Chapter 586: Auditorium

Chapter 586: Auditorium

After a short silence, Rafael took another deep breath and spoke in the same ancient language.

"Blood Queen. I went to the Abyss to search for you, Asher. After you died in my arms, I knew that your soul had returned to the Blood Goddess. I stick on to the final hope and thought of resurrecting you using the biggest treasure I’ve found long ago as a sacrifice. But when I went to Abyss, I couldn’t find your Blood Goddess or her domain. By the time I manage to return to Edhen World, the whole world became a mess. I lost my home, family, and all my kin. If not for Edhen World’s help, I might have ended up going to the front line like others and perished."

"But that still justify your action of colluding with those foreign Gods." Asher gave him a sharp glare and quietly waved her hand.

A moment later, Asher and Rafael suddenly disappeared, leaving the crowd dumbfounded.

...

Herman Mansion House, 34C White Street, Fourth District, Miracle City.

It was Jessie’s mansion house.

The House was built in the Queen Anne style, using a mix of brick, stone, and wood. It had a steep roof with many gables, dormer windows, and decorative woodwork. There were several porches, balconies, and a turret on one corner of the house.

Inside, the house was just as impressive, with fancy woodwork, stained glass windows, and decorative plaster on the walls and ceilings. There were several fireplaces, including one with an ornate mantelpiece in the living room.

The main floor had a grand entryway, a formal living room, a dining room, a library, and a large kitchen with a butler’s pantry.

The second floor had several bedrooms and bathrooms, a sitting room, and a large balcony.

The house also had some unique features, like a third-floor ballroom with a dance floor and stage, and a walk-in safe in the basement.

At that moment, a young blonde-haired woman in her red velvet gown dress stood at the edge of the balcony and looked outside with a confused look.

No, she was now looking at the three red moons that appeared out of nowhere and soon sensed a strange resonance coming from the deepest of the Inner World.

"Why do those moons look similar to the ones in my Inner World?" Her voice contained a trace of curiousness and unknown fear.

...

Mystic Hall Auditorium, Magus Center, Miracle City.

The main auditorium of the Mystics Hall was a round room, 135 feet wide and 135 feet tall. It could seat up to 5,200 people, with seating arranged across different levels of boxes, balconies, and galleries. The seats were covered in soft velvet, and the boxes and balconies were decorated with gold and detailed carvings.

The stage at the Mystics Hall was a big platform at one end of the auditorium. It had a fancy arch with intricate carvings and statues around it. The stage could be raised or lowered for different shows and had modern sound and lighting systems.

The walls of the auditorium were adorned with large panels featuring detailed carvings and sculptures. Above these panels, the walls had ornate friezes showing scenes from classical myths and history.

At that moment, a deep-blue-haired young man stood at the center of the auditorium stage and looked confused. Even though this vast auditorium allowed anyone to enter and tour, only some security guards and cleaners appeared in that hall.

"But why did Anangu tell me to wait here? This is Professor’s final destination?" As he was muttering, he suddenly sensed a chaotic power sweeping through the whole city like wildfire and widened his eyes.

At the same time, he closed his eyes, released his wisdom power in all directions, and checked the surroundings.

No, he checked what was happening in the Northern Graveyard. Like him, all other legendary and pseudo-legendary powerhouses released their wisdom power and probed where the dense, chaotic energy was coming from.

"Three moons... Throne made of bones... Bloody skeletons... Rotten corpses and fleshes... Blood rain..." A strange sense of familiarity appeared in his mind as he saw those things.

"This whole thing looks like Jessie’s Inner World? Now that I think about it, one of her consciousnesses actually rebelled against her and tried to take full control over her soul two decades ago, right? I thought those red moons and all the strange incidents were due to her worshiping Moon God Anos. I also felt something out of ordinary when Jessie received [Blood Manipulator] class gem due to a pure coincidence. But after all those later incidents, I completely forget about this matter."

At that moment, quiet footsteps came from the auditorium’s entrance door, followed by a figure of a young woman.

She was breathtakingly beautiful with striking jade eyes that seemed to sparkle and dance in the light. They were like two precious gems that were so bright they could light up a room. Her eyes were almond-shaped and set beneath perfectly arched eyebrows that accentuated their stunning color.

Her plump red lips were the perfect complement to her striking eyes. They were full and sensuous, with just a hint of a smile playing at the corners. 𝐟𝐫𝕖𝗲𝘄𝚎𝗯𝕟𝐨𝕧𝐞𝚕.𝕔𝕠𝐦

Her hair was tied back in a loose bun, revealing a few strands of auburn hair that framed her pretty round face. Her hair was soft and shiny, with a natural wave that added to her overall charm.

She wore a stunning long gown that hugged her curves in all the right places. The bodice was tightly laced, cinching her waist and accentuating her feminine silhouette. The neckline was high and ruffled, with delicate lace detailing.

The sleeves were long and fitted, flaring into a subtle puff at the shoulders. The fabric was soft and supple silk that shimmered in the light, giving her an air of sophistication.

The dress’s skirt was full and flowing, cascading down to the ground in a flurry of ruffles and layers. It was made from a heavy velvet material draped beautifully with intricate embroidery and beading.

She was none other than Hayley!

No, Anangu!

"It seems you didn’t forget that incident. That’s actually the side effect of Syreni Bloodline. And, those three red moons are mere manifestation of my Inner World. As for Anos, he is nothing but a leech sucking my divine power slowly."

Upon hearing those words, Charles showed a surprised look and asked warily.

"But what is it doing up in the sky right now? What are you scheming?" At that moment, he noticed Asher and Demigod Rafael suddenly disappear from the Northern Graveyard and turn grim.

Meanwhile, Anangu casually strolled on the velvet-carpeted path and stepped on the raised stage.

Simultaneously, she opened her mouth and started to sing.

"Nira Kar, the Queen of Life and Nature,

with an insidious mind, a schemer,

has vowed to destroy the Blood Queen

and her army; she will overwhelm.

In the darkness of night, she plotted,

with her spies and advisors,

to ambush the Blood warriors,

and leave them vanquished and defeated.

But the Blood Queen, wise and astute,

has heard of these treacherous schemes,

and she readied her army for battle,

to protect his kingdom and her people.

With cunning and strategy, she countered,

the plots of her foes and adversaries,

and emerged victorious in battle,

ensuring peace and prosperity for her land."

As she arrived towards the center of the stage, she looked up at the tall ceiling and continued.

"But Nira abandoned this world to seek power,

and returned with multiple foreigners.

She destroyed the Blood Queen’s Kingdom

and even killed every Syreni on this planet.

But her revenge was only a mere cover.

They came here for something else."

"Something else?" Charles raised his eyebrows in surprise and soon noticed something.

"Wait, Life Goddess Nira isn’t a foreigner but someone from this planet?"

At that moment, she stopped singing and answered his question calmly.

"Hmm, she is indeed born in this world but the World’s Will had completely abandoned her after her betrayal. Anyway, the reason I’ve to speed up my plan was because I noticed that they even had their eyes on this miracle city-" Before she could finish her sentence, another footstep came from the entrance.

The one who arrived was a young man in his twenties with long black hair and an oblong face, and he appeared to be around 180cm tall. He wore a double-breasted black suit and held a unique mirror in his right hand.

He was none other than Fate Professor!
