Chapter 223: Sparring with Xiaowu. Hell Slaughter Arena_1
"I don’t care, I want to live with you guys too," Wang Qiu’er insisted. "I can only fall asleep in Sister Zi Ji’s arms."
"This..." Zi Ji was visibly troubled, looking at Chu Qin for guidance.
"Then let Qiu’er live with us," Chu Qin nodded. "Hulena, do you think the bed here can fit five people?"
"It’s possible!" Hulena said with a smile.
"Alright, Zi Ji, you can sleep holding Qiu’er," Chu Qin agreed. Then, he turned to Hulena and said, "Good night!"
"Elder Chu, good night!" Hulena replied with a hint of disappointment in her voice.
Following that, Chu Qin led the four girls into the room on the left, while Hulena went back to the dormitory on the right, alone.
The room Chu Qin and his companions entered had clearly been meticulously maintained and decorated by its previous occupant, who seemed to have been a person of refined taste and not one of The Fallen, thus the room was neat and tidy, sparing them the trouble of cleaning up.
"Zi Ji, you take Qiu’er and sleep inside," Chu Qin instructed. "Xiaowu, Ah Yin, and I will sleep outside."
"Okay!"
Originally, Chu Qin had wanted to spar with the girls, but since Wang Qiu’er was there, it seemed the night would be a peaceful one.
However, as everyone had fallen asleep, Chu Qin was awakened by a moist sensation on his face.
Startled, he opened his eyes to find a flawless face in front of him – it was Xiaowu.
Just now, Xiaowu had pecked at Chu Qin’s face like a little chick pecking at grains.
"Xiaowu, what are you doing?" asked Chu Qin, without any sign of reproach, his voice soft and gentle.
"Chu Qin, your face is just too handsome, I couldn’t resist!" Xiaowu said with a coy smile.
Hearing this, Chu Qin let out sweet smile and also planted a kiss on Xiaowu’s cheek, "I couldn’t resist either!"
"Chu Qin, I want it!" teased in this way, Xiaowu seemed to become more impatient.
"We can’t, Qiu’er is right there," Chu Qin said, while pulling Xiaowu’s head closer and desperately inhaling her unique, faint fragrance with his nostrils.
"I don’t care, can’t we just be quieter?" Xiaowu still felt unsatisfied and spoke softly. As she spoke, her arms slowly moved downward, and after a moment, her face turned slightly red. "It seems that you feel it too, Chu Qin!"
"Sigh, let’s go to the washroom!" Chu Qin proposed with a helpless smile.
"Mhm!" Xiaowu agreed delightedly, and they sneaked out of bed together.
"Chu Qin, do I look beautiful?" Xiaowu asked while walking in.
"Of course!"
Today, Xiaowu was still wearing her purple, half-armor-like bodysuit. Her ample and exquisite body was showcased, her long legs wrapped in those opaque yet smooth pink stockings, and below, her distinctive crystal high-heeled boots.
Chu Qin realized that without knowing it, Xiaowu had fully matured. The nearly sixteen-year-old girl had blossomed into a complete beauty, devoid of her previous childlike traits, possessing all the qualities of a girl in the bloom of youth and an incomparable grace and poise.
And at this moment, both had disarmed all defenses with each other, standing bare and honest before one another.
"Xiaowu, they’re still asleep, hold on a little!" Chu Qin said with a sweet smile.
Fortunately, it seemed Ah Yin and Zi Ji were not awoken by the commotion.
However, what Chu Qin did not know was that the washrooms of Slaughter City were adjoining, separated only by a single wall.
At that moment, Hulena was bathing in the fragrant water, just coincidentally overhearing Xiaowu’s distinctive murmurs.
"Could they be..." Hulena’s face turned red as she spoke.
There was much to talk about that night.
The next day.
In Slaughter City, there was no distinction between day and night; the only reminder was the bell of the Hell Slaughter Arena, which would ring punctually at dawn every day.
At this time, Chu Qin led the four women out of the room.
"Elder Chu!" At the same time, Hulena also happened to come out of her room and, seeing Chu Qin and the women, immediately called out to them.
"Hulena, how well did you sleep last night?" Chu Qin responded with a smile.
Chu Qin would have been better off not saying anything; his question immediately reminded Hulena of the prior night’s madness. A flush of shyness swept across her face, but she quickly covered it up, "Very well! Elder Chu, is this your first time in Slaughter City? Are you getting used to it?"
"Yes, quite used to it!" The first to respond was Xiaowu, who could hardly contain her excitement from last night.
"Then you all, are you heading to the Hell Slaughter Arena?" Hulena asked.
"Yes!" Chu Qin nodded, "Isn’t it said that one can only leave Slaughter City after obtaining one hundred champion titles from the Hell Slaughter Arena?"
"Yes," Hulena nodded, "I think, with Elder Chu’s strength, it shouldn’t take more than a few months to complete a hundred matches!"
"A few months won’t do!" Chu Qin replied with a smile, "I plan to finish a hundred slaughters within a month, and so do Xiaowu, Zi Ji and the others!"
"One month!" Hulena’s mouth gaped slightly.
"My Lord, do you intend to complete a hundred slaughters within a month?" Just then, a seductive and familiar voice rang out, as the Envoy of Hell gracefully drifted over.
"What, are you doubting my strength, or does Slaughter City not have that many of The Fallen?" Chu Qin asked with a smile.
"Slaughter City certainly does!" the Envoy of Hell replied, "The Soul Masters of Slaughter City are not affiliated with Soul Land and hence are not registered by the Martial Soul Hall. It’s no exaggeration to say that Slaughter City has a third more Soul Masters than the outside world. Furthermore, the victors in the Hell Slaughter Arena can obtain the Soul Power of the defeated, hence the Soul Master levels here are quite high!"
This was inevitable; otherwise, if ten Soul Masters were grouped and only one survived, Slaughter City would have run out of people to kill long ago if the base number of Soul Masters weren’t great.
Indeed, the registered Soul Masters of Soul Land only numbered over a hundred thousand, but Slaughter City was an exception!
"However, the Hell Slaughter Arena isn’t open every day," the Envoy of Hell added, "Moreover, if you win too many consecutive battles, it’s unlikely that The Fallen would dare to sign up to challenge you. Therefore, no matter how strong you are, attaining a hundred victories within a month is nearly impossible!"
"Then tell me, if I slaughter all of The Fallen in Slaughter City, wouldn’t that be the same as winning the championship of the Hell Slaughter Arena?" Chu Qin said with a faint smile.
