“Let’s go.”
The Fine team.
Though they were a very weak team, we still needed to be cautious.
They made it to the semifinals, so they couldn’t be underestimated.
I kept reminding myself internally to be careful and repeated it several times.
“Let’s stick to the plan we decided on.”
As planned, the ban-pick phase went smoothly, and the semifinals started without any issues.
Before the semifinals began, the reason I considered the Fine team the weakest was simple:
The team synergy wasn’t great.
That’s the nature of team games.
No matter how good individual players are, if the team doesn’t work well together, it’s hard to win.
History has proven this time and time again.
“What’s going on, why is our team doing so well?”
Such a thought naturally crossed my mind.
We were showing such an overwhelming performance.
Even though we had been practicing, I hadn’t expected us to perform so dominantly.
[🗡️전지좆능한크툴루: Why are we doing so well?] [🗡️전지좆능한크툴루: I thought we’d lose for sure.] [As expected, the devil of best-of series games ㄷㄷ] [Devil of best-of series games (We’ve only played one so far)] [Let’s go, let’s go] [강후민입니다: Considering we didn’t sync much, we’re doing really well lol] [The others have met a few times, so they’re more in sync.] [환희: Surprisingly, everyone here has never played in a tournament before..]
“Still, don’t let your guard down. Take it slow.”
In a tournament, not being careless is always important.
With that thought in mind, we proceeded with the next two matches.
And a little later—
[Victory!]
[Victory!]
The results were surprising.
We won back-to-back matches.
It felt a little anticlimactic.
[🗡️전지좆능한크툴루: Is this for real?] [🗡️전지좆능한크툴루: Why is the opponent playing so badly lol] [The Fine team is seriously bad.] [Why is their level like this? lol] [강후민입니다: Based on my experience watching tournaments] [강후민입니다: The Fine team is pretty bad, but] [강후민입니다: Dama team is really performing better than any other team.] [강후민입니다: In conclusion, Dama led and coordinated the team well.] [Analysis is, of course, by 강평 lol] [But honestly, he’s right.] [Analysis is always on point by 강쌤 lol]
“This feels a little anticlimactic. Even though it’s the Fine team, I thought they’d at least prepare better...”
What was all that time spent practicing with only six hours of sleep every day for?
It felt like I had wasted time.
With that thought, I said—
So, it looks like we won!
Parsley gave a positive comment.
“Is that so?”
Now that I think about it, it did seem like my hard work had paid off.
I had been preparing day and night, so this result seemed to make sense.
The other teams probably hadn’t prepared like we did.
Thinking this, Kang Hoomin chimed in.
The enemy team doesn’t even check the wards on specific locations at certain times.
“Hmm.”
[🗡️전지좆능한크툴루: That’s actually true.] [🗡️전지좆능한크툴루: What kind of idiot] [🗡️전지좆능한크툴루: Does that in a non-professional game?] [For real lol] [They’re just crazy.] [If you’re given a million per person, don’t you have to do something?] [강후민입니다: Example of money-hungry greed lol.] [환희: It’s all good as long as we win.]
With all those thoughts, I came to a conclusion.
“We won because we’re just that good, so we’ll win tomorrow too.”
After listening to others, I felt like losing after putting in so much effort would’ve been unfair.
Seeing how other teams played, it didn’t seem like they had put in nearly as much preparation.
Of course!!
With Parsley’s energetic voice, we began watching the next match together.
We did this for analysis purposes, but also because the viewers liked when we all watched together.
Thinking about this, we started the commentary for the next match.
“The next match, I believe, is the one with Sarok’s team. Is that right?”
Yes, yes, that’s right!
I had watched Sarok’s team play before, and I knew they were very good.
They didn’t just rely on individual performance; they used very coordinated teamwork to gain an advantage in the game.
“The opponent team is...”
Sadly, it was a team I had only heard of in the quarterfinals.
‘Who is Gril anyway? I still don’t know.’
I didn’t mention it out loud, though, because I might accidentally be rude.
I just thought to myself and continued watching Sarok’s team vs. Gril’s team.
[🗡️전지좆능한크툴루: Whoever wins here] [🗡️전지좆능한크툴루: It won’t really matter for us ㅇㅅㅇ] [강후민입니다: We’ll probably win anyway.] [강후민입니다: I don’t like Dama, but the other teams don’t seem good enough to win.] [It’s hilarious lol.] [Malicious Daka ㄷㄷ] [Daka (Literally calls everything out)] [A fitting nickname.]
[환희: This match looks fun too? lol]
“Oh, I wish they hadn’t used that grab first. What’s Gril’s support tier, anyway?”
Surprisingly, I heard they’re Bronze.
“Ah, then I guess it makes sense.”
If it were someone with a slightly higher tier, I might have thought otherwise, but Bronze... there’s not much you can do.
After all, most people in Bronze don’t plan to improve their rank.
Of course, everyone plays for fun, but in Bronze, you’ll find plenty of people who don’t care about improving their rank.
Thinking about this, I spoke up.
“I think Gril should feedback on that next match.”
It’s definitely pretty bad.
Haton’s comment made me laugh, though I didn’t show it outwardly as I continued watching the match.
[강후민입니다: Seriously, what’s this guy] [강후민입니다: Why is he initiating like that?] [Seriously, this is so frustrating.] [🗡️전지좆능한크툴루: Uh-huh.] [🗡️전지좆능한크툴루: Calm down...] [But honestly, this makes me want to curse.] [How does he initiate like that?] [Sarok out! Sarok out! Sarok out! Sarok out! Sarok out! Sarok out! Sarok out! Sarok out!] [Sarok, what the heck.] [Do you only trade stocks in your basement?]
When Sarok made a huge mistake, the chat flooded with curses.
I had expected this, but the amount of cursing was overwhelming.
‘Did they do this when I made mistakes?’
It was a little scary as I kept watching the match.
Ugh!!! A lightning-fast initiation!!!
Harin was surprised by Sarok’s amazing initiation.
What had seemed like a small mistake earlier now looked trivial compared to Sarok’s incredible initiation.
“Oh, that was amazing.”
Wow, this is insane.
“Rimaldo, please clean up your language...”
I couldn’t believe how vulgar they were speaking while viewers were watching.
Clearly, they weren’t concerned about other people’s opinions.
[🗡️전지좆능한크툴루: Wow, what the heck.] [🗡️전지좆능한크툴루: What was that just now?] [강후민입니다: Great Sarok.] [Great commentary by Udir lol.] [It’s right to praise when they’re good and curse when they’re bad, haha.] [Seriously lol.] [The chat suddenly filled with compliments. It’s hilarious lol.] [환희: Haters are hilarious.]
How did he pull off that initiation?
The opponent who endured it was impressive, but Sarok was just as impressive for thinking of such an initiation.
I thought the whole situation was pretty amazing as I kept watching.
GG~!
It ended with Sarok’s team winning.
That was impressive.

After seeing them give up in the first set, I thought they would lose, but then they pulled off a victory and led the game to win.
“Definitely, Sarok’s team is really good.”
[🗡️전지좆능한크툴루: For real.] [Sarok is really good lol.] [He streams stocks, but he’s so good at LoL... so I can’t hate him.] [If Sarok also did stocks at a pro level, he’d get double the hate lol.] [강후민입니다: Tomorrow is going to be so fun lol.] [Let’s go, let’s go.] [If the owner’s arms and legs start shaking, we’re cheering! haha.] [Let’s cheer.]
But I wasn’t nervous.
Even though Sarok’s team played well, they weren’t good enough to beat our team.
With that thought, I said my goodbyes to everyone.
“Alright, let’s meet tomorrow around the same time. I’ll head off now, everyone take care.”
We needed a lot of time to prepare for tomorrow’s finals.
[🗡️전지좆능한크툴루: Bye.] [See you later.] [강후민입니다: Get ready for the finals like a pro lol.] [Ahh.] [But analyzing the ban-picks too hard is kind of unnecessary.] [It’s a million won, we have to.]
Goodbye!!!
Take care.
See you.
Take care.
With that, I ended the stream and immediately closed it.
And the next day.
-Dama-nim, I'm not feeling well...
I heard some shocking news.
