Chapter 248: Chapter 248: Descent Of Light

" The others are not out yet?" Lust asked and greed giggled.

" Indeed, it’s still only the two of us, with the entire world as our playground, however one of them has been released."

Lust’s face twisted with disgust but also a hint of fear. The relationship between the sins and the Horsemen was not very good.

Each group believed themselves to be superior plus they had different ideals, the Horsemen believed it was their duty as seals to destroy the world.

The sins are demons, their every action is self serving as that is their nature as such, the two groups of siblings never got along.

" So what do you want greed?" Lust asked with her enchanting voice. The relationship between the seven siblings was not harmonious either.

Greed looked at Lust and licked his lips, she smiled enchantingly and reached out to touch him.

Greed pulled back, " I have no interest in playing your games lust, I came to warn you."

Lust raised her eyebrow, " Warm me, about what?" She asked.

" Fenrir, the Fenrir has awakened, it has created more of its kind and each one wields a fragment of chaos.

While they might be weak, it would be best to avoid them as you know, chaos can destroy even us."

Lust’s expression changed. " Then wouldn’t it be better to kill them while they’re weak and remove the threat?"

He shrugged, " I am Greed, my very being demands I look out for myself and myself alone.

I will not risk my life no matter how little the threat might be but do as you see fit sister, it’s your life."

He looked at her and smiled. " Again, what do you want?" She asked, lust knew greed was the most selfish of them.

There was no way he would do anything without expecting something in return no matter how little effort he put in.

In fact, he never did anything that required much effort but always demanded the highest price.

Greed licked his lips and looked at her crotch, Lust grinned, if that’s what he wanted then she would gladly give it to him.

However he saw through her thoughts and laughed. " You have to be kidding sister, I would never subject myself to that.

I want a drop of your essence, after all, amongst us, you’re the best at creating slaves."

She realised he was just acting on his greed as always and clicked her tongue. Had he dared lay with her.

She smiled just thinking about the result of that but unfortunately none of her siblings are that foolish.

Greed waited patiently, Lust clicked her tongue and reached for her lower part with her fingers.

An expression of pleasure appeared on her face for a moment and a low moan reached Greed’s ears.

His demonic esper blazed out removing her influence from his mind. She clicked her tongue and pulled out her fingers.

On them was a pink liquid drop. She gave it to Greed and he thanked her then turned into smoke with his slaves and disappeared.

Lust knew why Greed came for that, as long as he can manage to integrate her essence into his authority.

It can become permanent. Greed’s influence depends on proximity, once he’s gone the influence fades.

But that isn’t the case for her, her essence of lust is permanent unless intentionally removed by somebody.

This town has been effected by her mist made of her essence, they would be consumed by lust forever.

Not just them, anybody who comes here will also be effected since her essence will remain in the air inside this town.

That meant, even when she’s not here she can constantly draw power from their lust thus increasing her strength.

Amongst the seven siblings she was the weakest in terms of combat so this ability was to balance that out.

Now that Greed has a bit of her essence, if he succeeds in merging it then he too will have a place to use as an engine.

However the amount of essence she gave him was only enough for a small city and it had her influence.

Lust could’ve created that essence from any part of her body like sweat. The only reason she drew it from down there.

Was to infuse it with as much of her lust as possible, even if Greed can merge it with his own authority which is doubtful.

Her influence of Lust will not disappear. ’ I wonder what you’ll do oh Greed.’ she giggled.

Greed was not one for sharing, it went against his nature. If he finds out his own authority benefits her as well.

Honestly, she didn’t know how he would react but she bet it would be interesting to see.

She turned her attention back the town of people entangled with each other. Lust was not a killer.

The people would rest, eat but most of them stayed naked and took every opportunity they had to have intercourse.

Relationships no longer mattered, married people slept with whoever was closest to them.

They had fallen to so much depravity they didn’t even care if children were around watching them.

She smiled with satisfaction and left to turn another place into a realm of desire and pleasure.

After she left, a beam of light fell from the sky and out of it came a beautiful woman with five pairs of wings behind her.

The woman was dressed in long garments that covered all of her body. Her attire resembled that of nuns.

But it was white and gold, she also wore a veil that hid her face. Not a bit of her skin showed through her clothed.

She looked at this town which has fallen into depravity with sadness then clasped her hands in a prayer motion.

Then she opened her eyes, her expression turned even more somber. The people in town finally noticed her.

A group of them surrounded her and touched her seductively. She just looked at them with pity.

" Oh fallen lambs, you have forgotten the name of your fathers, let me deliver you from your suffering."

She spoke softly then a pillar of light dropped from the sky engulfing the entire town.

A second later the pillar of light was gone and all that was left was gaping hole on the ground.

Somewhere else, Lust looked back then scowled with disgust. " That winged bitch is here."
