The Knight of the Scorching Sun showed no intention of retreating, instead stepping forward boldly and hurling a "mini sun" straight down.
The Desolate Bone avatar instantly wrapped itself up, curling into a massive bone sphere, colliding with the miniature sun, erupting with violent roars.
Tsunamis, hundreds of meters high, pushed the surrounding magic ships ashore.
Louis vanished instantly, and Limuru transformed once again into the Purgatory Crystal Dragon, pouncing out with a roar.
Under the influence of the power to control all things, those magic ships that seemed on the verge of disintegrating floated in the sky, drawn safely to the port.
At this moment, the magic arrays along the port's coast have been activated, withstanding the sweeping onslaught.
"Strongest Demigod!"
Louis, stepping on Limuru's spine, calmed the rushing waves before landing beside Beatrice, reminding:
"Beatrice, the town needs you to coordinate and handle the aftermath, I'm heading out to fight."
"Okay, leave it to me, you stay safe."
Meanwhile, Olivia organized the surrounding White Tower Mages, activating the magic arrays to further resist the surging waves coming from the sea.
Long before the war in the Fallen Star Sea began, after ensuring allies would be transferred into Ense's territory, Olivia went to the White Tower to arrange for Gandalf to set up a large defensive magic array.
The materials required for these magic arrays are nothing less than strategic resources.
But upon knowing, Gandalf immediately began negotiating with the White Tower and even other mages from foreign lands, quickly setting up the magic arrays along the coast.
Because of this, Louis and Beatrice were willing to use "Door in the Painting" as a strategic weapon for transferring allies.
Because the defenses on this frontier were sufficient.
The layers upon layers of gigantic magic arrays superimposed on each other appeared magnificent, and anyone looking up from below could not help being awestruck.
Yet in front of the roaring Desolate Bone avatar emitting shockwave-like sound waves from afar, they seemed somewhat diminutive.
This brief confrontation has seen four demigods join the battle so far.
The Desolate Bone Great Demon, running rampant with its avatar till now, also sensed some danger, and couldn't help but frown.
According to the plan, it should have been that human (Louis) being reduced to dust by Its avatar, posing no more threat to It.
"I didn't expect you to be so well-prepared, it seems Kornax arranged a bunch of fools, allowing you to gain the upper hand."
It was already furious to the point of near insanity.
Every passing moment Its avatar was consuming the Abyss Source it wrapped, which was Its foundation within the Abyss.
After that statement, another black-robed figure descended from the sky.
They respectfully admitted fault to Desolate Bone, seemingly a high-ranking member of the Abyssal Church.
"Bring out all your trump cards, you must kill that brat, he's collected too much of the major sins, far too dangerous."
Originally, Desolate Bone thought that having Its avatar descend this time and kill a major sin would net it a profit.
But now the situation no longer allowed It to back out, known as a notorious lord within the Abyss, It was fully aware of the trouble An undying monster capable of ascent could cause in the future.
Even at the risk of the avatar's fall and the shattering of authority, It was determined to have that human die.
Ignoring the will of the Abyss and the church's high ranks, It arranged things and charged at the coastline once more.
As It moved, the tsunami followed suit, threatening to engulf everything nearby.
This was the power of Its avatar, strengthened by burning the Abyss Source; its formidable might roiled the continental shelf, sending towering waves, as though intent on devouring everything around.
Watching large swathes outside the defensive magic array submerge beneath the sea, Olivia frowned and quietly intensified her power release.
The simple exemplary level of power was no longer sufficient to protect the city.
She began to utilize Louis's power, even at the risk of being discovered by Sister Wang.
Where was Louis?
A sword resembling the belly of a serpent, enveloped in martial power, evaporated the surrounding sea waves out of thin air, piercing through everything in its path, stabbing ruthlessly at Desolate Bone.
Undeterred, Desolate Bone unhesitatingly projected thousands upon thousands of corrosive white bones.
However, the Ten Thousand Transformations Sword Pill, imbued with nuclear explosion power, shredded the white bones in an instant.
The surrounding soldiers participating in the battle were all filled with fear, their bodies trembling.
The battle of demigods was myth and legend in their memories.
Yet every exchange between the demigods present today made them keenly aware that these beings could obliterate their entire team anytime.
Is this what the power of a demigod level means?
It's as if myth and legend had been brought to life.
Louis was not afraid in the slightest; the demigods of Ense had already taken their positions as planned beforehand, continuously attacking to trap Desolate Bone in Its tracks.
The eyes of Limuru beneath him sparkled, radiating light, in an instant, controlling all things to raise a tsunami and disturb the continental shelf.
Though unable to inflict harm on Desolate Bone, this brief action affecting Its balance allowed the Ense side, already at an advantage, to seize the initiative instantly.
A rotating iron axe transformed into a whirlwind aimed at Its head.
"The whirlwind throw of the Blood Fury Blade!"
Desolate Bone's expression changed slightly as It sensed the attack.
These demigods, except for that peculiar knight, were as cunning as foxes, never intending to engage It in close combat.
Just as It was about to evade, It discovered the continental shelf that had been affecting It altered once again.
A massive mud dragon played the earth dragon turning over out of thin air on the sea, causing Desolate Bone to stumble.
Desolate Bone was incensed: "This is impossible!"
Its eyes were filled with disbelief.
It clearly felt that the interference caused by the Kingdom Slime beneath that human's feet had been overcome, but now a new source of interference appeared.
As if...
As if there were now two Kingdom Slimes present on the scene.
Only then did It realize something was amiss.
The strange maneuver used on the Pirate Islands to limit Its movements earlier seemed not just the work of the Kingdom Slime.
"Ah! Do you dare not come forth to fight?"
Desolate Bone was furious, black lightning flickering around It, inviting Louis to come forward for a confrontation.
Louis laughed heartily: "If we were of the same level, I'd let you have ten moves without a problem.
Having lived so many more years than me and accumulated your level is the only reason you can bark twice at me."
Man and demon locked eyes, both brimming with killing intent.
"Young Prince, no need for fairness with demons, let's all go for him."
An Ense demigod with Nine Swords appeared beside him, looking at Desolate Bone with ruthless eyes.
Yet Louis's mouth curled into a strange smile:
"Shadow Sword Master, Mountain Shaking Spear Master, Blazing Sun Sword Ghost, are you interested in signing a contract?"
These three were the strongest loyalists arranged by Ense in this area, or rather, they were former royal members.
Upon hearing Louis's words, they instantly understood his intention.
"Signing a contract with your Weapon Tomb? Isn't that a waste of slots? Better leave them for other juniors."
Louis countered: "Trust me."
The Shadow Sword Master snorted lightly: "Alright, you two old fools, stop dithering, I'll go first."
He directly accepted the Weapon Tomb brand inserted by Louis into his body.
On the surface, Desolate Bone was indifferent, yet It began maneuvering Its avatar again, trying to disrupt Louis's setup.
But Aaron, with a helmet on, stepped forward without hesitation to intercept the opponent's attack.
The already inked contract made Louis give the Knight of the Scorching Sun a peculiar glance.
You're surprisingly decent!
"The continent needs a major sin capable of opposing the Abyss."
Aaron said in a deep voice.
Louis was taken aback.
For some reason, he felt like he had heard that voice somewhere before.
The Shadow Sword Master was not aware of this doubt. His entire focus was on the silvery energy surging from his hands, which he directed at Desolate Bone with a powerful sword thrust.
The terrifying energy burst forth instantly.
The smile on the Shadow Sword Master's face gradually became maniacal.
"Hahaha! With this power... I'm unstoppable!"
