Besides the local organizations of the Silver Heart Continent, there are also two "transcendent powers" spanning the territory of the Human Race.
Although these two transcendent powers have fewer members than the local organizations in the Silver Heart Great World, they possess super experts to back them up, acting with detachment, and generally, no one dares to offend them.

"No need, the outer Star Gate of Lingshu City is open-style, connectable as long as you are within the Silver Heart Great World’s coordinates system. It’s only the inner city Star Gate that requires strict scrutiny."
Bai Pu immediately used the given coordinates from the Ox Demon to activate the Star Gate.
He wasn’t worried about the Ox Demon setting a trap for them.

As for whether enemy Evolvers could use the Star Gate to invade Earth?

The location of the Star Gate was then positioned at the peak’s summit, beyond Earth’s atmosphere.

The Ox Demon entered the base of the silver-white peak, waving to bid farewell to Bai Pu and the others.
Below, a dense turbulent flow of Spiritual Essence exploded, turning the Ox Demon’s whole being into that of Spiritual Essence, soaring towards the channel’s summit at three hundred times the speed of sound. A blue vortex-like portal had been activated there, with vortex energy continually churning.
In just about ten seconds, the Ox Demon’s form disappeared into the blue Star Gate, leaving Earth behind.
