The entire world froze before the overwhelming presence of the hero. He didn’t need to move his Qi or have any intention; just the deathly aura surrounding him, combined with his cultivation at the peak of the world, was enough to make all legs tremble and all wills crumble.

The hero merely glanced seriously at everyone, and within two seconds, the minds of all demon beasts and demons collapsed. They were less than ants before him. However, quickly, the hero noticed something unusual, and his facial expression changed; he spotted a two-headed demon beast.

That Cerberus-like beast with its bloodline was calm, and its four eyes seemed to gaze back at the hero, with one pair conveying a subtle fluctuation of mockery. Clearly, it wasn’t affected by the hero’s presence, and disregarding the cultivation difference, it was as if the hero’s will was something coming from a ridiculous child in its eyes.

Then, the hero’s mouth moved with a murmur. "You."

His words made all the laws of the world shift and focus directly on the Cerberus. Soon, everyone around felt an infinite weight lifted off their shoulders.

One head moved its mouth slightly, and a guttural and torturous sound reverberated. "Hm? What’s up, kid?" Bruno spoke, now managing to articulate understandable words with that body. "Did someone steal your toy? It was a great meal, and now you’ve come alone... a hero without followers to stroke his ego is still a hero, or just another bastard?"

The hero immediately narrowed his eyes, and the laws of the world twisted completely into the purest intent to kill.

"It seems you refined them. Quite daring..." The hero calmly murmured, then an apocalyptic wave of golden Qi covered the entire world with a thought. It then descended upon the earth like the end of the world.

A sinister and demonic laughter escaped from Cerberus, and with a motion, all demon beasts and demons felt runes sprouting in their bodies. Even those who were fallen opened their eyes with the glowing runes. The runes were grayish and were placed by Alm and Bruno, using as a base the rune they placed on Ruri. Unfortunately, this was not the queen’s universe, and their runes couldn’t even be compared, but they still had some utility.

Not very far away, in the bone building, all the bones that composed that construction trembled, and all of its death Yin was triggered to the limit, creating a subtle defense that protected the sleeping Malieka and her son. At the same time, the rune inside everyone outside of the building left their bodies and dragged them away from Cerberus, which was the center of everything. Soon, nearly a thousand of them joined, creating a fragile defense but surprisingly protecting everyone.

CRACK!!

The earth shattered, and the world below fragmented. The hero glanced at everything a bit surprised but didn’t care too much. In front of him, the two-headed beast stood around a small untouched area, still looking at him with extreme disdain. In its eyes, Yin and Yang runes emanating a sense of divine reverence shone. The hero moved Qi and the laws of the world, which responded to his will. Everything should have been turned to dust, and the ground formation would refine everything, but that abnormal being seemed to enjoy itself more and more.

It didn’t take long for the hero’s eyes to widen in disbelief, then words of exaltation escaped his mouth. "Divine soul! Excellent... now I can finally have it."

The world returned to normal suddenly, and all those who were stunned managed to get up in shock. Rhug was the first, and he had an expression of extreme concern as he looked in the direction of the distant Cerberus. At that moment, time and space shattered, and the hero personally moved from the skies, immediately appearing in front of the two-headed beast.

The difference in size between them was gigantic, but the difference in danger between them was like heaven and earth. The hero had a twisted smile on his face, while Cerberus merely stared at him mockingly. Everything happened in less than the blink of an eye, and when Rhug noticed, an explosion of blood followed.

The entire colossal body of Cerberus, considered divine among them, nearly exploded completely into a bloody mist. Its blood spread in all directions, creating a dark and eerie mist. Everyone’s eyes blinked belatedly, and then they saw the golden hero with his two hands stretched forward, each holding a head as if it were a ridiculous toy for him.

Disbelief and despair took hold of everyone, and no words or sounds were exchanged by the hero or the onlookers. In two seconds, everyone felt the life of the glorious Lord Cerberus extinguish. Then the hero moved his arms to the side, and the entire bloody body was thrown away like an insect.

SPLAT!!

Only the sound of the giant body exploding like a balloon and becoming less than black dust echoed in front of everyone who was petrified by it. Rhug saw everything, and his mind went blank, but in a moment of reflex, he turned to the hero. Then he saw him standing with his eyes closed, immersed in something.

Inside the hero’s mental sea...

In a completely dark world, a golden male soul floated calmly. Suddenly, that place trembled violently, and the eyes of that golden soul moved, unable to comprehend what was happening.

He tried to open the eyes of the body and return... But in that second, he realized. He had no control over this world; his mental sea had been taken. Soon, a characteristic villainous laughter reverberated in all directions.

Then, in front of the stunned hero, their shadows appeared. One was as white as the purest Yang in the world, while the other was a black Yin to the point that all the darkness in the world seemed to concentrate on it.

"Did you think we formed our divine soul by refining those two insects?" Alm spoke while still uncontrollably laughing. "Brat... being arrogant and thinking you’re above everything because that bitch favors you is a mistake that has cost the lives of more than one hero before."

The hero couldn’t move anything, completely frozen and dominated. Only his eyes trembled in a mixture of despair and disbelief in the face of those two divine presences. He had never seen up close the real power of a true divine soul; he thought that even if that beast had achieved it, it wouldn’t have the ability to use it yet. But now, hearing them... things were much worse... what the hell were these two?

CRACK!

Those were the hero’s last thoughts as his consciousness faded, and his soul seemed to be shackled and sealed by a supreme and infinite power. Bruno simply made a move and quickly put an end to it, without much thought. Alm’s face twisted; he clearly wanted to take his time with this hero.

"You bastard..." Alm began to curse when he stopped frozen.

The entire world inside the hero’s body vibrated violently. Suddenly, that dark environment changed... everything lit up in an extremely golden hue!

Alm and Bruno then turned their gaze to a nearby point. Soon, they saw the silhouette of a humanoid form with wings emerging; then, two pairs of eyes slowly opened, bringing with them a sense of inevitable death.

"Hm? Have I seen you before?" A feminine voice echoed in that place.
