Huo Jinnan threw away the cigarette he was holding and followed them out. Seeing Qin Moting enter Wen Ru’s ward, he made a call to Qin Shaojin, "On purpose?"
Qin Shaojin lay in the hospital bed, smiling harmlessly, "You know I always repay an eye for an eye. You dragged me to Fangli Village and got me half-paralyzed; I entertain your uncle and charm your mother-in-law."
"A talent indeed."
Huo Jinnan said just two words and hung up the phone.
Qin Shaojin threw his phone aside and glanced at one leg wrapped in a cast. If not for Huo Ge that day, his life might have ended in Fangli Village. He thought of the car accident he had back in Hong Kong, and his eyes grew a few shades gloomier.
