His gaze was somehow convincingly reassuring, making any further questions seem unnecessary. Bi Fu swallowed the words she had prepared to say, "Alright then, if you can’t protect Huanhuan, it’s best to stay away from her."
Huo Jinnan hummed in agreement and got up to leave the guest room.
Bi Fu watched in the direction Huo Jinnan had gone, sighing deeply, hoping that things wouldn’t turn for the worst.
Thinking again about the vile mother and son duo, Gu Jizhou, she couldn’t help but be apprehensive.

Che Huan saw Huo Jinnan enter the room and took over the suit he handed her to hang it up, "What did my aunt say to you?"
Huo Jinnan looked down at Che Huan, his long fingers gently lifting her cheek, "She told me to consummate our relationship sooner."

Huo Jinnan loosened his tie and lay down on the bed, quickly falling asleep.
