, he could only choose five. These five he would choose were permanent and he could not change them, forever.
That was natural, after all, he was inscribing the five in one rune on his soul. Removing such a thing was not possible unless he wanted to cut a piece of his soul out.
Even so, it did not change the fact that the spell was definitely going to be a boon to Arthur.
All these, at the cost of his law comprehensions and a 50% chance of death during the spell ritual.
It was so....convenient.
So convenient that Hades and Cattleya naturally questioned if there was some other drawback that Arthur did not tell them about.
This brings us to a simple question.
Would the law of causality let the caster of such a spell go?

The answer is a big fat obvious NO.

The moment Hades heard that sound, he frowned. Cattleya snapped her head in Arthur’s direction immediately, while Lewis took off his hat and prepared to use his gigantification.
The next moment, space cracked open and a golden chain shot out from it towards Arthur’s direction. Cattleya was about to dash out to intercept the chain but-

A burst of divinity was released beside her causing her to instinctively back away by a few kilometres, next to the figure of a five-meter tall Hades with a sword in hand, shot forward, towards the golden chain in motion.
He filled his sword with cosmic energy and slashed at the chain.
**SHATTER!!!
The golden chain shattered into shards of light, sparks travelled up Hades’ sword arm but he shrugged it off and turned in Arthur’s direction.
’Arthur is still too weak to handle the repercussions of causality, especially now when all his focus is on that spell.’
Another part of space cracked open and two more chains burst out, shooting toward Arthur. Hades instantly appeared in front of them and slashed at them with cosmic energy-filled blades and they broke into shards of light once more.
Space cracked open a third time, but from six different directions, Cattleya wanted to move to assist Hades but;

Hades shouted at her as he turned into a streak of light and moved around Arthur in a circle.
He reappeared in his original position and unsummoned his two swords. Next, the six pairs of golden chains that were snaking towards Arthur, all shattered simultaneously.
|Tsk...As I thought, I can’t stay too close to him, the damned spell would try to pull me in.|
As Hades was turned to leave the spell circle that had accidentally entered, something out of his wildest dreams happened.
**CCRACKLEE!!!!
He heard the crackling of lightning and turned around instantly, he didn’t see the source so he poured energy into his eyes and zoomed in on Arthur, only to see a crack in space about two meters above Arthur’s head.
’Shit!’
Before he could even move, golden lightning dropped down towards Arthur, Hades blitzed across space arriving beside Arthur instantly, however before he could use his cosmic energy-filled sword to slash at the lighting, it moved to avoid Arthur and struck the ground beside him.
|WHAT?|
He couldn’t help but voice out his visible confusion, however, he had to leave as the magic circle at Arthur’s feet began flickering dangerously.
He backed out of the spell circle’s range while keeping an eye on Arthur, also watching the surroundings carefully in case of any more causality chains.
The magic circle stopped flickering and stabilized itself, it was around this time that the golden chain that appeared right beside Arthur came out of the crack in space.
Hades’ eyes widened as he saw the chain miss Arthur’s body completely.
’Arthur! Just what kind of secrets are you still hiding!’
His heart ached as he understood what the chain missing his body meant, he realized that the burden the future Arthur would have to carry would be much more than he had expected!
He saw Arthur burst into laughter before un summoning his sword and beginning a chant in the faux true voice that Hades had taught him how to use.

As Arthur began chanting, he closed his eyes so as to not get distracted looking at the golden sparks around his body that increased, yet never touched him once.
|¬Let the blood that flows be the essence, let the flesh my soul resides within be the foundation.¬|
His blood that flowed into the magic circle at his feet glowed even brighter as he spoke the second verse.
|¬From the beginning and end of all things, I call you forth.¬|
By the third verse, the space in front of him cracked open, however, the dreaded chains of causality were not what came through.
|¬Heed my summons, oh pure c0^ↄ3 ¶ ⊥ of time.¬|
From within the cracked space came a blue orb the size of a human head, blue sparks crackled all around it.
|¬Recieve your offering and grant my request.¬|
The giant law crystal core under Arthur’s feet began breaking into pieces, the pieces were then absorbed by the blue orb in front of him until only the part with the magic circle he was standing on was left.
|¬I shall declare here, this one shall advance through all there is with momentum never seen before.¬|
An illusory blue clock manifested in front of Arthur, the hands of the clock then began moving in sync with each other. This verse was the declaration for the first ’Aspect’ he wished to accelerate: Existence realm advancement speed.
|¬This one shall heal from all with vitality never seen before.¬|
This verse was for the second ’Aspect’: regeneration speed.
|¬This one shall recover all with an upswing never seen before¬|
As for this verse, it was for the third ’Aspect’: Energy recovery speed.
|¬This one shall comprehend all with insight never seen before¬|
One of the more important ’Aspects’: Law comprehension speed.
|¬This one shall perceive all with acumen never seen before¬|
The last ’Aspect’: Thought speed.
|¬Drawing upon the essence of this c0^ↄ3 ¶ ⊥, I shall make this proclamation.¬|
The spinning speed of the hands of the illusory blue clock increased exponentially until all one could see was just a blur.
|¬I Invoke thee.¬|
The clock shattered into pieces and the pieces then reformed into a blue pentagram inscribed inside a circle. In the centre of this pentagram was a single character rune sigil, the beams of light that made up the spell circle all turned blue at this point also.
Arthur then opened up his vertical slit eyes that were glowing a deep blue colour and called out with a solemn voice.
