Time started moving normally again. Alm and Bruno heard the dwarf’s last words, and their expressions hardened.

’Damn it,’ Alm spat, as everything around them returned to normal.

Alm and Bruno read the green screen that popped up and huffed in sync. The Heaven’s Will was forcing them to fulfill the Forging God’s request.

At that moment, the little stone cracked and turned to dust before the dwarves. All the remaining will and power of the Forging God was transmitted to them, disappearing forever. The dwarves looked completely shaken and dazed.

"Lord... you’ve finally returned to us," said the red-haired dwarf, dazed, looking at the whale.

He sighed lightly and nodded, remembering that the God said everyone would think he was his reincarnation. Then Bruno had an idea and spoke:

"My memories are foggy and will come back completely with time. But I remember leaving my hammer with the royal family." The dwarf nodded quickly, confirming.

"I left it as a family treasure. But now things have changed; I’m no longer just a forger. I’m becoming a full deity. I have many followers and my missionaries who represent me." He emphasized the missionaries and watched her reaction. "I plan to settle in my old home, but I will expand my influence everywhere. So, my missionaries will represent me in places…"

Bruno stopped and looked into her eyes. There was understanding and certainty; it seemed the Forging God really had everything set up. But knowing dwarves, old words were just words; they believed in what they felt and could prove. The Forging God had left the doors open. If they really destroyed those enemies created by him, they would be fully accepted.

’Shouldn’t be a problem. We have Zaimo, and it’ll even be easier if one of our dwarf missionaries connects with the royal family. I just hope Zaimo likes one of them,’ Bruno commented, and Alm understood his plan.

The two weren’t going to miss out on the benefits from this golden optional quest. Now that they confirmed the dwarves would believe their words, the path to getting the hammer was clear. But they couldn’t force Zaimo to marry; if fate didn’t cooperate, they’d think of another method. For now, they accepted the quest.

"Let’s talk privately," said the whale to the dwarf, turning to Mistie, who was confused beside him.

He spoke to her mentally, calmly: ’It was a misunderstanding, don’t worry. It was a surprise for me, too, but I have a personal connection with these dwarves because I’m a disciple of the Forging God. If I speak alone, I’ll get more benefits. Just leave the rest to me.’

Mistie looked into the whale’s eyes, still doubtful, but seeing the dwarves around extremely dazed, she agreed. The sect needed as many benefits as possible to survive; her curiosity couldn’t outweigh her responsibility.

The whale turned around, and the red-haired dwarf led him to a closed room. She was the appointed commander responsible for that unit. All the dwarves moved and spread out around the building; they were the staff of that place.

Inside the commander’s main room, the whale sat on a couch while the red-haired dwarf bowed and introduced herself: "I’m your descendant from the forty-sixth generation. My name is Nebai."

The whale asked, slightly surprised: "Are you from the royal family?"

"The current king of the dwarves is my uncle, sir," she quickly responded.

"I see. As I mentioned before, my memories are fuzzy and will return over time. The object you brought only awakened my consciousness and a few key memories. I need you to help me remember and explain the many changes that have happened," the whale said calmly, and she nodded. "First, what was that cyan-colored law you used to get here?"

"That’s the Prana Law. It’s the central law that comes from the core of the dwarf galaxy known as the Cyan Hammer Galaxy. The Prana Law is used to distort space more efficiently than spatial laws; it’s extremely valuable and only exists in our galaxy, and only dwarves and heroes can study it," Nebai said seriously.

Alm and Bruno nodded; this is the same law heroes use to move between universes. Dwarves use it to move and trade across galaxies with ease, and with this advantage, the God of Merchants helped the dwarves greatly prosper.

Conquering the dwarves would give them access to this law along with the most powerful followers of the God of Merchants. They would be their greatest support, opening up many possibilities.

"Why did you come prepared to kill? Is this the fault of the followers of the God of Wealth?" Bruno asked lightly.

"Yes, sir. Your past orders were to find everyone claiming to be your disciples. The dwarves needed to test the legacy in them because you would return as one. But a few millennia ago, things became dangerous…" she said seriously, clenching her fists. "Those bastards from the God of Wealth found out and set up traps, pretending to be disciples. So, many dwarves who worship the God of Merchants are lured and killed; our method had to change, and we’re always ready to kill. Fortunately, the legacy can still tell if someone is a true disciple, and we can react if it’s a scam."

The whale nodded. The goal of the followers of the God of Wealth is to steal the divinity given by the God of Merchants to his followers, though they don’t know exactly what it is. So, they asked more about this God of Merchants.

According to Nebai, all dwarves worship this god because they can live freely, without worrying about cultivation or lack of resources. Everyone just needs to reach the divine realms, and by following the rules, creating and selling things, their cultivation automatically increases. It’s easy and simple, but obviously, their combat power level is terrible compared to those who cultivate legitimately.

Dwarves are all deeply connected with the art and production of things. They love doing it, and with the help of this god, they can focus on what they love without wasting time on cultivation. Even though they’re weak in combat, there’s a frightening number of cultivators at the peak of the divine realm in that galaxy. Who would be crazy enough to try anything? The numbers make up for the loss of power.

This ’divinity’ that the God of Merchants gives to his followers seemed like something Alm and Bruno should explore. The Forging God said all the stolen divinity was waiting for them to take; they had to go after it quickly. But first, they needed to prepare properly.

’High cultivation but low power…’ Alm reflected, and immediately his mind lit up. ’This is very similar to those dwarves and cultivators who used armor in the Rehvka universe. They were like that because they couldn’t cultivate in the divine realms. The situation was different, but it’s perfect in the current context. Zaimo and Thea could bring a complete change to the dwarves. Right now, they’re untouched because there are so many of them, but with the armor and technology, they could become truly powerful and the greatest in the entire universe.’

The two immediately got excited. Now they understood the reason for the golden quest; the dwarves were much more than just simple help. It was impossible to calculate the gains of having them on their side.

The whale nodded, and a spatial ring floated forward. "Nebai, inside are many things I forged; sell everything. Then, make the Yinblood sect the biggest partner of the dwarves. Mistie is someone trustworthy and our ally."

Alm and Bruno had prepared many basic weapons and holy-level immortals with runic seals. The idea was to hand them out gradually and gain trust over time. But now it wouldn’t be necessary; they gave everything, as they needed to prepare for a big move.

"In the meantime, use all the influence of the dwarves to gather information. We need to find out where the central base of the followers of the God of Wealth is. Now that I’m back, I will completely eradicate them."

The whale finished, and Nebai trembled, clenching her fists. Finally, the Forging God had returned and would now lead all the dwarves again.

Alm and Bruno first had to find the main hive. Then, get the hammer…

"Nebai, are you single?" Bruno asked quickly, and she jumped in surprise at the question but answered positively. They sensed her cultivation and analyzed; she was young and only in the Divine Origin Realm.

"Alright, I want you to be my connection with the dwarves. I’ll send my missionary, and he’ll be my contact with you and the dwarves. I hope you get along well."
