Yohan, just like Hyunmook earlier, became terribly quiet. From between Yohan’s legs came only wet sounds as Lee Hyunmook’s mouth moved, panting harshly with ragged breaths. As he swallowed and licked and sucked his penis, caressing the perineum, Yohan let out groaning cries.

Without even looking, Hyunmook reached out for a bottle of hand cream nearby. He coated his fingers generously until they were slick, then pressed one into the twitching hole behind. When he slid in another, clamped down on so tightly, Yohan shifted his feet in protest.

“Hyunmook hyung, ngh....”

Yohan restrained himself from lifting his hips. No matter what, he couldn’t thrust into Hyunmook’s mouth. But when the probing fingers inside pressed that spot near his lower belly with practiced precision, half his reason flew away. Realizing that he was pushing the head of his cock down into Hyunmook’s throat, Yohan let out a sobbing noise and stopped himself.

“Just one, please.... ...ah, haah...!”

His plea for only one went ignored. Yohan had only been suckled at the tip, yet the reward was far too much. Hyunmook’s fingers, buried deep to the back of his hand, stirred the tender flesh inside. Each time they flattened and pressed firmly on that sensitive place, Yohan’s hips jolted upward.

His front was being sucked, his back was being fucked, and he felt as though he was melting away. All he could do was try to keep his butt pressed against the sofa. His legs kept drawing in, wrapping around Hyunmook’s head. It was shameful, yet the brush of white hair softly tickling his inner thighs brought another wave of arousal.

“Mm, no, hhhk, wait...! Ah, ahh!”

So close to climax, Yohan flailed. He tried to push Hyunmook’s head down and away, but Hyunmook only looked up at him with smiling eyes and refused.

“Hyung, hyuung, ah, ah...!”

As he cried out desperately, Yohan’s body convulsed. Words failed him, replaced by overwhelming pleasure. His thighs clamped tightly, crushing Hyunmook’s head. Hyunmook let himself be pressed, swallowing even deeper. A gulping motion in his throat followed.

Yohan screamed soundlessly. He was coming, but Hyunmook still wouldn’t stop. His flushed face burned redder as he flailed, smacking the sofa cushion with his fingertips in panic. His breath hitched and broke, his head tilting back over and over.

“Hhck, ah...! Ah, nn, nn!”

Each time Yohan tried to pull back in the throes of ecstasy, Hyunmook °• N 𝑜 v 𝑒 l i g h t •° followed, devouring him whole. He even sucked up the leaking fluids with greedy lips while still driving his fingers inside. In less than ten minutes, smaller peaks rolled into sharper climaxes again and again, leaving Yohan unable to breathe properly.

As he all but devoured his lover, Hyunmook frowned—not from gagging, but from something far more human. Deep in his chest, surging fulfillment twisted into raw pleasure. Before he knew it, he was climaxing himself. Warm spurts splattered across Yohan’s groin and thighs, dripping down. The heat of it made Yohan’s face flush even deeper.

“Ah, ahhh...!”

Unable to endure, Yohan finally kicked and struggled free. Only then did Hyunmook release him. Panting harshly, Yohan instinctively pulled a sofa cushion between his legs to cover himself. His face and chest were blotched red, no patch left pale. At the sight of this adorable defense, Hyunmook patted his oversensitized waist.

“Alright, I won’t do more.”

“Uhh, ...it’s not that I didn’t like it.... It was too good....”

Without even actual penetration, Yohan lay drained, his strength sapped away. The stimulation had been too intense, leaving his head fogged. Hyunmook, satisfied, bundled the limp Yohan in a blanket and pulled him close. Both were still bare below, shameful yet harmless since they were alone at home. Yohan quietly savored the afterglow.

“Let’s eat in a little while....”

“What do you want?”

After a pause, the first thought that popped into Yohan’s mind was their downstairs neighbor.

“Um... what do you think Seungryong hyung has at his place?”

“This morning it looked like he was making braised short ribs. The seasoning should be soaked in by now.”

Braised short ribs...! Yohan’s mouth watered. They chatted idly, even imagining going down to eat with Yoon Seungryong. The peace was sweet. Then a thought struck Yohan.

“Um... but, does Seungryong hyung have another ability too?”

Unlike Lee Chanha’s illusions or Hyunmook’s shadows, Yohan had never seen any second ability from Yoon Seungryong. Maybe that enormous storage space was it? But that seemed like his original ability simply strengthened.

“When I first went to bring him back, that cave felt strange, didn’t it?”

“No way....”

Memories resurfaced. The twisting passage, like a living thing, spraying acidic fluid—it had been terrifying.

“What kind of ability is that?” 𝘧𝑟𝑒𝑒𝘸𝘦𝘣𝑛𝑜𝘷𝑒𝓁.𝘤𝘰𝓂

“Well... if I had to give it a name, maybe something like Acid Cave.”

Indeed, it was the kind of bizarre structure almost never seen even in the Abyss. No wonder there were no others like it; it was Seungryong’s own unique power. Yohan liked Seungryong, but that ability—he honestly couldn’t warm to it. Remembering himself lying beneath Hyunmook as acid rained down in every direction, watching him slowly dissolve, Yohan shuddered.

“Still, I guess there’s hardly any use for it here.”

“Mm... probably not?”

At that, Hyunmook leaned down to brush Yohan’s lips, and the subject was quickly forgotten.

* * *

“Fuck! Why do these goddamn bug tunnels keep appearing?!”

Go Jaewon flung aside his clothes, filthy with disgusting insect fluids. He’d just barely made it back from a grueling rift battle, his mood scraping rock bottom.

Recently, insect burrows kept appearing in the rift zones under Sunrise Guild’s management. Even with fire-type Awakeners, extermination was tricky; the bugs scurried deeper into the tunnels when fire was used. Venturing inside was impossible once the tunnels began spraying acid.

The tunnels themselves were bad enough, but the bugs crawling out were worse. Catching one and examining it revealed—giant, hard-shelled, but unmistakably the same species as the brown mealworms often used in contamination disposal.

“They must be escaping from some processing facility. How the fuck are they managing them this badly?!”

No matter how many they killed, they multiplied endlessly. Nearby byproduct plants received complaints, but all denied any leakage, swearing their management was airtight. These bug monsters were worthless—no byproduct value, no mana stones—just wasted effort. And abandoning the rift zones would bring government fines and corrective orders instantly.

Grumbling, Jaewon washed and changed clothes, his expression stormy. Each time his eyes met another guild member’s, they shrank back and whispered.

“...Maybe I should quit.”

“The Guild Leader’s useless anyway....”

“Have you heard about Taeyang Guild? They say they’ll take back the number one spot soon....”

When he snapped his head up, everyone looked busy at their tasks, expressionless. Jaewon bared his teeth, glaring, but all appeared innocent. Still, whispers rose behind him again. Striding quickly, he wondered if it was gossip or hallucination, and considered purification.

Park Seungmin, meanwhile, lounged in the guild’s largest and best room. Once a meeting room, now refitted with sofa, TV, recliner, and refrigerator, all for him. Jaewon reached for the door when he heard a voice inside—a phone call. He paused, listening.

“No, if it had been Jung Siyoung or Lee Hyunmook, that would’ve been fine. But why stick me with a mid-tier? How is someone like Go Jaewon on my level? Sunrise Guild was only first place when Hyunmook was there; now it’s barely fourth. And that’s only because of me...!”

Hearing himself belittled, Jaewon’s fist trembled. He burst in. Seungmin jumped, caught with phone in hand. Taking it as proof, Jaewon glared.

“If you weren’t a purifier, I wouldn’t have let you live.”

His gaze was savage, almost deranged. Without another word, he abandoned the thought of purification and stormed out. He needed a drink. Or something stronger.

“...The fuck’s his problem?”

Seungmin muttered in bewilderment. He’d just been scrolling the internet, but Jaewon barged in, raged, and left. Unbelievable.

Lately, Jaewon’s reputation inside Sunrise Guild was abysmal. He snapped at members without reason, accused them of talking behind his back, demanded confessions. No one could stand him.

“Hearing voices, maybe? But I purified him days ago, so he shouldn’t be losing his mind. Crazy bastard.”

Cursing Jaewon, Seungmin turned back to his phone. On the screen was a recent magazine interview article.
