Silently, half a year passed within the force field. For Alm and Bruno, who had lived for thousands of years, six months were negligible; they were not at all concerned about time because they understood that time in their universe would not pass while they were outside, within the main quest.

Of course, according to their theory, this was only possible because they were on an ascending planet on the periphery of the queen’s universe. On the day they entered the divine world, this might no longer be possible, as a level of time manipulation on this scale would surely not go unnoticed by her.

A good portion of this time was spent organizing their millions of robots for a total holy war. They didn’t need to teach these robots to fight, as all were created with that purpose initially. However, various tests with the new weapons and an intense study of the laws of this universe and the soul gem were conducted carefully.

All the resources of various planets were mobilized by their orders for the construction of weaponry. All available robots were brought in and prepared in that place. Even the great robotic metropolis was unrecognizable. Buildings, monuments, and everything that could be used were utilized. No robot had any rest or free time; everyone worked tirelessly by orders of their god.

On that day, they were at the top of a newly constructed tower, calmly observing the final tactical battle test.

Various weapons, held by hundreds of robots, were aimed at a target built with dense and defense-focused ores. Then, a slight fluctuation reverberated in the environment, but no sound or flashy occurrence happened.

BOOM!

Suddenly, all the stationary targets exploded into various pieces, creating strong winds behind them.

’Finally,’ Alm commented mentally. ’These weapons are now frightening. It took a while, but the robots finally perfected them. Now, the QI in the bullets is completely in sync with their gems.’

Bruno waved, also impressed. ’The QI accumulated in the soul gems is pure to the point of completely merging with the world’s QI. These bullets are fired without any warning and hit the target almost imperceptibly. Our idea went much beyond what we imagined.’

Alm then analyzed. ’They are just stationary targets. Attacking a cultivator with the intent to kill would surely alert them to some extent. But still, it can surprise and kill if it’s a single deadly strike.’

’Fortunately, this universe has scarce laws; if there were someone in the last divine realms, the weapon would be useless. But here, the damage will be significant,’ Alm added.

The robots didn’t have cultivation levels, but analyzing the QI level and combat power, it was clear they were close to the Elemental Condensation Realm. This was the fifth cultivation level and the penultimate mortal realm. As they were created to face the Demon King’s army, it was very likely that the Demon Lord and the heroes were in the Body Destruction, the sixth and final mortal realm.

’We learned much more than we taught these robots in building these weapons. Maybe it’s not a bad idea now to learn the forge dao with the system,’ Bruno commented lightly, and Alm internally agreed.

Another month passed, and the final preparations were completed. On this day, a massive commotion among all the robots began outside the city. Everyone was extremely excited, but now there were no shouts or exaggerated adorations.

They were firmly organized and prepared for a great battle, and Alm made sure to instill a mentality of cold fighters in them. It wasn’t difficult, as they were all designed for it; it just required a more intense and violent stimulus.

Alm then waved, satisfied. ’These bastards finally stopped with those ridiculous things. Now they look like bloodthirsty warriors ready for a massacre.’

Silently, the divine robotic chimera floated from the city, passing over everyone who watched with adoration. Alm and Bruno walked as they focused on manipulating the thirteen soul gems in their bodies; some time was also spent refining their control.

The skies changed color, and the world began to resonate again with their call. But this time, it was something more subtle and controlled.

’Great. Now, we have control and are capable of fighting against the heroes without destroying ourselves. Combined with the improvements and mechanisms we added to the robotic body, it should work.’ Bruno said, focusing on a point in the cosmos near the tower. Obviously, their real plan wasn’t to attack all the life forms in the universe but that tower instead.

They floated out of the planet. The moment they were distant, all the robots collapsed into cheers and fervent prayers. That was a historic day for them, marking the beginning of liberation. If Alm could see that, he would be extremely irritated.

As they approached the point where the spatial gate, also where the new robots came from, they stopped and triggered to the limit all available QI. The world inside trembled, creating various phenomena. On the planet, the hysteria of the robots grew even more significant.

Then, the body of the robotic chimera began to twist; various parts moved around, making metallic sounds. In a few seconds, that grotesque and rounded body began to look like a cylinder.

This shape was chosen by Bruno after carefully planning the strategy. Directly destroying the force field seemed like an excessive effort and could create too many variables. The option that suited their style the most was to attack stealthily, so the idea was to cross the opening, enter the tower and quickly kill the heroes, who were the strongest in that place.

Unlike the first main quest, they couldn’t simply explode and kill the heroes. They had to lead the robots and eliminate all the queen’s influence. Killing the most powerful ones wouldn’t solve everything completely.

So, the main problem was how to enter the tower without being completely noticed. It seemed impossible initially, but with their new creation, a window opened.

The chimera’s body was now essentially a three-meter projectile that anyone from Earth would find similar to a space rocket.

The robotic rocket was entirely covered by several layers of QI, which intertwined and contracted. Alm and Bruno were not very knowledgeable about space laws, but now they simply used the same principle as the QI bullets that the robots developed. With the large amount of QI available, they managed to create an illusion that they were one with the world, blending in with everything.

Then, like a silent arrow, they advanced at a high yet still visible speed. The key was that if no one looked at them, nothing could be felt coming from their direction.

The thin layer at the most vulnerable point of the force field trembled slightly. Inside the tower, in a closed space, a slender woman who was clearly an elf had her eyes closed, focused on keeping the force field active. Suddenly, her eyelids trembled, and she opened her eyes in alarm.

She then focused her sight on a distant point, but apparently, there was nothing different there.

Then, her eyes glowed in a golden hue, and runes that were unmistakable to Alm and Bruno bloomed in her pupils. The queen was taking action, giving her powers to the elf in this universe.
