"Hmm!" Chu Qin nodded.
"Okay!" the Nine Demoness and Bi Ji nodded simultaneously.
Liu Erlong carried the woman to Purple Pearl’s room where the Nine Demoness and Bi Ji used their healing powers to start treating the blue-haired woman.
One of the Nine Demoness wielded the Nine-heart Asiatic Apple and the other, the Emerald Swan. Their healing powers could be said to be unparalleled across the entire Soul Land, and in just a short while, the scars on the blue-haired woman had completely disappeared!
"Chu Qin, her injuries have mostly healed, but she has expended too much Soul Power and will need some time before she can wake up," Bi Ji said.
"Good, you two have worked hard," Chu Qin said with a gentle smile, "You both must be tired, why don’t you go and rest for a bit?"
Bi Ji and the Nine Demoness exchanged a mutual glance and then shook their heads, smiling, "No, we’re not tired!"
"We’re not tired, Chu Qin!" the Nine Demoness responded, "Don’t worry, we’ll definitely help you to the end as your most steadfast shield!"
Chu Qin showed a brilliant smile.
Then, Chu Qin took out the bundle of deadly poison again, "Xiao Jiu, Bi’er, can you analyze its components?"
"We can only try," the Nine Demoness replied, "Our specialty lies in healing, not in poison analysis!"
"Yeah, if the Thousand Demon King were here, it would be ideal since he’s good at dealing with poison," Bi Ji added.
"Yanyan, Yiran, how about you?" Chu Qin turned to Dugu Yan and Meng Yiran with a smile. Chu Qin didn’t hold out much hope for them; his question was merely exploratory.
After all, both women were practitioners of poison.
Sure enough, Dugu Yan and Meng Yiran shook their heads, the former saying with a hint of apology, "I’m sorry, Chu Qin, I don’t have my grandfather’s skills."
"Same here!" Meng Yiran added with guilt, "I can only use poison."
"It’s okay, you are both young! Moreover, poison is very dangerous. It’s better not to learn it!" Chu Qin said with a nonchalant smile.
"Hmm," Dugu Yan and Meng Yiran nodded.
"By the way, have those medicines been distributed to all the women and children in need?" Chu Qin turned and asked Purple Pearl.
"Yes!" Purple Pearl nodded, "Thank you, Lord Chu Qin, for providing the medicine! Now, all the women and children from around Purple Pearl Island have recovered, except for the able-bodied men."
"They don’t have any complaints, do they?" Chu Qin inquired.
"Rest assured, Your Majesty. The members of the Zi Zhenzhu Pirate Group are all men of loyalty and righteousness, with clear skies of integrity; they’ve raised no objections!" Purple Pearl declared confidently.
Chu Qin nodded; he had long known that the Zi Zhenzhu Pirate Group consisted of chivalrous souls who robbed the rich to help the poor—this was evident.
"Don’t worry, I will definitely cure all of you!"
"Cough cough cough..." A fit of coughing suddenly broke out, and everyone turned in surprise to see that the blue-haired woman lying in bed had opened her eyes. Just as Chu Qin anticipated, her eyes were incredibly beautiful—like jewels that contained the stars and seas, shimmering luxuriously.
Chu Qin and everyone else immediately gathered around!
Initially bewildered by the unfamiliar surroundings, the blue-haired woman’s gaze settled on Chu Qin’s face, which instantly gave her a sense of security!
His face was as if an angel had kissed it—too handsome for words!
She then turned to the women around her, astounded to find that each one was stunning to the extreme, causing her to exclaim in wonder, "Are you... humans? Where... where is this?"
"Miss, there’s no need to be nervous," Chu Qin replied, "This place is very safe!"
The woman with blue hair slightly stiffened her face and recalled the last scene of the battle with the Evil-eyed Orca King, asking, "Was it you who rescued me from the clutches of the Evil-eyed Orca King?"
"Yes," Chu Qin nodded.
"What about the Evil-eyed Orca King?" the woman with blue hair continued to inquire.
"I killed him!" Chu Qin said calmly.
"Ah!" The woman with blue hair was immediately startled. The Evil-eyed Orca King was known as the trash of the sea, immensely powerful, and even she was no match for him. So, did that imply that the young man before her was an extremely powerful being?
"Young master, who are you?" the woman with blue hair asked.
"My name is Chu Qin, and her name is Purple Pearl. The rest of them are my lovers!" Chu Qin introduced, starting with Purple Pearl because she was from the sea and the woman with blue hair might recognize her!
Unexpectedly, the woman with blue hair did not recognize Purple Pearl, but still asked, "Are you all from the sea?"
"You could say that!" Chu Qin nodded, "And who are you? Why were you fighting the Evil-eyed Orca King?"
"My name is Sea Woman," the woman with blue hair replied.
"Sea Witch Douluo, one of the Guardian Douluos from Sea God Island?" Chu Qin pressed on with his questions.
Upon hearing this, all the women were shocked! They hadn’t expected that the person who came was from Sea God Island, the place they intended to visit, and she was a Titled Douluo no less!
"How, how did you know!" The Sea Witch Douluo was visibly taken aback. Indeed, she was one of the seven guest elders of Sea God Island, the Sea Witch Douluo. When the ocean was faced with extensive pollution, she was dispatched by Sea God Douluo Poseidon to investigate, but had not expected to encounter the Evil-eyed Orca King and, after being defeated by it, to meet Chu Qin and the others!
"I am an old friend of your Great Worship, Sea God Douluo Poseidon," Chu Qin said without batting an eye.
"You are, a friend of the Great Worship!" The Sea Witch Douluo was even more astonished. Although she knew that Poseidon always resided within the Sea God Temple, indeed, he had friends amongst the land-based Soul Masters, and recently two such Soul Masters had made their way to Sea God Island.
"Yes. But let’s talk about that later. Sea Witch Douluo, do you know who threw the poison into the sea?" Chu Qin asked.
"It was a strange Soul Master!" the Sea Witch Douluo replied.
"A strange Soul Master?" Chu Qin frowned.
"Yes! His Martial Soul was very bizarre, a mass of poison!" the Sea Witch Douluo replied, "His strength should be around level ninety-one!"
"Where is he now?" Chu Qin hurriedly asked.
"He escaped! I was ordered by the Great Worship to leave the island for investigation when I encountered him!" the Sea Witch Douluo replied, "On the sea surface, we Sea Soul Masters hold absolute advantage. He was no match for me, but he was cunning, injecting his poison into the body of the Evil-eyed Orca King, and using it to introduce the poison into the ocean!"
"Is it this mass of poison?" Chu Qin took out the transparent box!
"I don’t know!"
In her surprise, the Sea Witch Douluo took out a bottle of blue liquid from the Soul Guidance Container!
"However, before he escaped, I managed to obtain this bottle of liquid!" the Sea Witch Douluo said, "Lord Chu Qin, do you see any use for it?"
Chu Qin paused for a moment and took the blue liquid, then, he opened the transparent box and immediately dropped some of the blue liquid onto the poison.
They saw that wherever the blue liquid touched, the red poison on the sticky substance disappeared!
"It seems to work!" Bi Ji and the Nine Demoness exclaimed in unison.
"Yes!" Chu Qin said, excited, "Sea Woman, can you give me some of this blue liquid? The people of Purple Pearl Island are poisoned and in need of it!"
