In the vast space between the two planets, the tension was palpable, like a storm about to erupt. On one side, the powerful harpies organized their ranks. Millions of female figures, with long wings and avian limbs, but predominantly humanoid bodies and heads, lined up in formation. Each of them radiated authority and power, their wings beating in a hypnotic rhythm, conjuring the laws of the planet’s winds before the clash.

Meanwhile, smaller groups of humans and dwarves focused on weaponry and defensive formations, creating a solid line of defense. The entire planet was tense, with all cultivators, even the weakest, ready on the ground, prepared for the worst. It was a total planetary war, but none of them showed any intention of backing down; the enemy was an evil that must be defeated, even if it cost them their lives.

On the other side, the powerful orcs gathered in a compact formation. Their imposing muscles and threatening auras commanded respect. Under the guttural command of the orc leader, dark elves and ogres were strategically positioned. The dark elves, specialized in Yin techniques, prepared for the battlefield, while the ogres, with their unwavering resilience, formed the first line of defense, ready to sacrifice themselves while the ruling orcs fought.

Both sides observed each other cautiously, analyzing the enemy formation. In the space between the planets, a dense fog of Qi and laws formed, as if it were the actual battlefield itself.

In the void of space, there were no natural laws, and only in the divine world could one find an abundance of Qi everywhere. Most cultivators were in mortal realms, with few generals in the first divine realm. Battle in such conditions was viable only when both sides created a domain similar to a Qi and law fog, extending over a vast region to allow for actual confrontation in space.

This was the first battle: to create an area with their most favorable laws. As the harpies led their groups to advanced positions, the orcs organized their troops in an attack formation. Everything was ready to begin, and a dense area rich in multiple elements was fully stable.

At the epicenter of one side, a blue orc standing four meters tall, radiating an imposing presence, let out a deafening roar. From the opposite side, a female figure of a harpy, enveloped in golden feathers and a wild gaze, extended her hand and wings forward in a determined gesture.

The planetary emperors ordered, and the Qi-laden voices of the generals resonated through space. The millions of cultivators adjusted their weapons and techniques, an overwhelming thirst for blood overcoming them, and they all advanced courageously. Quickly, they left the planet’s atmosphere behind and entered the space battlefield.

In a matter of moments, the death Yin of a bloody war between two planets would envelop the entire vast region.

The two troops, each composed of millions of cultivators, entered the fog at the same time. That place was a non-natural mixture of laws, Qi, and intentions; everything within that battlefield was strangely distorted. Inside, the vision became limited, as if they had entered a hellish realm. Both sides only felt the enemies at a distance and advanced rapidly, staying hundreds of meters apart from each other.

Every drop of Qi and energy in their bodies was channeled out. They couldn’t see beyond, not even a few meters away; everything was distorted and gloomy. A minute later, everyone prepared for the first strike...

"KILL!"

The initial roar echoed, but suddenly, their bodies froze. In an instant, all the cultivators were immobilized; every muscle and Qi in their bodies refused to move. Unnoticed by them, thin violet lines appeared in their eyes.

The battlefield, impregnated with Qi and laws, began to distort and spin. In an instant, everything trembled. Then, as if a flame were ignited, a transformation occurred... the battlefield was bathed in a sacred celestial light, tinting the space with a resplendent power.

Whoosh!

The sea of blue parted, revealing the vast and oppressive void of space before them. Then, they saw... everything around them had transformed into a violet sea.

Their eyes were drawn upwards to a point above their heads. There, they saw something that made their souls tremble.

Were those clouds? In the void of space? Everyone wondered, but they knew they were not ordinary clouds. They pulsed and shimmered with divine energy. The entire battlefield was gone, and now in the space above them, something resembling a starry sky filled with sacred clouds emerged.

In the center of these clouds, two gigantic violet lotuses gracefully rotated. A small human figure stood amidst it all. His body radiated an imposing presence; everyone felt his absolute mastery over their lives and souls.

The celestial clouds danced around the lotuses, creating a phenomenon brighter and more intense than the nearby sun itself. Until suddenly, a round figure emerged from the clouds, waving and glaring down at everyone below. All felt that this was true divinity emerging among the celestial clouds, causing all below to feel a natural suppression.

"HUMAN!!! WHO ARE YOU!!!"

A guttural cry resounded, filled with mortal determination. The whale turned to face the orc emperor, completely enveloped in violet lines, struggling to regain control of his own body. He, whose cultivation surpassed Ruri’s, was almost completely sealed, while all others were completely invaded and dominated.

"You... you came from the divine realm!" This time it was the harpy empress who spoke, also trying to break free.

The whale just snorted; suddenly, all celestial power surged and expanded in all directions. A thin blue layer appeared as if everyone were inside a glass bubble.

"I came because evil and injustice must be punished." The whale’s voice sounded softly, but his words echoed like thunder.

All forms of life within both planets felt the disturbance in the world and heard his voice. They looked up at the skies... then saw clearly... everything happening inside the glass bubble was visible to them, as if they were just a few meters away.

All Qi and Laws within the battlefield were dominated and used by Alm and Bruno, to create this phenomenon. It was a simple technique, but it allowed the show to be seen by everyone clearly.

The orc trembled and spat blood, then roared fiercely. "YOU’RE WITH THEM! THOSE TREACHEROUS BITCHES!"

"Silence."

The whale spoke and waved lightly. Suddenly, two runes lit up on his fists. All forms of life saw as if two stars had ignited in his hands. Infinite power circulated, and then the orc trembled and froze completely still.

"You’ve all been used. No orc or harpy is guilty of this." The whale’s words echoed as if an electric wave passed through them, making all inhabitants of the two planets and the battlefield tremble. They had lived on this hatred for a long time... there was no reason to believe, but the words of this figure were like a divine decree.

"Look closely at everything." The whale concluded, and just snorted coldly.

Crack!

The sound of breaking glass resonated thunderously. Everyone turned in the direction of the sound. Finding the two emperors, the epicenter of this sound came from within them.

With a pulsation of the tattoos on their fists, the two emperors roared as if their souls were shattering... in fact they were; it was the first time Alm and Bruno had used this power, and they were still making adjustments.

But... this turned out to be timely. With the two emperors roaring as if undergoing endless torture, fear and terror spread among all spectators. After a few minutes, the two emperors fell silent... and a dark energy emerged from their bodies.

It seemed like a legitimate and brutal exorcism, but now everyone saw the true cause of all this. At the center of the dark energy, two black runes trembled. Everyone, even the most inexperienced cultivators on the planets, recognized that rune. It was a seal... a slavery seal.

"This is the evil that haunts you. You’ve been manipulated to kill each other. Everything you know about the orcs and harpies, every villainous action, every bloody act, it was all planned and manipulated. Your emperors were commanded to act this way."

The whale’s words fell like a celestial hammer on everyone. Then, in the same instant, their minds synchronized. Why?

"Do you want to know the reason?" The whale slowly pronounced the question that was on everyone’s mind. "See with your own eyes."

Thump! THUMP!

The sound of heartbeats echoed, making all laws vibrate on both planets. The whale seemed to be the primal epicenter of the world’s laws. Suddenly, the two planets trembled as if they were about to collapse.

It took a few seconds for the tremors to cease... then, from within the earth, at various different points on both planets, black runes emerged intertwined like underworld chains.

Everyone saw those runes rise into the sky and float into space. It was like a black net made of runes, as big as a continent. Everything entered the bubble where the whale was; then, the inhabitants of both planets could see... and feel clearly.

In those runes existed the Yin of death, blood, resentment, and a subtle power of the soul. It was so dense and macabre that all the weaker ones on the planet almost fainted. Both sides possessed these things within their planets, they were very similar.

"The enemy’s goal was clear: to use your lives for their own benefit. They enslaved your emperors and fomented hatred among you. I said before and I repeat: no orc or harpy is guilty. The true enemy comes from outside, from the divine realm."

The whale’s words echoed slowly, and an oppressive silence covered all forms of life on both planets and in the space region. No one could reason in the face of this revelation... all the hatred, all the bloodshed, all the evil that had endured for thousands of years... was it all set up?

The whale waited a few minutes before speaking again, now with a cold calm. "Now my words can be understood by all: I came because evil and injustice must be punished."

Everyone listened and immediately fixed their gaze on the whale. "I will bring justice, karma will be purified. The celestial flames will punish the guilty!"

All forms of life clenched their fists tightly and took a deep breath. The whale waved, and its eyes gleamed in an earthy brown. The primal power pulsed, then the obsidian was activated.

RUMBLE!!!

Space-time and the surrounding laws trembled and distorted as if the apocalypse had been initiated.

Alm and Bruno had previously only removed the outer layer of the formation from the two planets. It was something irrelevant, like the tail of a reptile, which the formation could easily rebuild; it served only as a reference for the people of the planets to feel everything. Now, they really attacked the core of the formation. And the spatial defense mechanism was activated.

Ruri turned to the west with a focused look. She snorted, and the two violet lotuses, along with all the mental power over the people, were withdrawn, freeing them. It was no longer necessary, and now she needed to focus on something more important.

All forms of life from the two planets saw, in a short time, the void distort to the west forming something. Most had already seen a spatial channel and now knew exactly what it was. Something from very far away was approaching.

Evil... that power that caused hell and pain in all of them... was coming.

"Fear not! Just watch closely and pray. Wish for justice, wish for protection, wish for divine intervention." The whale spoke gloriously and exaltedly, and immediately everyone’s hearts beat like drums.

The spatial channel began to stabilize slowly. Bruno took the opportunity to give an exaggerated speech. His words seemed to penetrate everyone’s subconscious like a divine murmur... but obviously he would never remember the random things he said; anyway, he shone.

All the inhabitants listened, but when the channel began to stabilize and the divine laws began to pass, everyone understood reality. The level of the enemy was clear and made them break out in a cold sweat. Divine... the divine world wanted them dead...

In a few seconds, everyone on both planets knelt and pleaded. They asked for justice and intervention. But in their minds, the image of divinity was of a human... or an ogre? They didn’t know what it was, and this increased the mystical air around it; it was round and sacred, that was all.

Bruno took a deep breath, clearly feeling his faith rune vibrating and almost letting out a laugh with the whale. ’Success!’

It was at this moment that the channel was about to stabilize completely. In front of the gigantic channel capturing everyone’s attention, no one noticed the small human girl with closed eyes and countless spatial runes dancing around her.

Normally, this channel should stabilize fully in less than a minute, or the thieves could take everything and flee before the intervention. But all the ascending spatial runes and a good portion of the divine ones were being controlled and dominated slowly.

It took almost five minutes for everything to stabilize. And in the urgency of the situation, the other side just poured more and more Qi, thinking the enemy was someone in the divine realm trying to disperse the channel before it formed. But... Ruri didn’t want to disperse, she just delayed, gaining time to dominate two-thirds of the spatial laws.

When everything opened up, light from another sun emerged from within the channel. Thanks to the glass bubble that Alm and Bruno created so that everyone on the planets could see, everyone now clearly observed the other side of the portal. It was another world, another planet, and on it were thousands of humans facing them.

"Those are the evil ones," the whale spoke with extreme calm.

On the other side, all the humans tensely faced the opposite side; they imagined encountering powerful divine cultivators, but... they were just almost mortal?

Bruno waved, channeling all the power of the faith rune at once. In perfect synchronization, Ruri moved all the spatial runes of the channel.

Suddenly, the whale raised its hands to the skies and a rune appeared on its forehead. Then, its roar sounded like divine judgment.

"Feel the karma of your actions! Burn!"

A light eclipsed the world, and a pillar of celestial light ignited. Fides appeared before everyone’s eyes. In the next second, its blade pulsed... then the celestial flames emerged, causing the world’s karma to stir like a divine awakening.

The sword descended, and the flames exploded, expanding. It was a downward movement, and the world seemed to collapse with its motion.

"GO!" Ruri roared at the same time. All spatial power moved with her call.

The humans felt something wrong and tried to cross... but the space inside the channel seemed solid. Suddenly, they all felt death so palpable that they all froze.

The flames expanded, and thanks to the movement of spatial laws, they were guided. They advanced towards the channel, then pierced through...

"HAAAAAAAAAAA!"

The only sound in the world was screams of despair... first the humans near the channel... then the sound multiplied to thousands of screams, quickly turning into countless.

Everyone could see the other side of the channel, it was like looking through a giant window. They saw the humans scream and scream, but in no time, they turned into ashes. Then it spread in all directions... and quickly, a death Yin as dense as a sea began to rise and pass through the channel.

Everyone felt it clearly, it wasn’t a few. They could imagine and guess that, by the amount of Yin... something close to a city was swallowed...

Alm and Bruno were calm, but a bit stunned. That wasn’t real flames, but their power would spread and feed, jumping from one to another and burning. Only those with sinister karma would be burned, so as long as there was someone similar nearby, the flame would be fed and continue to advance.

The center of the channel was certainly the central building of the divine sect. There should be thousands of cultivators. If they were all wicked and involved, they would all die. Then, the flame would spread. If everyone nearby was the same, it would continue... indefinitely...

They imagined they would kill a few hundred and, with luck, a bit more. But the death Yin that emerged left the two a bit strange. The entire sect was burned? How could there be so many evil ones together like that?

It took several minutes... then the sounds ceased. On the other side, nothing could be seen or heard. Only an unbelievable death Yin flowed, and it flowed and didn’t stop flowing ever.

Ruri waved, then the spatial laws contorted. Everything took time, and the channel unraveled as if it had never existed. She was essential in this, mastering the laws of the channel the divine cultivators couldn’t pass quickly and the whale could attack with everything without worrying about defense. At the same time, she made the flame pass to the other side easily, and now collapsed the channel erasing the evidence or the chance of retaliation. If there was still anything alive on the other side...

It was clean and efficient. It seemed that, accidentally, the two committed a great and unbelievable massacre together. They were like two bloody villains who worked together to create a bloodbath.

’The next step will be a planet? I hope big things from her,’ Alm said lightly, with a villainous laugh.

’That was an accident! And they deserved it! She would never do anything bad... nor would we!’ Bruno quickly retorted, activating the Behemoth rune again.

Inside the two planets, the obsidian that destroyed the core of the formations moved. Then, it rose to the surface like a divine black pillar. Inside was a fragment of their divine soul. Bruno burned it to leave engraved information about his religion and divinity.

The whale waved, Ruri went to his side and used her last traces of spatial energies to help him. Space distorted, and two objects were brought to them; a pulsating rune of one meter, completely sealed by earth laws, and a fist-sized piece of jagged rock. They were their two prizes, and the whale stored it in the inventory without people noticing what he did.

In the next second, the whale clenched its fists. A golden crystal was shattered.

"I left my words for both planets. Seek them out... and those who connect with me will be blessed by me," the whale spoke its last words.

Suddenly, the whole bubble around them shattered. Then a spatial power permeated him and Ruri. In less than a minute, a channel opened behind them. Both without hesitation jumped and disappeared into the void.

Everything was concluded. And within the obsidian pillars, Bruno left the main runes of the ’Rurian Faithlink’. When a well-intentioned worshiper arises, the rune will merge with him. Thus, taking advantage of the short distance to the Pristine planet, Bruno could feel it and transfer his complete guidelines. These people will be their missionaries and will not allow worshippers to dirty their names.

The whale and Ruri were in the middle of a distorted world crossing the channel; then Alm said lightly, "Great, with our show in a short time..."
