Qin Lun glanced at the Zeppelin Airship beneath his feet, curled his lips, and gave his two companions a warm smile. “I do have an idea, but getting that Mid-Magic Gold Card still won’t be easy. Besides our unity, we’ll also need some luck!”

Before he could finish speaking, he saw Grant and Lace both take a step back, looking very cautious.

“Don’t smile like that, it makes me uneasy!” Grant said with a straight face. Lace, standing beside him, didn’t dare to speak up, but she nodded repeatedly like a pecking chicken, looking as if she had lingering fears, which made Qin Lun feel frustrated.

“Alright, you win!” Qin Lun couldn’t help but twitch his cheek. Suppressing his anger, he laid out his entire plan and began discussing it quietly.

From the clue just given by Shattered Starry Sky, as the defending side, Star Void was restricted by laws and couldn’t notify other Apostles on a large scale through the Apostle Soul Mark.

Perhaps this also meant that the information given by Hansen and Rand had some errors, possibly related to their own experiences. Those two thought Shattered Starry Sky had prepared by sending equally elite Apostles into the Spatial War.

But now it seemed that wasn’t the case. Shattered Starry Sky might have been passively responding to the fight. In other words, before this, it was still following the allocation rules of normal worlds, randomly selecting Quest Worlds and hiring Apostles.

If that was so, the Apostles sent to the Divine Comedy World would vary greatly in quality. Moreover, Qin Lun had learned from Lace that due to the mission time gaps, they were exactly at the tail end of Superstring Space’s first wave of invasion and the beginning of the second wave.

Besides Apostles like Hansen and Hill who were lucky enough to capture live people, only the various large teams, because of their many subordinates, had obtained some similar information. But they couldn’t determine if this was an isolated incident or a full-scale invasion by Superstring Space. So they only took some preventive measures. For example, leaving Lace to Qin Lun was one of those measures.

Hansen and Hill were very confident that their methods made the captives tell the truth, but this couldn’t be used as evidence submitted to Superstring Space. Therefore, Qin Lun was now certain that their information had some errors.

Before entering the Quest World, he had discussed with Grant the strategy for this Quest World. Uniting with other Apostle teams to hunt Reincarnators together was the best plan.

However, this plan required that other Apostles had good overall perspective and patience, able to see the overall trend of the entire Quest World early on, while setting aside differences and fighting the enemy together.

This was easier said than done. It’s hard to see the bigger picture when you’re in it. Apostles who could be alert early in the mission were at least elites among Professional Apostles. Without this premise, uniting with other Apostles would be suicidal. Bad teammates could ruin everything! Any well-thought-out combat strategy would become a bad move or a dead end because of poor execution by teammates.

After some discussion among the three, Qin Lun finally said meaningfully, “Uniting with other Apostles is not advisable. Reincarnators also can’t unite due to competitive hunting relationships. So what follows will be a chaotic battle scenario. This chaotic battle situation would definitely be more advantageous for the individually more elite Reincarnators than for us.”

“However, we also have help from the story factions, while Reincarnators don’t have this advantage. This is their biggest weakness!” Lace narrowed her eyes slightly, a sweet smile appearing on her slightly chubby face.

The reasoning was simple, but not many people could react this quickly. Qin Lun raised his eyebrows, looking at the female archer with surprise. This woman wasn’t just a pretty face, no wonder Kelly appreciated her so much.

“Every war has three set elements: time, location, and participants. No one can completely control these three factors, but they are still influenced by human factors.” Qin Lun didn’t respond to her comment, smiling as he continued speaking to himself.

“Qin Lun, do you mean creating a home ground advantageous to us?” Grant’s eyes flashed as he said seriously, “But according to our analysis, those Reincarnators aren’t fools. It won’t be easy to influence their judgment. At the very least, we’d need to make a big commotion, and that approach itself carries significant risks!”

“Haha, no need. The main theme of Spatial War is indeed the battle between Apostles and Reincarnators, but the foundation of Shattered Starry Sky is still the Main Plotline. Eliminating pests is just secondary. And it’s the same for Reincarnators – just hunting Apostles can only delay Shattered Starry Sky’s erosion of the Shadow World, but can’t return the Shadow World to the historical mainstream.”

A deep light flickered in Qin Lun’s eyes. “Therefore, Apostles have the Main Plotline, and Reincarnators will also have tasks beyond the Death Hunt. When I entered the Phantom Demon World last time, Star Void’s mission was to obtain the Time-Space Core, preparing for further erosion of the Phantom Demon World. And now, although we don’t know what the Reincarnators’ mission is, it still can’t deviate from the intention of the Space-Time Manager!”

“You mean… they want the history of this Divine Comedy World to head towards collapse?” Grant and Lace exchanged glances. Qin Lun’s perspective gave them a refreshingly new feeling.

“Yes, why does Shattered Starry Sky emphasize World Exploration Degree? Because only by understanding the Quest World can it remove it from the Space-Time Manager’s control and continuously obtain space-time essence. And Superstring Space’s responsibility is to maintain and correct the history affected by Apostles, returning it to its origin.”

Qin Lun said with a smile, “However, for a world like Divine Comedy that’s already controlled by Star Void, Superstring Space doesn’t need to maintain its existence. Letting the laws of other magical worlds or high-tech worlds extensively damage the laws of the Divine Comedy World is its true purpose.”

“So according to you, that Space-Time Rift above us is Superstring Space’s work?” Lace’s bright eyes shifted as she asked curiously, “But once this kind of power appears, shouldn’t the collapse of the Divine Comedy World be hard to avoid?”

“Yes, Superstring Space has invested heavily this time. This large-scale action is difficult to reverse with just native strength, hence our intervention as Apostles.” Qin Lun said with a smile. “Those mythical creatures are very powerful. If the major powers in the Divine Comedy World fight separately, then in a few more centuries, the world would head towards destruction, or humanity’s dominant position would be replaced, and the Shadow World would ultimately return to the space-time mainstream!”

As Qin Lun spoke, both Grant and Lace felt something stir in their hearts. They remembered the mysterious ruins and legends from their respective worlds.

In the civilized worlds they came from, some ruins that existed since ancient times still couldn’t be explained today. But from Qin Lun’s current perspective, it seemed they should all be products of the conflicts between Space-Time Managers.

“If that’s really the case, how will Shattered Starry Sky respond?” Lace widened her eyes, her gaze sparkling. This kind of question naturally made people curious.

“Shattered Starry Sky and Superstring Space have one thing in common – they can only use mercenaries’ influence on the Historical Plot to indirectly guide the course of history.” Qin Lun said with a frown. The more he analyzed, the more he believed his own judgment. “The only way to reverse Superstring Space’s large-scale action this time is to make the Divine Comedy World achieve unification in a short time, that is, establish a worldwide political entity like the Earth Federation.”

“Then why doesn’t Shattered Starry Sky let us join the Allied Forces camp?” Lace pouted and said quietly.

“Haha, in Shattered Starry Sky’s eyes, the Nazi Third Reich might not be a bad choice. At least authoritarianism and dictatorship are more efficient during wartime, concentrating resources and manpower faster.”

Qin Lun shook his head with a smile. “Of course, Star Void has no subjective good or evil. Perhaps it has sent people to both major camps, supporting whichever side wins. As long as there’s rapid unification and concentrated strength to resist the invasion of magical and sci-fi worlds into this world.”

“Wanting the world to head towards collapse… Does that mean the Apostles’ mission is to destroy that barrier isolating the mythical creatures, making them wake up early?” Lace suddenly thought of something, raising her willow-like eyebrows as she asked in surprise.

“No, Low Magic Worlds can only accommodate First and Second Order professions. Most people don’t have space-time skills, so they probably can’t affect that barrier.” Qin Lun said with a faint smile. “We don’t need to guess the Reincarnators’ mission. There are too many possibilities to predict.”

“Based on my previous experience, Superstring Space should have Reincarnators infiltrate Apostle teams, which we just confirmed. Although Reincarnators learned earlier than Apostles that this was an external war, they’re fewer in number than Apostles. They won’t recklessly attack from the start. In the early phase, they’ll definitely probe the Apostles’ Main Plotline first, then sabotage it. Along the way, they’ll kill Apostles and accumulate story faction influence.”

Qin Lun’s eyes flashed as he said with a cold laugh, “Then in the next wave of invasion, they’ll work hard to make both warring sides fall into a stalemate. As long as the war drags on longer and longer, even without Reincarnators taking action, the major powers would actively use national strength to destroy the mythical creatures’ barrier, trying to obtain stronger evolutionary power. Sapient Races are like this – they’ll stop at nothing to win, even if they know it’s like drinking poison to quench thirst, they’ll spare no effort.”

“Then what should we do?” Grant frowned slightly.

This kind of open scheme that slowly wears you down was indeed headache-inducing. It might seem like they only needed to participate in one Spatial War for now, but if Shattered Starry Sky and Superstring Space fought a war of attrition, Apostles like him and Qin Lun who were deeply involved in the Divine Comedy World might need to enter a second time in the future.

“Try to shorten the war duration while increasing the war intensity. Even if we can’t solve it in one go, we should make one camp gain a decisive advantage!” A sharp light flashed in Qin Lun’s eyes, and a ferocious smile appeared on his lips. “War? If we’re going to play, let’s play big!”

“Hehe, interesting!” Grant licked his lips, showing some excitement on his face.

“With just a few of us… even if we add the Millennium Bug Corps, I’m afraid we can’t do it! We only have about ten days!” Lace looked at the ferocious smiles on their faces and secretly clicked her tongue, asking cautiously. The young girl suddenly felt that Kelly pairing her with Qin Lun really wasn’t a good idea.

“Haha, little Lace, Qin Lun’s proposal is possible. This is originally the home ground for the two of us!” Unlike Lace, Grant already had some understanding of Qin Lun’s upcoming plan.

Reincarnators hide within Apostle teams, and Apostles generally need to rely on story factions to carry out missions. Therefore, as long as they could influence the direction of the story factions, the three of them could, to some extent, determine the three elements of war: time, location, and participants.

When it came to influencing story factions, who could compare to him and Qin Lun?

The Justice League, the Avengers Alliance deeply connected to the Justice League, the Gentlemen Alliance, the three Nazi organizations transformed from the Aryan Ark Corps, and the mysterious Grimm Academy – he and Qin Lun could influence almost all Superhuman organizations in the Divine Comedy World.

A slight move in one part could affect the whole situation. Grant could almost already see the surging waves crashing toward the three of them!

“Hehe, I wonder if Little Red Riding Hood still keeps that delicate and pretty face!” Deep in Grant’s pupils, a trace of bloodthirsty light unconsciously flashed by.
