The next day, Che Huan woke up very late, and while having breakfast she noticed Rong Mama kept looking at her, "What’s wrong?"
"Madam, could it be that you’re pregnant?"
Pregnant?
Why would Rong Mama think she was pregnant?
Che Huan looked at Rong Mama.
Rong Mama reminded Che Huan, "Madam, it’s about time for your period, and it seems yet to come."
Che Huan turned to Rong Mama and spoke softly, "I’m not always regular."
Rong Mama stood to one side, looking at Che Huan. The madam had been sleepy and tired these last few days, really resembling the early signs of pregnancy, "Oh, but madam should still take a test, just in case you’re pregnant, right?"
Che Huan smiled, "It probably won’t show up yet, right?"
Thinking of the little one, Huo Jinnan was still asleep, and she had overslept again,

Today is Sunday, tomorrow is Monday, time to pack up and report to the school.

She looked toward Rong Mama, "How late did my husband stay in the study last night?"
Rong Mama thought back carefully, "I made coffee for sir at about eleven last night, and again at three."
Che Huan frowned, she hadn’t seen him so busy before, what could have kept him up so late all of a sudden, was there an issue?
"Rong Mama, prepare his breakfast for him, I’ll go upstairs and check on him."
Returning to the bedroom, she gently closed the door, walked to Huo Jinnan’s side, he was still sleeping soundly, with the gentle snoring that was distinctive of Huo Jinnan.
Approaching, she looked at him and saw a corner of the blanket had slipped off, she gently pulled it, covering him properly, just as she was about to get up, the phone beside him rang.
She glanced at it and saw it was Qin Shaojin.
Torn between waking him and not, she hesitated for a few minutes, then gently ended the call.
Picking up her own phone, she stepped onto the balcony and called Qin Shaojin, "Calling him, is there something wrong?"
Hearing Che Huan’s voice, Qin Shaojin asked, "Where’s Huo brother?"
"He’s sleeping."
"It’s an urgent matter, wake him up."
Che Huan bit her lip, thinking of his outing yesterday and his overnight work, "Did something happen?"
Qin Shaojin paused, thinking that Che Huan didn’t know yet?
Huo brother really knew how to pamper his wife.
The Qin Family was experiencing a thunderstorm, while it was still sunny on this side.
Che Huan felt awkward calling the third brother and besides, he was already calling him Huo brother.
After a long silence, she asked softly, "Is the signal bad?"
Qin Shaojin snapped back to the present, "Sister-in-law, I’m listening, there’s a small issue, at most it’s a money problem, nothing serious."
When Che Huan heard it was a company issue, it made sense, "I understand, thank you."
Qin Shaojin thought disgustingly of Fang Tong being also a descendant of the Qin Family, "Between siblings, no need to be so formal."

"I’ll go wake him. I’ll have him call you back in a bit."
After hanging up, she walked back into the bedroom, approached, leaned over the bed into Huo Jinnan’s arms, and saw he didn’t react.

Che Huan smiled, "Awake?"
As she saw him leaning in to kiss her, she quickly spoke up, "Qin Shaojin just called, he said there’s something urgent. I told him you’d call back."
