Qin Shaojin looked at Che Huan, "Sister-in-law, this is my fourth uncle."

Che Huan looked at Qin Moting, the man was very tall, dressed in a gray-white linen shirt, impressive and more approachable than Qin Mochuan, though a bit more indifferent.

Qin Shaojin watched the situation, his long fingers touching the coffee cup, twirling the rim lightly. Just now, his fourth uncle had asked him the name of the girl with Huo Jinnan. So, when Huo Jinnan’s call came through, he directly arranged for her to come over.

Sitting there, Che Huan felt Qin Moting’s gaze fixed on her, not lecherous but clean, yet with an indecipherable depth and emotion.
After watching for a while, Qin Moting spoke calmly, "Miss Che, greetings."
Che Huan returned a polite smile, looking at Qin Shaojin, "I wanted to inquire about a name change issue."
Qin Moting sat listening, pieced together what this was about from the morning’s phone call, and stayed put, showing no intention of leaving.
Che Huan looked at Qin Shaojin, "Why don’t you and fourth uncle speak first, and we can talk about my matter after you’re done."
Qin Moting stood up, "Shaojin, go ahead with your talk. There is some business at the company I need to attend to. I’ll be leaving now."
Qin Shaojin looked at Qin Moting, "Take care, fourth uncle, I won’t see you out."

Before leaving, Qin Moting looked at Che Huan once more, her features and the image of Wen Ru in his mind were very similar. Just, he hadn’t expected her daughter to be so grown up by now. Then, the face he remembered must be that of a young Wen Ru, right?

Qin Shaojin answered the phone, surprised, "Fourth uncle, is there something else?"
"Shaojin, help her with the name change, and don’t tell Huo Jinnan."
Qin Shaojin held the phone, still taken aback by the dial tone. Fourth uncle had always been a subdued man; why would he suddenly take an interest in Che Huan’s affairs?
He felt that this was turning into a dramatic twist!
Please let it not be that fourth uncle fell for Che Huan and wants to compete with Huo Jinnan for the girl.
Upon a second thought, the fourth uncle was never the lustful type, so it seemed unlikely.
Remembering he had once researched Che Huan’s background, Qin Shaojin went back to the law firm and reviewed her file, finding nothing new. However, he unexpectedly discovered that her mother had some connection with Huo Jinyun.
Considering the incident with Wen Hua, he conducted a more detailed search and soon discovered information about the Wen Family from back then, including the sensational Wen Family case and vague hints of the Huo Family’s involvement, especially Huo Jinyun!
