Almin couldn’t speak, but his eyes still showed a mix of doubt and disbelief. Ruri, now in full control of the formation, quickly altered a part of its runes and made sure Alm and Bruno could hear clearly.

"You think we’re idiots?" the Demoness began, amused by the panic visible in Almin’s gaze. "I was there when the Fire Phoenix was freed and the Chaos Dragon died. All the disciples were investigated. After some effort, we discovered you were also from that planet… the same one where the Behemoth and everything else just vanished."

Her voice carried a mocking tone as she continued, unhurried: "You were never discreet in that sect, always acting completely abnormal for an alchemist. And then, as if that wasn’t enough, you were involved in the appearance of those Nine-Star Tree leaves. That solidified our suspicions. And now, here you are again. Oh, we’ve been waiting for you to walk right into our trap."

As she spoke, Alm and Bruno swallowed hard, hearing every word. How the hell did they find out about Almin’s home planet?

He couldn’t have been foolish enough to reveal it. When those two paid their divine price to bring him to the sect, they’d done it on another planet specifically to obscure his origins.

This was unexpected. Adding to the fact that he was present during the events with the Phoenix and the Dragon, it was now glaringly obvious.

Then came that problem with the Nine-Star Tree leaves. Alm and Bruno had naively resolved it with Almin’s help. He pretended to have found the leaves on an ancient battlefield, along with the Dao of the God of Alchemy.

At the time, it worked. But now, after further investigation, it only heightened suspicions. His presence in this place confirmed everything in the heroes’ minds.

’Fuck…’ Bruno spat, stunned. He and Alm knew it was impossible to plan everything perfectly; something unpredictable always managed to slip through. Even though they’d protected the whale’s identity up until now, they’d ended up putting Almin in grave danger, making everyone believe he was the Heaven-Defier.

Both quickly thought through their options. The situation was already dire, and failure wasn’t an option. They needed to be precise in manipulating this mess. They had only one great celestial miracle left, and they felt escaping this cage without first dealing with and weakening the heroes was impossible.

They also couldn’t rely on the Eclipsing Divinity to handle multiple targets. It was a technique designed to kill a single deity—focused, one-use only.

Everything that had been difficult now escalated into the impossible. They couldn’t fix this with what little they had.

The Demoness laughed for five seconds before gesturing, and Almin was grabbed by the neck. "Seems like you didn’t come alone. Perfect. Let’s see if they come to save you… not that it’ll make a difference. No one’s leaving this place."

Hearing this and seeing Alm and Bruno’s apprehension, Ruri quickly spoke: ’Master, I can free him. I’m confident I can control the World Exterminating Karmic Lotus on my own now. I just need you to help me a little.’

Alm and Bruno froze at the mention of that name, stunned. It was a suicidal technique they had created with her in the past. It used their Celestial Flames and Karmic Flames combined with Ruri’s mental power. She controlled everything and had developed the move based on her own technique from another life. (Chapter 425)

Back then, they’d faced the consequences of using it alone, burning their lives and souls, only to be reborn later through a celestial miracle.

Bruno muttered, ’You’re just a divine soul now…’

’I can do it, Master. I control the formation and can channel the power of all the sealed worlds, managing it with the Dao of the God of Formations,’ Ruri replied quickly.

’Even without the mental power of my body, I can convert my new soul for this. If you give me a bit of both flames, I can nurture them with the formation’s power and attack those heroes.’

Alm and Bruno listened, shocked by her confidence. The power of the sealed worlds from an entire galaxy was astronomical, and even the immortal heroes couldn’t ignore it, especially when combined with this unique technique.

Not long ago, in another sealed world, they’d deduced it was impossible to control all the power from sealed worlds. But for Ruri, with her high level in that Dao, it was possible. She could not only manipulate it perfectly but use it with precision. Trusting and investing in her expertise had indeed been their best decision.

’She’s never let us down... and now she’s a divine soul. She can go all out without fear, even if it fails in the end,’ Bruno said lightly. There was no time to debate; they had to trust her.

From their inventory, a limited amount of faith energy was transferred. Since they weren’t using the whale’s body and its faith rune, they’d stored a good amount of that law for emergencies. All of it was now converted into Celestial Flames.

Meanwhile, Alm sighed, using his soul and karma to ignite the Karmic Flames. This suicidal power had been created by accident when they returned to Pristine Planet. Its base was the demonic flames of the Soul Eaters. But he rarely used it due to his lack of control, and if he was going to use something self-destructive, there were better options.

Their discussion with Ruri lasted five seconds. In that time, the Demoness smiled sarcastically at Almin’s silence. She waved her other hand, grabbing Lyra by the neck.

"Maybe if I torture this little whore of yours, you’ll scream enough to call for the others?" she said, squeezing her hand. A sickening cracking sound followed.

But… no screams came. Lyra shut her eyes, spitting a mouthful of blood as her body trembled, but she didn’t let out a single sound that could draw attention.

"Oh? I like strong women, the unshakable kind. I’ve got a knack for handling them the right way… it’s so fun watching them break little by little… ah, such joy," the Demoness said slowly, her face twisting with sinister pleasure.

At the same time, multicolored runes from the Dao of the God of Formations flowed around Alm and Bruno. They channeled their two flames into the runes, with Ruri controlling everything.

The fragment of Ruri stored in their inventory emerged; she wasn’t holding anything back. Alm and Bruno exchanged one last look with their dependable companion before activating their Celestial Souls and moving silently.

*Crack!*

The sinister sound of bones breaking echoed, followed by blood dripping onto the ground.

A wicked, playful laugh reverberated as the Demoness stared at Lyra in her grasp, slowly exerting her power on her. Lyra’s entire body cracked and crumbled little by little, but she didn’t let out a single scream despite the torment.

Almin’s eyes were wide with horror, an indescribable pain twisting inside him, even though he wasn’t the one suffering. Despite her earlier taunts about wanting to hear him scream, the Demoness had sadistically sealed his ability to do so. Her intent was clear: to shatter him mentally before anything else.

"Oh? What’s this weird pill in your stomach?" the Demoness asked curiously, probing inside Lyra. "It feels like it’s burning…"

Suddenly, her words trailed off, and she turned her gaze upward. All the observing immortal heroes did the same.

In the sky, thousands of Seven-Color Supreme Runes pulsed and spun like a magical portal. At its center, a female spiritual figure appeared with closed eyes. The burning of her soul created an immense pressure that filled the environment.

"A divine soul? So, the other Heaven-Defier really showed up, hahaha," one of the heroes remarked with a sinister laugh. However, mid-laughter, his voice caught, and he gulped.

The figure’s eyes opened, and her entire spiritual form shifted to a violet hue. Her soul began twisting and transforming, taking the shape of a mystical lotus.

While a soul could take any form, Ruri, with her Immortal Lotus bloodline, had mastered unique ways to channel her mental power. Assuming this form and spinning gently, she seemed to harmonize with the world, amplifying her mental energy’s reach.

A soft, almost ethereal voice echoed through the sealed world: "World Exterminating Karmic Lotus!"

Immediately, an overwhelming force filled the space. Mental power, Celestial Flames, and Karmic Flames emerged in perfect harmony, intertwining in a symphony of destruction and balance.

At the center of this vortex, a mystical lotus began to take shape. The power of the galaxy’s sealed worlds was drawn in and condensed into the heavens, fueling this devastating creation.

Within seconds, the lotus’s petals glowed like a blazing firmament, radiating a terrible yet mesmerizing beauty. Each layer of the lotus seemed to hold entire eras of condensed power—a force capable of annihilating everything in its reach.

Throughout the sealed world, an oppressive presence weighed on all beings. Even the immortal heroes stood frozen, feeling the cold touch of death for the first time.

Then, the lotus spun. With its movement, the air froze, and the dimensions of the world distorted as if space itself obeyed its will.

But… the immortal heroes didn’t despair.

Quickly, the Demoness and the others snapped out of their stupor. For once, without mockery, they understood that underestimating a Heaven-Defier would lead to their doom.

"ACTIVATE!" roared one of the demonic heroes.

All the heroes inside the sealed world moved in unison. Outside, the golden cage sealing the world began to shine with a supreme golden radiance, piercing into the sealed world with overwhelming force.

Suddenly, all the world’s colors were replaced by gold. Only two things stood visible: the supreme golden radiance everywhere and the mystical lotus on the horizon.

The Demoness’s voice rang out, dripping with mockery: "Hahaha, do you think that’s enough? This is the domain of the Sacred Goddess. Now that you’ve stepped into our net, we’re unbeatable."
