Chapter 204: Valuing Talent over other! Golden Rebate Domain Event

Sylvia didn’t hesitate, she went forward and examined him even more closely and with an amazed look she hugged him.

"You look more handsome now." Sylvia said with a giggle.

"But what happened? How can extracting some common talents give you such a transformation?" Sylvia blinked, genuinely not understanding the logic.

"The Body Enhancements and Dexterity merged to form the Ascended Body. It also increased my affinity, once and for all." Caelus replied with a calm smile. He now looked more ascended than an ordinary mortal.

Then, he roughly explained its functioning.

Sylvia gasped in surprise. Was this talent not the ultimate life upgrade?

"I’ll give it to you once the divine exchange cooldown ends." Caelus added. "It should be over soon once we ascend to Gold II."

Sylvia nodded.

Every rank they jumped, the cooldown reset, meaning, once the domain opened, they would immediately begin grinding.

"Caelus. These people seem to have not just landed on Solaris."

"Yep." Caelus glanced at the other kingdoms.

The Ritewing was under his control now. He and Sylvia, along with Lyra, swiftly made their way to the kingdom, and it didn’t take long to dispatch them.

One thing he noticed about them was that all of them were surprisingly racist and treated the others as garbage.

He genuinely wondered why.

"Wait." Caelus thought of something.

What if they hated others because all these people had the D-Rank Body Enhancement, and perhaps their leader had the Ascended Body?

He decided to test that theory out. He found a player from Cymatica and took control of him.

"Let go of me, you lowly mortal!" The player struggled as he punched. He let the punch land, and it landed directly on his face, which was immediately transferred over to his hands.

"Huh?" The player seemed to have noticed something.

"Did you just transfer the attack to a different part of your body?" The player asked with uncertainty.

"That’s not the only thing I can do." Caelus grinned. "My body also doesn’t have microbes, and neither do I need food to survive."

"Ascended Body?!" The player exclaimed in disbelief. "How did you get the Ascended Body, mister?"

"If you have an Ascended Body, then you are equivalent to a royal on our planet." The player said enviously. "If you give enough proof about your talent, then the planet will not only take you in, but also give you its highest privilege."

’I was right.’ Caelus smiled.

His reasoning and thought process had also been improved with the Ascended Body, he naturally began connecting everything together.

Their contempt towards other humans must come from their leader who possessed an Ascended Body.

Or perhaps they once had an ancestor with this talent, which in turn made all the humans there be born with the D-Rank Body Enhancement.

"Tell me, are there people with the A-Rank Body Enhancement?"

"Of course." The player nodded. "D-Rank is what normal citizens receive. There are naturally people with higher body enhancements."

Indeed, his theory was correct again.

Perhaps this had something to do with bloodline. The more pure it was and the closer it was to the ancestor who possessed the S-Rank talent, the more powerful the talent you would have at birth.

S-Ranks were S-Ranks for a reason. It was something that permanently changed your genes, and it could most definitely be passed down via birth.

"Does the current leader have an Ascended Body? I’m interested in joining." He added the latter part because he wanted to convince the other party that he was going to join them, making him reveal the information.

From what he had analyzed, this fellow was easy to push around.

"Yes." The player replied. "Only a few possess it, and they are considered royals, the dictators of the world. They value the talent more than anything else."

Right again.

’My mind is so increasingly sharp that I can roughly connect the dots, then their leader must be just as smart.’ Caelus realized that he was dealing with a formidable foe.

A formidable foe with a long history and culture tied down to it.

---

Planet Cymatica.

"Leader. The people sent down on the Solaris Kingdom have been eliminated." A man rushed into an office.

"I anticipated that." The leader sat straight in his chair as he spoke.

He was a man with a short brown beard, blue eyes and a calm look.

"The squad sent there was not the best in performance. They were bound to be killed there."

"I sent them fully knowing they would be killed."

"As expected of you, Leader." The man sighed.

"What is the next course of action?"

"Of course, we wait." The leader said with a smile.

"This might look like an invasion, but you should’ve already recognized the people I’ve drafted for the mission, right?" The leader asked calmly.

"Yes." The man replied. "They have average or below average assessments."

"Even if they die, it wouldn’t matter."

"They will be on high alert for a few days. But after a few days, they will lower their guard, believing that killing off the soldiers we sent was enough of a lesson to stop us from attacking them for a while."

"It’s just a matter of the right moment." The leader said with a calm smile as he clasped his hands together.

---

"How is he going to do it?" Caelus was thoughtful.

He roughly understood what the leader was thinking.

These people he had encountered so far were average at best. He knew this was not the best they had, judging from the player that spoke of people with the A-Rank Body Enhancement.

Meaning, these people were a distraction. The real force haven’t arrived here yet and when they did, it will be hard battle for sure.

Well, for now, it was time to go back. What happened to the other kingdoms was not his concern, and the domain would open soon. Hence, they went back.

Once they did, the domain immediately opened.

Today, it was time to break into Crown.

Lyra was left alone with no instructions as Caelus and Sylvia entered the domain.

As soon as they entered the domain, a notification appeared.
