At that moment, black patterns appeared on Chu Lingguang’s flesh. The markings combined to resemble those on a Black Tortoise Divine Turtle. Chu Lingguang felt the defensive power of his flesh now surpassed the combined strength of his six-layered Dharma Aspect and his Qi Power Gang Shield.

The moment he clenched his fist, it felt as if he could make the very air explode. An ordinary blade could be ground to dust between his fingers.

Thus, he didn’t hold back, pushing the Thirty-Three Responding Forces to their limit and engaging Eunuch Liu in a fierce battle using two Martial Arts: Iron Mountain Fist and Great River Hand.

Iron Mountain Fist was a basic Fist Technique with a total of twelve forms, taught to him personally by Guo Wei.

Great River Hand, on the other hand, was a Kung Fu set from his sect’s secret manuals. Guo Wei himself had never practiced it. When Chu Lingguang read through the manuals, he had relied on his outstanding comprehension and a boost from his Favor Points to master the technique.

Now, by channeling his Black Tortoise Divine Power and Golden Root Bone Power through the Iron Mountain Fist and Great River Hand, he could execute both Martial Arts with divine proficiency, locking him in a stalemate with Eunuch Liu.
