Qin Moting pushed Huo Jinyun away and turned to cross the street, only to be greeted by the shrill sound of a car horn. The world went dark before his eyes as his body sailed through the air.

The truck driver got out of the vehicle, his face pale with fright, and went to check on Qin Moting.

After four hours of emergency treatment, he was out of danger but still unconscious.
She turned to the truck driver, "You just wait."
Just as the truck driver was about to speak, she received a call from the old master.
The Huo Family’s patriarch asked in a deep voice, "Ayun, did you cause trouble again?"
Huo Jinyun glanced at the truck driver, signaling him to keep quiet, "No, why?"
The old master inquired, "Where are you now?"
With a laugh, Huo Jinyun responded, "I’m at school."
With a light snort, Huo Chengshan said, "Someone just saw you at Nanshan Hospital."
"They must’ve seen incorrectly!"
No sooner had Huo Jinyun finished her sentence than the call was disconnected. Thinking that her grandfather would be arriving soon and would certainly criticize her if he found out, she looked up, saw the truck driver, and quickly regained her composure, "What are you still standing there for? Aren’t you going to handle the discharge procedures?"
Remembering that the admission had not been under her name but under the truck driver’s, Huo Jinyun breathed a sigh of relief. Turning back to look at the still-unconscious Qin Moting, she wondered if it would be alright to take him back home now that he was out of danger.
Fifteen minutes later, the truck driver returned, "The doctor says the patient hasn’t woken up yet, they won’t allow a discharge."

Huo Jinyun glanced at the time and then back at the truck driver, "You get him down, put him in your truck, and take us back to school. I’ll act as if the car accident never happened."
The truck driver looked at Qin Moting, "What if... what if something happens to him? The doctor said if there’s an incident after discharge, can we bear the responsibility?"
Huo Jinyun snapped back in frustration, "Are you deaf? Didn’t you hear the doctor said he’s out of danger and just hasn’t woken up yet?"
The truck driver replied, "The doctor only said he’s out of life-threatening danger."
Huo Jinyun laughed sarcastically, "Alright then, if you’re waiting for the police to arrest you or for the Qin Family to come after you, just stand there."
The truck driver didn’t say anything more, took Qin Moting out of the bed, and supported him out of the ward.
Huo Jinyun followed, looking left and right. The on-duty nurse was asleep over there. She whispered, "Be gentle."
Outside the hospital, once Qin Moting was settled into the truck, Huo Jin Yun took a glance and found that, aside from his head, there wasn’t a single scratch on his body. His clothes were just torn. He really was incredibly lucky!
