The first five days in Black's secret place were filled with peace and warmth as Cassy slept by Kai's side in his room.
Each night moans filled the entire surroundings as Kai and Cassy exchanged their love fluid and cooled themselves with a quick bath. But the sixth night came in like a poison that doesn't have an antidote.
The memory of Ayra spiked in Kai's head whenever he remembered the green veins on the zombies that attacked them at the RedBull.
After he and Cassy had undergone their second round for the night and had slept like a pregnant pig, Kai walked out of the room and stood at the corridor. He lifted his eyes to the star-filled sky while holding Lena's necklace as if it could bring them all back.
"Mom," he whispered as he followed a shooting star that flew across the Orion constellation and caught his attention in a second. "Is that why you died?"
He closed his eyes and synced his mind back to the night his mother died.
The texture that her skin had become, then bubbles that came out of her mouth, and the green veins that strangely vanished after she died.
Everything came to him like a movie he hadn't subscribed to and couldn't stop from playing.
While Kai stood there with his eyes closed, two of Black's guards stopped and glanced at him for a moment before carrying on with their duties.
"What is that kid doing there?" one soldier wearing a green cowboy hat asked as he turned to his colleague the moment they stopped by the gate of the mansion.
"I don't even know why he's not asleep yet," the colleague with no cap said while stroking the hair on his head.
"Keep watch here, I'm heading outside to pee. I will be back," the first said with hopes of returning but ended up getting hit with two silenced bullets the moment he exited and began releasing his hot fluid.
At a far distance, men dressed in grass camouflage moved in one after another. They disintegrated all the guards on duty and posed as the guards when they saw Yung Chin K standing there watching.
Before Kai could shift his head, Cassy called him from behind and caught his attention.
"Kai," she said in a sarcastic voice that drifted Kai's mind in seconds. Then she began walking toward him wearing only a transparent gown that gave no excuse to the breasts and the pinky hole beneath her legs that wasn't covered with either bra or panties. "Why are you standing here when I need you?"
She placed her right index finger on Kai's lips when Kai tried to speak, then moved a step closer to him. "No need to talk. Let's go inside and do the talking on the bed."
Kai glanced back at the guards in the dark, then shook his head. Cassy threw a horny gaze at Kai when they entered the hallway and began hearing moaning sounds coming from the upper chamber, where Jinx and Black were.
How good Black would be in bed, Cassy said in her head and bit her lower lip as she wrapped her arms and legs around Kai's waist.
When Kai's door closed behind them, Cassy's voice exploded in the mansion and caused the uninvited soldiers to have their rods on end.
Jinx walked out of Black's room feeling refreshed as soon as the first morning light stretched through the skies.
She walked toward the medical bay and checked on the chubby lady who was now slightly healthier and was staring at the ceiling counting randomly per the number of sleepless nights she had been having due to the measure at which moans stretched through the mansion.
"I know it's hard, but you will have to manage," Jinx said as she looked at her then smiled. "If you want you can join us this evening. If that would make you feel okay."
The chubby lady's eyes grew wide for a moment before she shifted her gaze to the window and watched the birds flying high in the skies.
"All I want is to get back to my kids." She shifted her gaze to Jinx, then smiled. "Thank you for your request but I think my kids are more important than that."
"Okay, sure," Jinx said with a raised shoulder.
She walked back to the second floor and knocked on Kai's door until the door swung open.
When she saw Cassy standing in the room naked she frowned for a second before bursting into laughter when she saw the nature in which Cassy's hair had messed up while sticky liquid streaked down her thighs.
Children, Jinx said in her head and entered without waiting for Cassy or Kai to give her permission, since the room was now for both Kai and Cassy.
Jinx sat down beside Kai, while Kai's gaze was locked on the window, glancing at the birds and the leaves.
"Are you still thinking about a world that has already collapsed?" she asked in a teasing tone, but remained still when Kai turned a sharp gaze at her. "I will be going to grab a few things at Lena's estate and I wanted to know if you have something there that you would want to take?"
A smile tore on Kai's face as he sighed once. He shifted his gaze to the necklace before shifting his full attention to Jinx. "It's better I go to Gilgal Village instead."
Cassy moved a step forward with a shock-filled face. "But that village collapsed years ago."
Kai shifted his gaze back to the window and clenched his fist. "It's dead to outsiders but alive to those that have the blood still running through them."
Jinx sat there for a moment without saying a word, then stood up. "Hope you come back safely."
She tapped on Kai's shoulder before stepping out of the room.
Black waited for Jinx at the front of the mansion and left with her in his new black BMW that glittered like a black diamond.
Cassy sat closer to Kai and placed her head on his chest. "Why do you still want to go there, Kai?"
He blinked once, then shifted his gaze to her. "There is something I buried above my mother's coffin which I need to take."
"And what if the burial ground has turned into a mountain?" Cassy asked with a faint smile on her face.
Kai looked at her then grinned. "Then I will turn it upside down and take it."
