Chapter 539: Chapter 112: Clan Probing, Authority Law Clash

In a mere instant.

The giant Bird of Paradise cried out.

"SKREEE—"

Its cry pierced through Space and the Spiritual.

Like the breaking dawn.

A great portion of the endless darkness was instantly illuminated by this light of dawn.

Unfortunately, because it was not a true, complete being,

nor was it a true Ancient God, this Authority Power could only maintain its illuminating effect for a moment under the suppression of pure darkness.

But that moment was enough. At the very least, a multitude of spikes and beams of light once again shattered many of the illusory bubbles.

"Let me handle this!"

As darkness once again suppressed the dawn,

the Dawn Giant Dragon finally spoke.

And the very next moment after it spoke...

"ROOOAR—"

Accompanied by a resonant dragon’s roar,

a snow-like whiteness instantly covered more than a third of the darkness in the Star Sea.

Pure light blazed within the darkness.

It illuminated not only the starry sky, but also the ’hope’ in the hearts of countless allied beings.

In that instant,

the Clans, descendants, and avatars of the Three Gods of the Cosmos all felt an inexplicable Power suffusing them.

Individuals at the Initial Entry Authority Level instantly gained strength comparable to those at the Constant Level.

And those at the Constant Level directly entered the state of Authority Peak.

The buff from the Dawn Giant Dragon’s Authority Power was just that terrifying.

Otherwise, back when it and the Earth Giant Dragon had just entered the realm of Authority, they could not possibly have fought three Ancient God Titans to a standstill.

"So this is the Power of one who majors in the Light Law! Although its Lower-Rank Abilities appear to be an immaterial Law, making it seem a bit idealistic..."

"But I dare say, that fellow on their side who majors in the Creation Law and that one who controls the Light Law are definitely no match for this Giant Dragon."

The God of Thousand Faces had a rather surprised expression.

However, he quickly began to chuckle cheerfully.

The God of All Machines and the Mother of All Things said nothing in response.

They simply waited until the light overwhelmed the darkness, and finally split the Star Sea evenly with it.

They then seized every opportunity, ordering their Clan descendants to counter-attack the Titans. Even they themselves once again used the domain power of the Flesh Cage to crush one illusory bubble after another.

However, the Titan Race were no fools.

Knowing the tables had turned, they naturally chose to retreat temporarily.

And so, whether they were real Titans or phantoms,

all these figures eventually retreated into the half of the domain that was shrouded in darkness.

The moment they vanished into the darkness,

it seemed as if all fighting had ended.

No!

On the Titans’ side,

the aged Titan—the Eight-armed White Ape who wielded the Lower-Rank ’Creation of Light’ Law—suddenly let out a sharp shriek.

It did not try to fight light with light.

Instead, it used the Power of ’Extinguishing Light’—possessed through its ’Creation of Light’ Law Authority—to help the Shadow Titan push back against the Dawn Giant Dragon’s Power.

And so, it was like two great tides colliding once more. One side was squeezed back, slowly receding, allowing the darkness to surge forward again.

Seeing this,

Lince appeared rather calm.

The Earth Giant Dragon and the Dawn Giant Dragon were both silent.

The Three Gods of the Cosmos, however, suddenly all shared a smile.

"It seems there’s no need for further probing!"

"A simple contest of Authority Laws is rather meaningless."

"A competition to see who manipulates their Law with more skill and proficiency?"

"Since we are all Ancient Gods of similar standing, we certainly won’t learn anything just from this."

"In the end, it still comes down to a direct confrontation, body against body, with our Laws empowering us."

It had to be said, the God of Thousand Faces was right.

In fact, all the Ancient Gods already understood this.

Therefore, the next moment, the three Giant Dragons, the Three Gods of the Cosmos, and Lince included, instantly crossed through Space and entered the heart of the battlefield.

And seeing the appearance of six Ancient Gods,
