Chapter 1495: Chapter 1493: Attacking the Source

What is Shalin Speed?

In three years, mastering the power to destroy the world and changing the entire world’s appearance in one stroke is Shalin Speed.

After changing the world’s appearance, establishing a new order in three years is Shalin Speed.

Shalin Speed is fast, but not just any fast; it’s the speed that crushes all obstacles with overwhelming force and achieves its goals.

The Grey Parrot Reinforcement Group, to which Goring belongs, does not have this speed because they are not an official Shalin force.

Now that the true Shalin direct forces have arrived, this demonstration begins.

What are Abnormal Creatures?

In front of fifteen full Black Knight formations, and in front of the supposedly war-machine Spark People, they are nothing but a lump of meat.

Swiping a sword through them, the meat shatters instantly.

Even if it doesn’t shatter, it’s just a matter of hacking a few more times.

"Puff, puff, puff!"

The sea of flames quickly extinguished during the massacre, smothered by the bloody rain of Abnormal Creatures dead bodies.

Fifteen Black Knight formations advanced against the tide like bulldozers in the army of Abnormal Creatures, with almost no pause, leaving behind piles of Abnormal Creature corpses... until they reached the front of the Abnormal Giant Ape.

After dragging the towering ten-meter-plus Abnormal Giant Ape into battle, the Black Knights finally encountered a bit of trouble. Several Black Knights activated their Magic Rune power and stabbed their longswords at the Abnormal Giant Ape, only to draw a little blood. Following that, the giant ape suddenly swung its arm, sending a squad of Magic Knights flying.

This Abnormal Giant Ape is truly tough to deal with... Goring thought silently from behind as he watched.

However, in the next moment, a high-level Storm Airship moved above the Abnormal Giant Ape’s head, and then a figure suddenly jumped out from the cabin.

Without using any deceleration methods, the figure dropped straight down from hundreds of meters high, finally crashing into the Abnormal Giant Ape’s head like a meteor with a "bang" sound.

"Crash!"

Under the enormous impact force, with no room to struggle, the entire body of the Abnormal Giant Ape was smashed to pieces on the spot, dying instantly.

"Bang!"

Bi Bi landed with both feet on the ground, glancing around in a circle with a somewhat dazed expression, then guessed aloud after a while: "Where’s that ape, did I really stomp it to death directly?"

None of the surrounding Black Knights replied, moving forward without hesitation like pure killing machines after seeing that the Giant Ape was dealt with, leaving Bi Bi standing there.

Bi Bi scratched her head, circled around, and barely found part of the smashed Abnormal Giant Ape’s body—a hand, half a leg.

This made her resignedly accept a reality: yes, the Giant Ape really didn’t even get a chance to face her; it was just stomped dead by her, making her trip a wasted one.

Alright... it was her mistake... she should not have kicked it in the first place... maybe if she had punched it, it could’ve held out for a round...

"Sigh."

Bi Bi sighed softly, tapped the ground slightly with her feet, her body darted upward, quickly flew back to the Storm Airship she had jumped from.

But as soon as she entered the cabin, she sensed two sharp gazes falling unceremoniously on her—looking over, Pandora was standing there, staring at her without politeness.

At the moment, Pandora had grown a lot taller compared to before; however, from top to bottom, she was still in her familiar purple outfit, with shoulder-length purple hair tied with a black ribbon and wearing a pair of black-framed glasses.

Even without speaking, just standing there, Pandora had a unique big sister aura, and the kind who was very smart, able to see through any little thoughts. Bi Bi couldn’t help lowering her head, feeling a bit guilty, although she didn’t know what exactly she felt guilty about.

"Um..." Bi Bi couldn’t help scratching her head.

"What, are you feeling itchy?" Pandora glanced over, asking rather impolitely, "Is Richard’s recent modification to your new body not adapting well? If that’s the case, I can dismantle you right now."

Bi Bi widened her eyes, promptly stopped scratching her head, waving her hands, "No, no, no, I’m not itchy at all."

"Are you sure? If your body isn’t itchy, then why jump down suddenly to attack that creature, which at most is of a Third-level Wizard level?"

"I... I just saw it seemed a bit powerful and was affecting the cleaning speed. The Black Knights might suffer significant casualties, so I tried to help..." Bi Bi quietly defended.

"Perhaps your intentions were good, but that’s not what you should be doing at all." Pandora educated sternly, "Your job is to assist my command and allocate all military resources! If you mess this up, the losses could be much greater than losing dozens, hundreds, or thousands of Black Knights. This is your last warning; if you keep disobeying and jumping down randomly, or doing other things, I’ll really take you apart, leaving just your head, since the head is all I really need from you."

Bi Bi instantly quieted down like a chicken.

"Understood?" Pandora asked.

Bi Bi nodded honestly.

"That’s good, alright, don’t waste time, connect to the command network immediately and assist me."

"Okay." Bi Bi replied, then walked to the cabin wall and gave it a hard slap.

"Swoosh!"

On the cabin ceiling, numerous beams of light were projected down in different colors; if you looked closely, you’d see that each beam of light resembled a stream of water with flowing characters.

Pandora waved her hand several times, more beams of light fell from the cabin ceiling, instantly making the previously empty cabin seem a bit full.

Pandora’s purple eyes widened, hands reaching out, manipulating the light beams as if grabbing fine threads.

She occasionally asked Bi Bi some questions, also letting Bi Bi manipulate the threads.

"Where is the Grey Shadow Group?"

"Sector 17."

"Have them speed up, move to sector 2."

"Okay."

"This area seems almost cleared, have the first unit of the Storm Airship get ready to move to sector 6, there’s a need for support there too."

"What about the second and third units?"

"Stick to Richard’s plan unchanged, proceed to sector 9; also, get the remaining forces to quickly converge after resolving their issues, don’t leave any chance for the real enemy."

"Understood."

...

In the conversation between Pandora and Bi Bi, numerous locations on the Main Continent saw substantial movement of Shalin’s direct forces.

Nearby their moving positions, viewed from above, were heaps of Abnormal Creature corpses piled into hundreds of small hills, almost forming a mountain range of corpses. Most of these were ordinary Abnormal Grey Rats, Abnormal Brown Rats, but there were also many Bald Giant Rats, Bear-shaped Giant Rats, and scattered around were Abnormal Shell Elephants several meters tall, along with ten-meter Abnormal Giant Apes and Abnormal Giant Worms.

Moreover, some even larger and more bizarre-looking Abnormal Creatures, like multi-headed Giant Pythons, Giant Bears covered in rotting flesh, and Giant Wolves bristling with spikes, also formed part of the corpse mountains.

It’s hard to imagine where so many Abnormal Creatures came from on the ecologically collapsed Main Continent.

But the reality is clear; they indeed had origins.

What the Shalin direct forces are doing is gathering at this source.
